1. the mask checked for folding OK is put into a die groove of an edge bonding machine, a start button on the right side of the operation machine is pressed for confirmation, and a turntable of the edge bonding machine automatically rotates for edge bonding;
2. the edge bonding machine is provided with six operation mold grooves, the left side of the rotating disc which rotates clockwise needs to be fully filled, and then a confirmation starting key is pressed for operation;
3. after the edge of the mask is sealed, the mask is taken and put again, namely whether the edge of the sealed edge of the mask leaks or not and whether the sealed edge is not in place so as to cause a leak are checked, the dislocation of the mask is asymmetric, and if the sealed edge is classified and put according to the quality standard;
4. the conveying speed of the leather strips of the equipment is adjusted by engineering for production, and if abnormal conditions occur in the normal operation process of the equipment, a 'stop indication' button is immediately pressed;
eighthly, laser carving and silk-screen printing:
1. the laser etching machine is started and the operation software is started after the laser etching machine is on line for the first time;
2. placing the mask in a clamping groove of an operation table of a laser etching machine, and stepping on a pedal to confirm laser etching content;

tenthly, installing an ear belt buckle:
1. checking the content OK of the laser carving, and sleeving a thin iron wire on an ear wire of the mask;
2. taking the ear button, folding the thin iron wire to pass through the ear button hole, and drawing out the ear wire;
3. checking that two ear belt lines are respectively provided with an ear buckle OK and flowing into the next procedure;
eleven, checking the appearance:
the mask appearance is referred to: the bad phenomena of dirt, large-area wrinkles, ear lines falling off, uneven edge sealing, edge sealing leaks, silica gel nose bridge pieces falling off, raised wrinkles and dislocation of the protective film and the like do not occur;
appearance of the mask: the welding points of the ear belt lines are asymmetric (exceeding the receiving range of the quality, the upper surfaces of the ear belt lines are provided with gaps, dirt and knots, the welding points are provided with burrs which exceed the welding area, the unqualified ear lines are removed by scissors, and new ear lines are taken for manual welding again.
The nose bridge strip leaks outwards, leaks inwards and outwards, and burrs of the nose bridge strip are covered by foam cotton which is attached to the nose bridge strip at the position of the nose bridge strip leaking; the welding point has deckle edge, and deckle edge is not welded completely at the welding point, needs manual welding again.
The mask has the following performance: breaking the ear belt line; the ear belt wire is welded reversely, and the welding point is staggered; the lengths of the two sides of the ear belt line are different, unqualified ear lines are removed by scissors, and new ear lines are taken again for manual welding. No nose bridge is arranged, and an external nose bridge strip is pasted. The edge sealing edge of the mask body has a leak, is damaged, the edge of the mask body is cut to leak the opening, and the edge sealing is carried out by adopting a reusable edge sealing machine. The welding point of the ear wire is not welded, raised and falls off; and the bearing capacity of the single-side ear wire does not reach the standard, and manual welding is adopted again.
Scrapping: the mask body deforms, breaks holes, is damaged and folds in large area; the mask body is dirty and carries foreign matters; the cover body is damaged, deformed and dirty in appearance, and is scrapped when the quality is confirmed to be incapable of being reworked; the other parts can not be maintained after quality judgment, have no maintenance value and can not reach the quality receiving standard after repeated reworking;
twelve, adding the points into a turnover box:
1. checking the appearance of the product to be free from dirt, the ear buttons to be free from missing installation, damage and other defects, and counting;
2. boxing each box with the counted number according to a uniform direction;
3. note that different models of masks must be separately packed into boxes, which cannot be mixed.
Thirteen, splitting the inner packaging bag and sealing:
1. checking whether the printed name of the inner packaging bag is consistent with the printed content on the mask; the operation can be carried out only if the contents are consistent;
2. checking the appearance OK of the inner package, and detaching the sealing part of the inner package; flowing into the next procedure;
fourteen, packaging in an inner package, and sealing:
1. the mask laser carving face is taken to face the transparent face of the inner packaging bag and is packaged into the inner packaging bag, and the name of the mask of the inner packaging bag is required to be consistent with the name of the laser carving on the mask;
2. after the inspection mask is placed into the OK, the seal of the inner package is sealed, the seal can not be leaked in the inner package bag, and too much gas is retained in the inner package bag;

1. the inspection color box is complete, and the appearance has no bad phenomena such as dirt, damage and the like;
2. debugging the content according to the production instruction list, placing the color box code spraying surface on a code spraying operation table according to the PE engineering guidance, and spraying codes;
3. checking the code spraying content OK on the color box;
sixteen-label anti-fake
1. Checking whether the appearance of the anti-counterfeiting mark is complete, and if the anti-counterfeiting mark is not complete, the anti-counterfeiting mark is scratched, damaged and the like, and the anti-counterfeiting mark is not usable;
2. the anti-counterfeiting label is placed at the designated position of the color box, and is troweled by hands right below the application patent;
3. checking the anti-counterfeiting label OK, and flowing into the next procedure;
folding color box
1. Checking the anti-counterfeiting label OK on the color box, and folding the bottom of the color box on one side close to the bar code;

Seventeen, counting the mask and packing a color box:

nineteen, membrane passing:
1. checking the color box seal OK, placing the color box on a thermal shrinkage film machine, and passing the film;
2. the color box after film inspection has no broken holes, large area folds and other defects and flows into the next process;
3. the specific operation of the heat-shrinkable film is guided by equipment or engineering site;
pre-sealing a cartoon box (I-shaped)/checking the number of color boxes/sealing a cartoon box/placing, butting and delivering goods;
twenty, pre-sealing/boxing/weighing/sealing:
1. before production, checking the material codes and the printing contents of the cartoon boxes, confirming that the materials are consistent with the orders of actual production, and then carrying out batch operation;
2. checking the appearance of the cartoon box: the phenomena of damage, printing and silk-screen printing, unclear and the like are avoided;
3. sealing the bottom of the cartoon box to form an I shape;
4. boxing, wherein each box is 500pcs, and checking the mask of the cartoon box to be full;
5. the top surface of the cartoon box is sealed into an I-shaped shape.

Claims (6)
1. A processing technology of a fragrant bag mask is characterized by comprising the following steps:
firstly, feeding of a sheet forming machine:
(1) placing the whole roll of the non-woven fabric-outer layer raw material of the mask on a rotating shaft, placing the raw material towards the left in the pulling direction, wherein the raw material cannot be placed reversely, placing the wound mask, then placing a limiting bolt, and screwing down a screw;
(2) putting the whole roll of the white melt-blown non-woven fabric-two layers/four layers of the whole roll of the raw material on a rotating shaft, putting the raw material towards the left in the pulling direction, putting the wound mask, putting the limit bolt on the wound mask, and screwing down the screw;
(3) placing the hot air cotton-three-layer one whole roll of raw materials on a rotating shaft, placing the raw materials towards the left in the pulling direction, and rolling the mask;
(4) placing the whole roll of the non-woven fabric-inner layer raw material on a rotating shaft, placing the raw material towards the left in the pulling direction, wherein the raw material cannot be placed reversely, placing the wound mask, then well bolting the limiting bolt, and screwing the screw;
(5) putting the nose bridge strip of the mask into the rotating shaft, arranging a limit bolt, and screwing down the screw; setting the length of the nose bridge strip: 85mm plus or minus 5 mm;
(6) the conveying speed of the equipment leather strips is adjusted by engineering to produce, and if abnormal conditions occur in the normal operation process of the equipment, immediately pressing a 'stop indication' button;
II, finishing the semi-finished product large pieces/collecting waste materials:
(1) when the turnover box is replaced, the packaging sheets can be used only after the turnover box is checked and confirmed to be clean;
(2) placing the slices into a box, covering the box with a cover, and stacking to ensure that the slices in the box are clean and free from dirt;
(3) cleaning the waste after flaking once every hour, and when the waste is treated, butting the work of flaking and boxing the rear section with operators who feed materials at the front section in advance;
thirdly, cutting the ear line:
(1) put the ear strap, the number of ear straps that can be loaded into simultaneously: 1-20, turning on a device switch, and pressing a start button to automatically cut the ear belt;
(2) a blue turnover box is arranged below the opening of the ear band cutting machine and used for placing the cut ear bands;
(3) when the equipment is abnormal in the operation process, the stop button is required to be immediately pressed in an emergency, and an engineer can be timely found for processing, so that the hand cannot extend to the cutting edge of the cutting machine, fingers are prevented from being cut, and if residual earring lines exist at the cutting edge of the cutting machine, the equipment must be clamped out by scissors or pliers in the state that the equipment stops working, and the equipment is strictly forbidden to be taken;
(4) the ear belt cut by the ear belt machine is required to be checked at irregular time, the length requirement of the ear belt needs to meet the requirement of '280 mm (installing a button) and 195mm (normally not installing the button)' under the condition that the length of the ear belt is not stressed and is not stretched, if the ear belt is found to be too long or too short by check, the cutting needs to be stopped immediately, and the cut ear belt in the box is isolated and reworked;
fourthly, welding the lug wire:
(1) cleaning the ear band welding equipment, wherein dirt and dust cannot be left;
(2) checking that the mask is not polluted by a nose bridge leakage-free strip, and placing the semi-finished mask without a leak at the indentation part upwards on a pressure welding table top and below a pressure welding head;
(3) taking an ear belt, and placing one end of the ear belt at the original welding position of the edge of the mask; one end of the ear belt needs to be vertically aligned with the pressure welding head and cannot be displaced;
(4) the ear belt is aligned with the welding head and then the pedal is stepped down for pressure welding, and the ear belt lines trimmed at the welding position are welded in sequence;
(4) after welding, checking that the ear belt has no welding deviation, false welding, wire drawing, warping and other defects, and sorting and putting the ear belt into a turnover box after checking and confirming that no errors exist;
fifthly, packaging the sachet powder, folding and sealing:
(1) taking the sachet left and right, and taking a spoon (a flat spoon, the powder and the edge of the spoon are on the same horizontal line) of the powder by using a small spoon with the right hand to be filled into the sachet;
(2) uniformly shaking the powder in the sachet, folding the sachet opening, and preventing the powder from flowing out during turnover;
(3) stacking the folded OK sachets into a turnover box for later use;
sixthly, dress fragrant package, the fifty percent discount of gauze mask body:
(1) detaching the non-woven fabric on the inner layer of the mask body for later use;
(2) folding the sachet in a wrapping manner by 3 folds according to the position of the bag opening;
(3) the non-woven fabrics on the inner layers of the two sides of the mask body are respectively filled into an incense bag; the sachet must be flatly arranged at the bottom of the inner layer of the mask;
seventhly, edge sealing of the mask body:
(1) the mask checked for folding OK is put into a die groove of an edge bonding machine, a start button on the right side of the operation machine is pressed for confirmation, and a turntable of the edge bonding machine automatically rotates for edge bonding;
(2) the edge bonding machine is provided with six operation mold grooves, the left side of the rotating disc which rotates clockwise needs to be fully filled, and then a confirmation starting key is pressed for operation;
(3) after the edge of the mask is sealed, the mask is taken and placed again, whether the edge of the sealed edge of the mask leaks or not and a leak caused by the fact that the edge is not in place are checked, the mask is not symmetrical in dislocation, and if the sealed edge is placed according to quality standards in a classified mode;
(4) the conveying speed of the equipment leather strips is adjusted by engineering to produce, and if abnormal conditions occur in the normal operation process of the equipment, immediately pressing a 'stop indication' button;
eighthly, laser carving and silk-screen printing:
(1) the laser etching machine is started, and operation software is started;
(2) placing the mask in a clamping groove of an operating platform of the laser etching machine, and stepping on a pedal to confirm laser etching content;
(3) checking the content and direction OK of the laser etching, and flowing into the next process;
ninthly, trimming the edge of the mask:
(1) the upper surface of the mask body is checked to have no dirt, ear lines fall off, and the protective film is raised and leaked;
(2) trimming the redundant two sealed edges of the good product by using scissors, and reserving a sealed edge distance of 3mm on the mask body;
(3) checking the mask trimming OK, and transferring the mask to a turnover box to keep in the next process for standby;
tenthly, installing an ear belt buckle:
(1) checking the content OK of the laser carving, and sleeving a thin iron wire on an ear wire of the mask;
(2) taking the ear button, folding the thin iron wire to pass through the ear button hole, and drawing out the ear wire;
(3) checking that two ear belt lines are respectively provided with an ear buckle OK and flowing into the next procedure;
eleven, checking the appearance:
appearance of the mask: the bad phenomena of dirt, large-area wrinkles, ear lines falling off, uneven edge sealing, edge sealing leaks, silica gel nose bridge pieces falling off, raised wrinkles and dislocation of the protective film and the like do not occur;

twelve, adding the points into a turnover box:
(1) checking the appearance of the ear clip without dirt, missing mounting of the ear clip, damage and other defects, and counting;
(2) boxing each box with the counted number according to a uniform direction;
(3) note that different models of masks must be packed separately and cannot be mixed.
Thirteen, splitting the inner packaging bag and sealing:
(1) checking whether the printed name of the inner packaging bag is consistent with the content printed on the mask; the operation can be carried out only if the contents are consistent;

(1) taking the mask laser etched surface facing the transparent surface of the inner packaging bag and packaging the mask into the inner packaging bag, wherein the name of the mask of the inner packaging bag is required to be consistent with the name of the laser etched surface on the mask;
(2) after the inspection mask is placed into the OK, the seal of the inner package is sealed, the seal can not be leaked in the inner package bag, and too much gas is remained in the inner package bag;
(3) checking the seal OK, and putting into a turnover box for standby;
fifteen, color box code spraying:
(1) the color box is checked to be complete, and the appearance has no bad phenomena such as dirt, damage and the like;
(2) debugging the content according to the production instruction list, placing the color box code spraying surface on a code spraying operation table according to the PE engineering guidance, and spraying codes;
(3) checking the code spraying content OK on the color box;
sixteen-label anti-fake

The processing technology of the sachet mask as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the five-layer mask non-woven fabric of the pelleter in the first step is installed as follows, the normal feeding and starting can be carried out only by checking the consistency of the number and the specification of the raw material of the non-woven fabric and the material object during feeding, and the feeding position and the rolling direction of the raw material roll must be consistent.

The processing technology of the sachet mask as claimed in claim 2, wherein: masks produced by the pelleter adjusting machine are required to be marked and placed separately, cannot be placed together with good masks, and need to be checked and confirmed by appearance personnel; observing materials on the sheet making machine at any moment, such as one roll of non-woven fabric, immediately pressing a sheet making machine stop indication button when the melt-blown fabric is used up, and continuing production by pressing a start-up button after new feeding is finished, such as one roll of mask materials is used up; and (3) pressing a stop button of the sheet making machine in time to continue production, wherein the whole frame mask needs to be marked and isolated to carry out full-inspection rework treatment.

(1) automatically manufacturing the mask by the mask manufacturing machine after the mask manufacturing machine is debugged;
(2) after the flaking is finished, the flaking is unified in one direction and well arranged by using a clean turnover box;
(3) the finished product needs to be checked in the process of tabletting;

and sixthly, if the defect is found in the spot check process, immediately pressing a tablet making machine stop indication button to inform engineering personnel to debug, marking and isolating the defective semi-finished mask, and performing rework treatment.
