Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical prostheses, in particular to a toe joint prosthesis with an expansible intramedullary nail.
Background
The foot consists of 26 bones, namely tarsal bones, metatarsal bones and phalanges, wherein the metatarsal bones are positioned in the middle of the foot and combined with the phalanges to form a metatarsophalangeal joint; some articular diseases easily cause joint pain, if the articular diseases are not treated in time, paralysis can be caused seriously, and the toe joint prosthesis is a surgical implant which is applied to the toe joint replacement surgery and is used for replacing the toe joint parts of human patients.
Chinese patent CN112754737A discloses an implantable toe joint prosthesis, comprising: the metatarsal bone marrow needle, the metatarsal bone base station, the metatarsal joint head, the cushion block, the phalange base station and the phalange marrow needle are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, the metatarsal bone marrow needle and the metatarsal bone base station are integrally formed and are vertically arranged, and the metatarsal bone base station is obliquely arranged, so that the axis of the metatarsal bone marrow needle and the axis of the metatarsal bone base station form an obtuse angle; the metatarsal bone base station is in conical fit connection with the metatarsal joint head, the metatarsal joint head is connected with the phalange base station through the gasket, the phalange base station and the phalange intramedullary needle are integrally formed, and the axis of the phalange base station is collinear with the axis of the phalange intramedullary needle. The advantages are that: is beneficial to bone ingrowth, accelerates the osseointegration rate, reduces the weight and is beneficial to the fixation in the medullary cavity.
However, the prior art still has the following defects: (1) the toe joint prosthesis is not in accordance with the human anatomy due to the angle design of the metatarsal broach, so that the components are easy to damage, and the foreign body sensation is serious; the structure has no anti-subsidence and anti-extrusion design, and the joint of the component is easily subsided into the marrow cavity or the whole component is extruded out of the marrow cavity under a certain external force; (2) the toe joint prosthesis non-personalized design product cannot be designed to adapt to various different metatarsophalangeal joint lengths and metatarsal bone and phalange medullary cavity inner diameters by using a small number of models; the toe joint prosthesis has weak anti-rotation capability because the outer contour structure of the broach part is in a nearly circular truncated cone shape; (3) the toe joint prosthesis has the risk of falling out of the components under specific conditions because the bone end of the intramedullary nail is gradually retracted towards the medullary cavity; the toe joint prosthesis is difficult to consider firm installation and convenient installation due to the matching design between the phalange base station and the cushion block.

The meaning of "plurality" is two or more unless specifically limited otherwise.
Referring to fig. 1-2, the present embodiment provides a medullary needle expandable toe joint prosthesis, comprising: metatarsal joint head 7, phalanx cushion 6 and metatarsal joint head 7 sliding connection, phalanx cushion 6 and metatarsal joint head 7 pass through lock ring, ratchet and press-fit. Because the phalange cushion block 6 and the metatarsus bone joint head 7 are pressed and matched through the lock ring, and the ratchet ring is arranged, the two parts can be effectively prevented from being separated under the condition that any part is not damaged.
Wherein, a phalange base 2 is arranged on the phalange cushion block 6, and a phalange intramedullary needle 5 is arranged on the phalange base 2; a metatarsal base station 11 is arranged on the metatarsal joint head 7, and a metatarsal medullary needle 8 is arranged on the metatarsal base station 11; the medullary phalangeal needle 5 and the metatarsal medullary nail 8 can be expanded to adjust the opening angle.
Specifically, the phalange abutment 2 is integrally formed with the medullary needle 5, and the metatarsal abutment 11 is integrally formed with the medullary needle 8. The outer surface of the phalange abutment 2 is provided with a plurality of phalange abutment recessed rings 1, and the outer surface of the phalange broach 5 is provided with a plurality of phalange broach recessed rings 4. The outer surface of the metatarsal abutment 11 is provided with a plurality of metatarsal abutment concave rings 12, and the outer surface of the metatarsal broach 8 is provided with a plurality of metatarsal broach concave rings 9. It is worth mentioning that the two abutment concave rings and the two broach concave rings are designed as the basic design of anti-drop and anti-rotation, and the concave rings can be designed horizontally or obliquely. The phalange intramedullary needle 5 and the metatarsus intramedullary needle 8 are respectively and detachably arranged on the phalange cushion block 6 and the metatarsus joint head 7 through intramedullary nail locking rings 13, and the installation is convenient.

A metatarsal bone intramedullary nail inner screw 10 is screwed on the metatarsal bone joint head 7, and a nut of the metatarsal bone intramedullary nail inner screw 10 is contacted with the inner surface of the metatarsal bone intramedullary nail 8. Preferably, the number of medullary needles 5, 8 is two, respectively, both in the shape of a blade.
It should be noted that the two internal screws are expansion screws, so that the opening angles of the two broach blades can be adjusted by screwing in and screwing out the internal screws, and the opening angles of the two broach blades can be adjusted by the expansion screws through thermal expansion after implantation. Therefore, the two intramedullary nails adopt a non-rotating body design, and the expansion and opening angles of the two intramedullary nails are jointed with the inner surface of the medullary cavity by utilizing the thermal expansion of the internal screw, so that various effects of sedimentation resistance, separation resistance, rotation resistance and the like are achieved. It should be further explained that the metatarsal component and the phalange component base surfaces are matched with the cross section shapes of the corresponding metatarsal joint surfaces and the corresponding phalange joint surfaces, and are matched with the concave rings of the two bases and the metatarsal component fitting anatomical metatarsal angles, and under the action of the internal expansion screws, the two leaves of each medullary needle are expanded, so that the anti-extrusion and anti-sedimentation effects are improved.
