Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of mosquito repellent medicaments, and discloses a preparation method of a mosquito repellent medicament for a pigsty, which comprises the following preparation steps: s1: extracting folium artemisiae argyi and chrysanthemum extract; s2: preparing an essential oil emulsion; s3: the invention aims at the conventional pig breeding environment, uses natural herbal components, is nontoxic and harmless to pigs, uses microcapsule coating components, realizes the slow release of active substances, has longer effective time, greatly reduces percutaneous absorption, has cheap and easily obtained raw materials, has simple and easy manufacturing flow, can be used together with various disinfectants, and reduces the labor cost.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of mosquito repellent agents, and particularly relates to a mosquito repellent agent for a pigsty and a preparation method thereof.
Background
African Swine Fever (ASF) is a virulent infectious disease which is only infected among pigs and is caused by the spread of African Swine Fever Virus (ASFV), and has extremely high morbidity and mortality. Since the first African swine fever epidemic situation is diagnosed in 2018, the epidemic situation develops rapidly, all the country is affected by the epidemic situation, live pigs die greatly, and farmers suffer great economic losses. At present, no effective vaccine has been developed for this disease. For production, the traditional Chinese medicine compound prevention for clearing heat and detoxicating and tonifying healthy qi, such as Yinqiao powder, coptis detoxicating powder and the like, has limited effect on the disease.
The main transmission routes of the African swine fever virus are contact transmission, food transmission and soft tick blood-sucking transmission, and the transmission route can be blocked to effectively inhibit the transmission of diseases. The common pesticide is toxic and harmful, and has short duration. Aiming at the transmission path of the African swine fever virus, a method which effectively blocks the transmission path, is harmless to people and livestock and has low cost is urgently found.
The common commercial mosquito repellent product mainly comprises floral water and mosquito-repellent incense, and has the effects of repelling mosquitoes, removing miliaria, relieving itching and the like. However, the mosquito repellent effect is short, the mosquito repellent needs to be used repeatedly, the effect is seriously reduced when the pigs meet sweat, and the effect is seriously reduced by the actions of rubbing the pigs with each other or rubbing the walls in the actual breeding environment. The mosquito-repellent incense needs open fire, and has potential safety hazard. The electric mosquito repellent has a limited action range, and a breeding environment rarely has enough sockets, so that a moist breeding environment can cause electric leakage danger. The long-acting insect expelling ointment has longer acting time, but the long-acting insect expelling ointment is inconvenient to coat in a breeding environment, and can cause serious reduction of the effect when meeting sweat and the activity of pigs when meeting water.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: .
1. In an acidic solution, amino groups on chitosan molecules are protonated and carry a certain amount of positive charges, another kind of electronegative ions are added, and when the two solutions are mixed in a certain pH value range, the positive charges carried by the chitosan and the negative charges are combined electrostatically, so that the solubility in water is reduced, and the chitosan is separated out from the aqueous solution in a gel form. Sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and sodium alginate both exist in the form of anions in an acid solution, can be electrostatically combined with chitosan cations, and are wrapped with plant essential oil to be used as a wall material of the microcapsule to be separated out in the form of gel, so that the solution transmittance is reduced, and the opalescence phenomenon is accompanied.
2. The invention aims at the conventional pig breeding environment, uses natural herbal components, and is non-toxic and harmless to pigs and people. After the disinfectant is used, the disinfectant not only has the effects of repelling mosquitoes and killing insects and cutting off the transmission path of African swine fever, but also can form an air drug molecular film layer indoors, volatile substances contained in the disinfectant can form a natural disinfection air curtain in the air of a pigsty, and a drug film is formed on mucous membranes of a nasal throat and a trachea of a pig, which are most prone to bacteria and viruses accumulation, so that the effects of sterilizing, killing viruses and preventing and treating respiratory infectious diseases are achieved. And the raw materials are cheap and easy to obtain, and the preparation flow is simple and easy to implement.
3. The invention adds the synergist during preparation, has obvious synergistic effect on insect expelling effect by adopting the synergist, can reduce the using amount of the added components, is safe and non-irritant to livestock and human bodies by taking the plant essential oil monomer compound as the synergistic component, is easy to decompose without residue, has no pollution to the environment, has various target action modes, can delay the generation of drug resistance of pests, and meets the requirements of people on green, safe and environment-friendly sanitation and insect killing.
4. The invention adopts natural essential oil as a core material, and natural polymer material chitosan is respectively subjected to complex coacervation with sodium alginate and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate as a wall material to prepare the mosquito-repellent microcapsule, so that the effective mosquito-repellent component in the microcapsule has a slow-release effect, the volatilization rate and the transdermal absorption rate of the mosquito-repellent agent are reduced, and the effective evasion time of the mosquito-repellent agent is prolonged.
5. Aiming at the conventional pig breeding environment, the natural herbal ingredients are used, so that the pig feed is nontoxic and harmless to people, the microcapsule-coated ingredients are used, the slow release of active substances is realized, the effective time is longer, and the percutaneous absorption is greatly reduced; the raw materials are cheap and easy to obtain, and the preparation flow is simple and easy to implement; can be used together with various disinfectants, thereby reducing the labor cost.
