Abstract
本发明提供一种绝缘性优异的电池用包装材料和电池。该电池用包装材料包括至少依次叠层有基材层、粘接层、金属层和密封层的叠层体,上述基材层具有由体积电阻率为1×1015Ω·cm以上的热塑性树脂形成的树脂层A。

技术领域
本发明涉及绝缘性优异的电池用包装材料。另外,本发明涉及抑制了成型后的卷曲的电池用包装材料。
背景技术
以往,开发了各种各样类型的电池,在所有电池中,用于封装电极和电解质等电池元件的包装材料成为不可欠缺的部件。以往,作为电池用包装大多使用金属制的包装材料。
另一方面,近年来,伴随着个人电脑、照相机、便携电话等的高性能化,对电池不仅要求多种多样的形状,还要求薄型化和轻质化。但是,以往大多使用的金属制的电池用包装材料存在如下的缺点:难以追随形状的多样化,并且在轻质化方面也存在限度。
为此,近年来,作为容易加工成多种多样形状且能够实现薄型化和轻质化的电池用包装材料,提出了依次叠层有基材层/金属层/密封层的膜状的叠层体。作为这样的电池用包装材料的基材层,广泛使用尼龙等聚酰胺膜(例如参照专利文献1)。
另外,这样的电池用包装材料以往主要在便携电话、智能电话、笔记本电脑、平板电脑等小型电气设备中使用,但是,近年来也有在电动式汽车、汽车、蓄电设备等中使用的趋势。与此相随,进行着使用电池用包装材料的电池的大型化、大容量化,同时也存在将多个电池模块化(将多块电池排列在一起)来使用的趋势(例如参照专利文献2)。
然而,由于作为基材层广泛使用的聚酰胺膜的绝缘性低,因此,由聚酰胺膜形成基材层时,担心在汽车等中使用的模块化的高容量的电池的绝缘性降低。例如,在模块化的电池的一部分,在绝缘性降低产生放电时,存在破坏邻接的其它电池、损坏电池机能的可能性。特别是用于汽车等的电池要求在严酷环境下的耐久性,然而,聚酰胺膜在高湿度环境下存在绝缘性容易进一步降低的问题。
另外,伴随近年来对电池的高容量化的要求,对于电池用包装材料要求进一步薄型化。例如,如果电池用包装材料的厚度薄至120μm以下,则还存在电池用包装材料的绝缘性容易降低这样的问题。
在这样的电池用包装材料中,一般而言,通过利用冷轧成型形成凹部,在由该凹部形成的空间中配置电极和电解液等电池元件,使密封层彼此热熔接,由此得到在电池用包装材料的内部收纳有电池元件的电池。

发明内容
发明所要解决的课题
本发明的第一发明的主要目的在于提供一种电池包装材料,在包括至少依次叠层有基材层、粘接层、金属层和密封层的叠层体的电池用包装材料中,在高湿度环境下等中也具有优异的绝缘性。
另外,伴随近年来对电池的小型化、薄型化的要求,对于电池用包装材料也要求进一步薄膜化。然而,如果电池用包装材料的厚度变薄,在电池用包装材料形成的凹部的周缘部就会卷曲(弯曲),阻碍电池元件的收纳、密封层的热熔接,有时使电池的生产效率降低。特别是在汽车用的二次电池等大型的二次电池中所使用的电池用包装材料的尺寸较大,因此,存在卷曲对电池的生产性造成很大影响的问题。
在这样的状况下,本发明的第二发明的主要目的在于提供一种在包括至少依次叠层有基材层、金属层和密封层的叠层体的电池用包装材料中抑制成型后的卷曲的技术。
用于解决课题的方法
本发明的发明人为了解决上述第一发明的课题进行了深入研究。其结果发现,在包括至少依次叠层有基材层、粘接层、金属层和密封层的叠层体的电池用包装材料中,通过使基材层具有由体积电阻率为1×1015Ω·cm以上的热塑性树脂形成的树脂层A,实现优异的绝缘性。第一发明就是基于这样的见解,通过进一步重复研究而完成的。
另外,本发明的发明人为了解决上述第二发明的课题进行了深入研究。其结果发现,在包括至少依次叠层有基材层、金属层和密封层的叠层体的电池用包装材料中,通过将密封层的厚度设定为基材层的厚度的3倍以上,即使在电池用包装材料的厚度薄至例如160μm以下、进一步而言130μm以下、进一步而言100~120μm的情况下,也能够有效地抑制成型后的卷曲。第二发明就是基于这样的见解,通过进一步重复研究而完成的。
即,本发明提供下述方式的电池用包装材料和电池。
项1.一种电池用包装材料,其包括至少依次叠层有基材层、粘接层、金属层和密封层的叠层体,
上述基材层具有由体积电阻率为1×1015Ω·cm以上的热塑性树脂形成的树脂层A。
项2.如项1所述的电池用包装材料,其中,上述树脂层A的厚度处于9~25μm的范围。
项3.如项1或2所述的电池用包装材料,其中,上述树脂层A由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯和聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯的至少一种形成。

发明的效果
第一发明的电池用包装材料包括至少依次叠层有基材层、粘接层、金属层和密封层的叠层体,由于基材层具有由体积电阻率为1×1015Ω·cm以上的热塑性树脂形成的树脂层A,因此具有优异的绝缘性。
根据第二发明的电池用包装材料,在包括至少依次叠层有基材层、金属层和密封层的叠层体的电池用包装材料中,通过将密封层的厚度设为基材层的厚度的3倍以上,能够有效抑制成型后的卷曲。另外,在第二发明的电池用包装材料中,在金属层和密封层之间叠层有粘接层时,通过将该粘接层和密封层的合计厚度设为基材层的厚度的3倍以上,能够有效抑制成型后的卷曲。另外,第二发明的电池用包装材料由于抑制了成型后的卷曲,所以不易阻碍电池元件的收纳、密封层的热熔接,能够有助于提高电池的生产率。

具体实施方式
第一发明的电池用包装材料的特征在于,包括至少依次叠层有基材层、粘接层、金属层和密封层的叠层体,基材层具有由体积电阻率为1×1015Ω·cm以上的热塑性树脂形成的树脂层A。
另外,第二发明的电池用包装材料的特征在于,包括至少依次叠层有基材层、金属层和密封层的叠层体,密封层的厚度为基材层的厚度的3倍以上。另外,在第二发明的电池用包装材料中,在金属层和密封层之间叠层有粘接层时,该粘接层和密封层的合计厚度为基材层的厚度的3倍以上。以下,详细阐述第一发明和第二发明的电池用包装材料。
1.电池用包装材料的叠层结构
如图1~图4所示,电池用包装材料包括至少依次叠层有基材层1、粘接层2、金属层3和密封层4的叠层体。第一发明和第二发明的电池用包装材料中,基材层1形成为最外层,密封层4形成为最内层。即,在组装电池时,通过将位于电池元件的边缘的密封层4彼此热熔接来密封电池元件,封装电池元件。
另外,如图2、图4所示,第一发明和第二发明的电池用包装材料中,在金属层3和密封层4之间,出于提高它们的粘接性的目的,也可以根据需要设置粘接层5。另外,虽然没有图示,也可以在基材层1的表面(与密封层4相反侧的表面)设置涂敷层。
第二发明中,在具有粘接层5时,粘接层5和密封层4的合计厚度为基材层1的厚度的3倍以上即可。因此,此时,粘接层5单独或密封层4单独的厚度可以分别为基材层1的厚度的3倍以上,也可以低于3倍。
作为构成第一发明的电池用包装材料的叠层体的厚度,没有特别限制,从使电池用包装材料薄型化并且具备优异的绝缘性的观点考虑,优选列举125μm以下,更优选列举90~120μm左右。
2.第二发明中的电池用包装材料10、基材层1、粘接层5、密封层4的厚度的关系
第二发明的电池用包装材料中,特征在于,将后述的密封层4的厚度(粘接层5和密封层4的合计厚度)设定为后述的基材层1的厚度的3倍以上。如上所述,如果使电池用包装材料的厚度变薄,在电池用包装材料形成的凹部的周缘部发生卷曲(弯曲),有时阻碍电池元件的收纳、密封层的热熔接,降低电池的生产效率。对此,第二发明的电池用包装材料中,通过将密封层4的厚度(粘接层5和密封层4的合计厚度)设定为与构成电池用包装材料的基材层1的厚度相比大于3倍以上,由此,例如在使电池用包装材料的厚度为160μm以下、进一步而言为130μm以下、进一步而言为100~120μm非常薄时,也能够有效地抑制成型后的卷曲。
对于通过使基材层1和密封层4(粘接层5和密封层4的合计厚度)的厚度具有这样的关系而有效抑制成型后的卷曲的详细机理并不十分清楚,但是,例如能够考虑如下。即,可以认为,通过将密封层4的厚度(粘接层5和密封层4的合计厚度)设定为基材层1的厚度的3倍以上,在成型时,基材层1的形状变化对电池用包装材料整体产生的影响变小,可以抑制由成型而形成的凹部周边的基材层1的形状变化(收缩)所伴随的电池用包装材料的卷曲(弯曲)。
特别是汽车用的二次电池等大型的二次电池中所使用的电池用包装材料由于尺寸大,存在卷曲对电池的生产率带来的影响非常大的问题。第二发明的电池用包装材料在用于汽车用的二次电池等大型的二次电池时,即使在电池用包装材料的厚度例如为160μm以下、进一步而言为130μm以下、进一步而言为100~120μm非常薄的情况下,也能够抑制成型后的卷曲。
另外,第二发明的电池用包装材料不限于汽车用的二次电池等,在构成电池用包装材料的叠层体的厚度薄至例如100μm以下、进一步而言90~60μm程度时,也可以有效地抑制成型后的卷曲。因此,第二发明的电池用包装材料即使使厚度变薄,也能够抑制电池的生产率的降低并且有助于提高电池的能量密度。
此外,在第二发明中,成型后的电池用包装材料的卷曲的评价能够通过实施例所述的方法来进行(参照图5和图6)。
3.形成电池用包装材料的各层的组成
[基材层1]
在本发明的电池用包装材料中,基材层1是形成最外层的层。第一发明中,特征在于基材层1具有由体积电阻率为1×1015Ω·cm以上的热塑性树脂形成的树脂层A。第一发明中,通过使基材层1具有由这样的体积电阻率高的热塑性树脂形成的树脂层A,在电池用包装材料的厚度薄的情况下(例如,120μm以下)、在高湿度环境下(例如,23℃、相对湿度90%)等时,也具有优异的绝缘性。
从进一步提高第一发明的电池用包装材料的绝缘性的观点考虑,作为形成树脂层A的热塑性树脂的体积电阻率,优选列举1×1016Ω·cm以上,更优选列举1×1017Ω·cm以上。此外,作为形成树脂层A的热塑性树脂的体积电阻率的上限值,通常为1×1019Ω·cmΩ·cm左右。第一发明中,形成树脂层A的热塑性树脂的体积电阻率的测定方法为根据JISC 2151的规定的方法以23℃、相对湿度50%的条件测得的值。
作为形成树脂层A的热塑性树脂,只要具有上述的体积电阻率即可,没有特别限制,优选列举聚乙烯、聚丙烯等聚烯烃树脂;聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯等聚酯树脂;四氟代乙烯-六氟代丙烯共聚物、四氟代乙烯-全氟烷氧基乙烯共聚物、四氟代乙烯-乙烯共聚物等氟系树脂;聚苯乙烯、苯乙烯-丁二烯-丙烯腈共聚物等。这些之中,从绝缘性、耐热性、成型加工性等的观点考虑,特别优选聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯。形成树脂层A的热塑性树脂可以单独使用1种,也可以组合使用2种以上。
作为树脂层A的厚度,从抑制电池用包装材料的厚度的增大并且发挥优异的绝缘性的观点考虑,优选列举9~25μm左右,更优选列举12~25μm左右。
另外,从在高湿度环境下发挥优异的绝缘性的观点考虑,作为形成树脂层A的热塑性树脂的吸水率,优选为0.5%以下。此外,热塑性树脂的吸水率是根据JIS K 7209所规定的方法,在23℃测定24小时后的吸水率所得到的值。
另外,从在高湿度环境下发挥优异的绝缘性的观点考虑,作为树脂层A表面的润湿张力,优选为35mN/m以下。这是由于若润湿张力高则容易吸附水分,存在绝缘性降低的担忧的缘故。此外,热塑性树脂的润湿性是根据JIS K 6768所规定的方法,在23℃、在50%RH气氛气下测得的值。
基材层1可以由树脂层A的单层形成,也可以由树脂层A和其它树脂层(由体积电阻率低于1×1015Ω·cm的树脂形成)的多个层形成。作为形成其它树脂层的树脂,例如,可以列举聚酰胺树脂、环氧树脂、丙烯酸树脂、氟树脂、聚氨酯树脂、硅树脂、酚醛树脂、以及它们的混合物、共聚物等的树脂膜。这些之中,优选列举聚酰胺树脂。作为聚酰胺树脂,具体而言,可以列举尼龙6、尼龙6,6、尼龙6与尼龙6,6的共聚物、尼龙6,10、聚己二酰间苯二甲胺(MXD6)等,优选列举尼龙6。形成其它树脂层的树脂可以单独使用1种,也可以组合使用2种以上。
基材层1由树脂层A和其它树脂层多层形成时,这些层经由粘接剂或粘接性树脂等粘接成分叠层即可,对于所使用的粘结成分的种类和量,与后述的粘接层2或粘接层5的情况相同。此外,作为使2层以上的树脂膜叠层的方法,没有特别限制,能够采用公知方法,例如,可以列举干式层压法、夹层层压法等,优选列举干式层压法。通过干式层压法叠层时,作为粘接剂优选使用聚氨酯系粘接剂。此时,作为粘接层的厚度,例如,可以列举2~5μm左右。
在形成基材层1的各层中,可以根据需要添加抗氧化剂、爽滑剂、抗粘连剂、拨水剂等添加剂。
关于基材层1的总厚度,只要能够发挥作为基材层的功能即可,没有特别限制,例如,可以列举10~50μm左右,优选列举15~25μm左右。
第二发明的电池用包装材料中,基材层1是形成最外层的层。关于形成基材层1的原料,只要具备绝缘性即可,没有特别限制。作为形成基材层1的原料,例如,可以列举聚酯树脂、聚酰胺树脂、环氧树脂、丙烯酸树脂、氟树脂、聚氨酯树脂、硅树脂、酚醛树脂、以及它们的混合物、共聚物等的树脂膜。这些之中,优选列举聚酯树脂、聚酰胺树脂,更优选列举双轴拉伸聚酯树脂、双轴拉伸聚酰胺树脂。作为聚酯树脂,具体而言,可以列举聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚萘二甲酸丁二醇酯、共聚聚酯、聚碳酸酯等。另外,作为聚酰胺树脂,具体而言,可以列举尼龙6、尼龙6,6、尼龙6与尼龙6,6的共聚物、尼龙6,10、聚己二酰间苯二甲胺(MXD6)等。
第二发明的电池用包装材料中,形成基材层1的树脂膜为拉伸树脂膜、形成后述的密封层的树脂膜为未拉伸膜时,具有容易影响基材层1的取向、特别是容易发生卷曲的问题,但是,在第二发明的电池用包装材料中,通过使基材层1和密封层4的厚度具有上述关系,在基材层1和密封层4由这样的树脂膜形成时,也能够有效地抑制成型时的卷曲。此外,第二发明中,拉伸树脂膜是指在树脂膜的制造时经由在MD方向和TD方向的至少一方拉升至2~5倍左右的工序而得到的树脂膜,未拉伸膜是指不经由这样的工序的树脂膜。
第二发明中,基材层1可以由1层的树脂膜形成,但是为了提高耐针孔性、绝缘性,也可以由2层以上的树脂膜形成。基材层1由多层的树脂膜形成时,使2层以上的树脂膜经由粘接剂或粘接性树脂等粘接成分叠层即可,对于所使用的粘结成分的种类和量,与后述的粘接层2或粘接层5的情况相同。此外,作为使2层以上的树脂膜叠层的方法,没有特别限制,能够采用公知方法,例如,可以列举干式层压法、夹层层压法等,优选列举干式层压法。通过干式层压法叠层时,作为粘接剂优选使用聚氨酯系粘接剂。此时,作为粘接层的厚度,例如,可以列举2~5μm左右。
第二发明中,关于基材层1的厚度,只要能够发挥作为基材层的功能并且相对于密封层4的厚度(粘接层5和密封层4的合计厚度)满足上述的关系即可,没有特别限制,可以列举10~50μm左右,优选列举15~25μm左右。
[粘接层2]
第一发明和第二发明的电池用包装材料中,粘接层2是为了使基材层1与金属层3牢固地粘接而根据需要设置于它们之间的层。
粘接层2由能够将基材层1与金属层3粘接的粘接剂形成。粘接层2的形成中所使用的粘接剂可以为2液固化型粘接剂或1液固化型粘接剂。另外,对于粘接层2的形成中所使用的粘接剂的粘接机制也没有特别限制,可以为化学反应型、溶剂挥发型、热熔接型、热压型等的任一种。
作为粘接层2的形成中能够使用的粘接成分,具体而言,可以列举聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚萘二甲酸丁二醇酯、聚间苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚碳酸酯、共聚聚酯等聚酯系树脂;聚醚系粘接剂;聚氨酯系粘接剂;环氧系树脂;酚醛树脂系树脂;尼龙6、尼龙66、尼龙12、共聚聚酰胺等聚酰胺系树脂;聚烯烃、羧酸改性聚烯烃、金属改性聚烯烃等聚烯烃系树脂、聚乙酸乙烯酯系树脂;纤维素系粘接剂;(甲基)丙烯酸系树脂;聚酰亚胺系树脂;尿素树脂、三聚氰胺树脂等氨基树脂;氯丁二烯橡胶、丁腈橡胶、苯乙烯-丁二烯橡胶等橡胶;有机硅系树脂等。这些粘接成分可以单独使用1种,或者也可以组合2种以上使用。这些粘接成分之中,可以优选列举聚氨酯系粘接剂。
关于粘接层2的厚度,只要能够发挥作为粘接层的功能即可,没有特别限制,例如,可以列举1~10μm左右,优选列举2~5μm左右。
[金属层3]
在电池用包装材料中,金属层3除了用于提高电池用包装材料的强度以外,还是发挥作为防止水蒸气、氧、光等侵入电池内部的阻隔层发挥功能的层。作为构成金属层3的金属,具体而言,可以列举铝、不锈钢、钛等,优选列举铝。金属层3能够通过金属箔或金属蒸镀等形成,优选由金属箔形成,更优选由铝箔形成。从在电池用包装材料的制造时防止在金属层3发生褶皱和针孔的观点考虑,例如,更优选由退火处理后的铝(JIS A8021P-O、JISA8079P-O)等软质铝箔形成。
作为金属层3使用的铝箔优选进行相对于MD方向的平行方向的拉伸试验时的0.2%屈服强度和进行相对于TD方向的平行方向的拉伸试验时的0.2%屈服强度均在55~140N/mm2的范围,更优选在60~100N/mm2的范围。此外,该0.2%屈服强度是通过JIS Z 2241所规定的拉伸试验测得的值。
金属层3的厚度只要发挥作为金属层的功能即可,没有特别限制,例如能够设为10μm~50μm左右,优选设为20μm~40μm左右。
另外,为了粘接的稳定化、防止溶解、腐蚀等,金属层3优选对至少一个面、优选对两个面进行化学法表面处理(化成处理)。这里,化学法表面处理是指对金属层的表面形成耐酸性皮膜的处理。作为化学法表面处理,例如,可以列举使用硝酸铬、氟化铬、硫酸铬、乙酸铬、草酸铬、磷酸二氢铬、铬酸乙酰乙酸盐、氯化铬、硫酸铬钾等铬酸化合物的铬酸铬酸盐处理;使用磷酸钠、磷酸钾、磷酸铵、多聚磷酸等磷酸化合物的磷酸铬酸盐处理;使用具有下述通式(1)~(4)所示的重复单元的氨基化苯酚聚合物的铬酸盐处理等。其中,在该氨基化苯酚聚合物中,下述通式(1)~(4)所示的重复单元可以单独含有1种,也可以为2种以上的任意组合。
通式(1)~(4)中,X表示氢原子、羟基、烷基、羟基烷基、烯丙基或苄基。另外,R1和R2分别相同或不同,表示羟基、烷基或羟基烷基。通式(1)~(4)中,作为X、R1和R2所示的烷基,例如,可以列举甲基、乙基、正丙基、异丙基、正丁基、异丁基、叔丁基等碳原子数1~4的直链或支链状烷基。另外,作为X、R1和R2所示的羟基烷基,例如,可以列举羟基甲基、1-羟基乙基、2-羟基乙基、1-羟基丙基、2-羟基丙基、3-羟基丙基、1-羟基丁基、2-羟基丁基、3-羟基丁基、4-羟基丁基等取代有1个羟基的碳原子数1~4的直链或支链状烷基。通式(1)~(4)中,X、R1和R2所示的烷基和羟基烷基分别可以相同也可以不同。通式(1)~(4)中,X优选为氢原子、羟基或羟基烷基。具有通式(1)~(4)所示的重复单元的氨基化苯酚聚合物的数均分子量例如优选为500~100万,更优选列举1000~2万左右。
另外,作为对金属层3赋予耐腐蚀性的化学法表面处理方法,可以列举如下方法:涂布在磷酸中分散有氧化铝、氧化钛、氧化铈、氧化锡等金属氧化物、硫酸钡的微粒的涂布液,在150℃以上进行烧制处理,由此,在金属层3的表面形成耐腐蚀处理层。另外,在耐腐蚀处理层之上,可以进一步形成用交联剂将阳离子性聚合物交联得到的树脂层。这里,作为阳离子性聚合物,例如,可以列举聚乙烯亚胺、由聚乙烯亚胺和具有羧酸的聚合物构成的离子高分子配位化合物、在丙烯酸主骨架接枝聚合有伯胺的伯胺接枝丙烯酸树脂、聚丙烯酰胺或其衍生物、氨基苯酚等。作为这些阳离子性聚合物,可以仅使用1种,也可以组合2种以上使用。另外,作为交联剂,例如,可以列举具有选自异氰酸酯基、缩水甘油基、羧基和噁唑啉基中的至少1种官能团的化合物、硅烷偶联剂等。作为这些交联剂,可以仅使用1种,也可以组合2种以上使用。
化学法表面处理可以仅进行1种化学法表面处理,也可以组合进行2种以上的化学法表面处理。另外,这些化学法表面处理可以单独使用1种化合物,或者也可以组合使用2种以上的化合物。化学法表面处理之中,优选铬酸铬酸盐处理或者组合铬酸化合物、磷酸化合物和氨基化苯酚聚合物的铬酸盐处理等。
化学法表面处理中,关于在金属层3的表面所形成的耐酸性皮膜的量,没有特别限制,例如,进行上述的铬酸盐处理时,优选以相对于金属层3的表面每1m2,铬氧化合物以铬换算为约0.5mg~约50mg、优选为约1.0mg~约40mg、磷化合物以磷换算为约0.5mg~约50mg、优选为约1.0mg~约40mg、氨基化苯酚聚合物为约1mg~约200mg、优选为约5.0mg~150mg的比例含有。
化学法表面处理通过以下方法进行:将含有用于形成耐酸性皮膜的化合物的溶液通过棒涂法、辊涂法、凹版印刷法、浸渍法等涂布在金属层的表面之后,进行加热使得金属层的温度为70℃~200℃左右。另外,在对金属层实施化学法表面处理之前,可以预先通过碱浸渍法、电解清洗法、酸清洗法、电解酸清洗法等对金属层进行脱脂处理。通过这样进行脱脂处理,能够更高效地进行金属层表面的化学法表面处理。
[密封层4]
第一发明和第二发明的电池用包装材料中,密封层4是相当于最内层、在组装电池时密封层彼此热熔接而密封电池元件的层。
第二发明的电池用包装材料中,叠层有后述的粘接层5时,粘接层5和密封层4的厚度的合计为基材层1的厚度的3倍以上即可,密封层4单独的厚度可以为基材层1的厚度的3倍以上,也可以不足3倍。另一方面,没有叠层后述的粘接层5时,密封层4单独的厚度为基材层1的厚度的3倍以上。
第一发明和第二发明中,关于密封层4中使用的树脂成分,只要能够热熔接即可,没有特别限制,例如,可以列举聚烯烃、环状聚烯烃、羧酸改性聚烯烃、羧酸改性环状聚烯烃。
作为上述聚烯烃,具体而言,可以列举低密度聚乙烯、中密度聚乙烯、高密度聚乙烯、线性低密度聚乙烯等聚乙烯;均聚丙烯、聚丙烯的嵌段共聚物(例如,丙烯与乙烯的嵌段共聚物)、聚丙烯的无规共聚物(例如,丙烯与乙烯的无规共聚物)等聚丙烯;乙烯-丁烯-丙烯的三元共聚物等。这些聚烯烃之中,可以优选列举聚乙烯和聚丙烯。
上述环状聚烯烃为烯烃和环状单体的共聚物,作为上述环状聚烯烃的构成单体的烯烃,例如,可以列举乙烯、丙烯、4-甲基-1-戊烯、苯乙烯、丁二烯、异戊二烯等。另外,作为上述环状聚烯烃的构成单体的环状单体,例如,可以列举降冰片烯等环状烯烃;具体而言,可以列举环戊二烯、二环戊二烯、环己二烯、降冰片二烯等环状二烯等。这些聚烯烃之中,可以优选列举环状烯烃,更优选列举降冰片烯。
上述羧酸改性聚烯烃是指用羧酸将上述聚烯烃通过嵌段聚合或接枝聚合改性得到的聚合物。作为改性中所使用的羧酸,例如,可以列举马来酸、丙烯酸、衣康酸、巴豆酸、马来酸酐、衣康酸酐等。
上述羧酸改性环状聚烯烃是指将构成环状聚烯烃的单体的一部分替代为α,β-不饱和羧酸或其酸酐进行共聚、或者对环状聚烯烃嵌段共聚或接枝共聚α,β-不饱和羧酸或其酸酐得到的聚合物。关于被羧酸改性的环状聚烯烃,与上述同样。另外,作为改性中所使用的羧酸,与上述酸改性环烯烃共聚物的改性中所使用的羧酸相同。
这些树脂成分之中,可以优选列举羧酸改性聚烯烃;更优选列举羧酸改性聚丙烯。
密封层4可以由1种树脂成分单独形成,或者也可以由组合2种以上的树脂成分的共混聚合物形成。另外,密封层4可以仅以1层形成,也可以由相同或不同的树脂成分以2层以上形成。
另外,作为密封层4的厚度,只要能够发挥作为密封层的功能即可,没有特别限制,例如,可以列举10~100μm左右,优选列举15~50μm左右。
[粘接层5]
第一发明和第二发明的电池用包装材料中,粘接层5是为了使金属层3与密封层4牢固地粘接而根据需要设置于它们之间的层。
第二发明的电池用包装材料中,叠层有粘接层5时,粘接层5和密封层4的厚度的合计为基材层1的厚度的3倍以上即可,粘接层5单独的厚度可以为基材层1的厚度的3倍以上,也可以不足3倍。
粘接层5由能够将金属层3与密封层4粘接的粘接剂形成。关于粘接层5的形成中所使用的粘接剂,其粘接机制、粘接剂成分的种类等与上述粘接层2的情况相同。作为粘接层5中所使用的粘接剂成分,可以优选列举聚烯烃系树脂,更优选列举羧酸改性聚烯烃,特别优选列举羧酸改性聚丙烯。
关于粘接层5的厚度,只要发挥作为粘接层的功能即可,没有特别限制,例如,可以列举2~50μm左右,优选列举15~30μm左右。
[涂敷层]
第一发明和第二发明的电池用包装材料中,以提高设计性、耐电解液性、耐摩擦性、成型性等为目的,也可以根据需要在基材层1之上(基材层1的与金属层3相反的一侧)设置涂敷层。在组装电池时,涂敷层是位于最外层的层。
涂敷层例如能够由聚偏氯乙烯、聚酯树脂、聚氨酯树脂、丙烯酸树脂、环氧树脂等形成。这些之中,优选涂敷层由2液固化型树脂形成。作为形成涂敷层的2液固化型树脂,例如,可以列举2液固化型聚氨酯树脂、2液固化型聚酯树脂、2液固化型环氧树脂等。另外,也可以在涂敷层中配合消光剂。
作为消光剂,例如,可以列举粒径为0.5nm~5μm左右的微粒。关于消光剂的材质,没有特别限制,例如,可以列举金属、金属氧化物、无机物、有机物等。另外,关于消光剂的形状,也没有特别限制,例如,可以列举球状、纤维状、板状、无定形、空心球状等。作为消光剂,具体而言,可以列举滑石、二氧化硅、石墨、高岭土、蒙脱土(モンモリロイド)、蒙脱石、合成云母、水滑石、硅胶、沸石、氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁、氧化锌、氧化镁、氧化铝、氧化钕、氧化锑、氧化钛、氧化铈、硫酸钙、硫酸钡、碳酸钙、硅酸钙、碳酸锂、苯甲酸钙、草酸钙、硬脂酸镁、氧化铝、炭黑、碳纳米管类、高熔点尼龙、交联丙烯酸、交联苯乙烯、交联聚乙烯、苯代三聚氰二胺、金、铝、铜、镍等。这些消光剂可以单独使用1种,另外,也可以组合使用2种以上。这些消光剂中,从分散稳定性和成本等观点考虑,可以优选列举二氧化硅、硫酸钡、氧化钛。另外,对于消光剂,也可以对表面实施绝缘处理、高分散性处理等各种表面处理。
作为形成涂敷层的方法,没有特别限制,例如,可以列举将形成涂敷层的2液固化型树脂涂布在基材层1的一个表面上的方法。在配合消光剂的情况下,在2液固化型树脂中添加消光剂并混合后进行涂布即可。
作为涂敷层的厚度,只要发挥作为涂敷层的上述功能即可,没有特别限制,例如,可以列举0.5~10μm左右,优选列举1~5μm左右。
4.电池用包装材料的制造方法
关于第一发明和第二发明的电池用包装材料的制造方法,只要可以得到叠层有规定组成的各层的叠层体即可,没有特别限制,例如,可以例示以下的方法。
首先,形成依次叠层有基材层1、粘接层2、金属层3的叠层体(以下,有时也记为“叠层体A”)。关于叠层体A的形成,具体而言,能够通过以下的干式层压法来进行:在基材层1上或根据需要对表面进行过化学法表面处理的金属层3上,将用于形成粘接层2的粘接剂通过挤出法、凹版印刷法、辊涂法等涂布方法涂布、干燥之后,叠层该金属层3或基材层1并使粘接层2固化。
接着,在叠层体A的金属层3上叠层密封层4。在金属层3上直接叠层密封层4时,在叠层体A的金属层3上通过凹版印刷法、辊涂法等的方法涂布构成密封层4的树脂成分即可。另外,在金属层3和密封层4之间设置粘接层5时,例如,可以列举:(1)在叠层体A的金属层3上通过将粘接层5和密封层4共挤出来叠层的方法(共挤出层压法);(2)另外形成叠层有粘接层5和密封层4的叠层体,将其在叠层体A的金属层3上通过热层压法叠层的方法;(3)在叠层体A的金属层3上将用于形成粘接层5的粘接剂通过挤出法或溶液涂敷,以高温进行干燥并进行烧制的方法等叠层,在该粘接层5上通过热层压法叠层预先制膜为片状的密封层4的方法;(4)在叠层体A的金属层3与预先制膜为片状密封层4之间边流入熔融的粘接层5边经由粘接层5贴合叠层体A与密封层4的方法(夹层层压法)等。
在设置涂敷层的情况下,在基材层1的与金属层3相反的一侧的表面叠层涂敷层。涂敷层例如能够通过将形成涂敷层的上述的树脂涂布在基材层1的表面来形成。此外,在基材层1的表面叠层金属层3的工序和在基材层1的表面叠层涂敷层的工序的顺序没有特别限制。例如,也可以在基材层1的表面形成涂敷层后,在基材层1的与涂敷层相反的一侧的表面形成金属层3。
如上所述操作,形成包括基材层1/粘接层2/根据需要对表面进行了化学法表面处理的金属层3/根据需要设置的粘接层5/密封层4/根据需要设置的涂敷层的叠层体,为了使粘接层2和根据需要设置的粘接层5的粘接性牢固,也可以进一步进行热辊接触式、热风式、近或远红外线式等的加热处理。作为这样的加热处理的条件,例如,可以列举在150~250℃进行1~5分钟。
在第一发明和第二发明的电池用包装材料中,对于构成叠层体的各层,为了使制膜性、叠层化加工、最终制品2次加工(包装化、压花成型)适应性等提高或稳定化,可以实施电晕处理、喷砂处理、氧化处理、臭氧处理等表面活性化处理。
5.电池用包装材料的用途
本发明的电池用包装材料可以作为用于密封并收纳正极、负极、电解质等电池元件的包装材料使用。
具体而言,将至少具备正极、负极和电解质的电池元件,以上述正极和负极分别连接的金属端子向外侧突出的状态,以能够在电池元件的边缘形成凸缘部(密封层彼此接触的区域)的方式,用本发明的电池用包装材料将上述凸缘部的密封层彼此热封,使其密封,由此,提供使用了电池用包装材料的电池。此外,在使用本发明的电池用包装材料收纳电池元件时,以本发明的电池用包装材料的密封部分成为内侧(与电池元件接触的面)的方式使用。
本发明的电池用包装材料可以用于一次电池、二次电池的任一种,优选为二次电池。关于适用本发明的电池用包装材料的二次电池的种类,没有特别限制,例如,可以列举锂离子电池、锂离子聚合物电池、铅蓄电池、镍/氢蓄电池、镍/镉蓄电池、镍/铁蓄电池、镍/锌蓄电池、氧化银/锌蓄电池、金属空气电池、多价阳离子电池、电容器(condenser)、电容器(capacitor)等。这些二次电池之中,作为本发明的电池用包装材料的优选的适用对象,可以列举锂离子电池和锂离子聚合物电池。
实施例
以下,例示实施例和比较例,详细说明本发明。但是,本发明不限定于实施例。
实施例1A-6A和比较例1A-2A
<电池用包装材料的制造>
使用以下的实施例1A-6A和比较例1A-2A所示的基材层、金属层、粘接层,制作依次叠层有基材层1/粘接层2/金属层3的叠层体。具体而言,在基材层1的一个面形成以下的粘接层2,与金属层3的化学法表面处理面进行加压加热贴合(热层压),制作依次叠层有基材层1/粘接层2/金属层3的叠层体。另外,通过将构成粘接层5的酸改性聚丙烯树脂(用不饱和羧酸接枝改性得到的不饱和羧酸接枝改性无规聚丙烯)和构成密封层4的聚丙烯(无规聚合物)进行共挤出,制作由粘接层5和密封层4构成的2层共挤出膜。接着,以上述所制作的2层共挤出膜的粘接层5与上述所制作的基材层1/粘接层2/金属层3构成的叠层体的金属层相接的方式重合,进行加热使得金属层3为120℃,进行热层压,由此,得到依次叠层有基材层1/粘接层2/金属层3/粘接层5/密封层4的叠层体。将所得到的叠层体暂时冷却后,加热至180℃,将该温度保持1分钟,实施热处理,由此,得到实施例1A-6A和比较例1A-2A的电池用包装材料。实施例1A-6A和比较例1A-2A中得到的电池用包装材料的叠层结构和各层的厚度如下所示。此外,金属层3、粘接层2和密封层4在实施例1A-6A和比较例1A-2A中是相同的。
<实施例1A>
(基材层1)
是将由以聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯为主成分的原料构成的未拉伸卷筒膜利用拉幅机法进行逐次二轴拉伸后,在210℃进行热处理,由此制造的PET树脂膜(厚度12μm)。以拉伸倍率为流动方向(MD)3.2倍、宽度方向(TD)3.2倍的条件制造。
(金属层3)
使用具有以下物性的铝箔(ALM1:8079材)。此外,拉伸断裂强度和拉伸断裂伸长率分别是以根据JIS K7127的规定的方法测得的值。另外,0.2%屈服强度是通过JIS Z 2241所规定的拉伸试验测得的值。
·拉伸断裂强度:MD方向86.0MPa、TD方向87.2MPa
·拉伸断裂伸长率:MD方向14.3%、TD方向12.2%
·0.2%屈服强度:MD方向38.6MPa、TD方向37.5MPa(粘接层2)
作为将基材层1和金属层3粘接的粘接层2,使用以下的粘接剂。
使用玻璃化转变温度-5~5℃、重均分子量10~40×103、羟基当量0.7~1.9个/mol的多元醇化合物和以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)的三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)加合物为主成分的芳香族异氰酸酯以1︰3的比率混合得到的聚氨酯树脂系粘接剂。

<实施例2A>
(基材层1)
是将实施例1A的PET树脂膜(12μm)和以下的尼龙膜用形成粘接层2的粘接剂(厚度3μm)粘接得到的叠层体。是将由以尼龙6为主成分的原料构成的未拉伸卷筒膜利用管状法进行同时二轴拉伸后,在200℃进行热处理,由此制造的尼龙膜(厚度15μm)。以拉伸倍率为流动方向(MD)3.0倍、宽度方向(TD)3.3倍的条件制造。

PET树脂膜(12μm)/粘接剂(3μm)/尼龙膜(15μm)/粘接层(3μm)/铝箔(35μm)/粘接层(30μm)/密封层(30μm)
<实施例3A>
(基材层1)
是将除了使厚度为9μm以外与实施例1A同样操作制得的PET树脂膜和实施例2A的尼龙膜(厚度15μm)用形成粘接层2的粘接剂(厚度3μm)粘接得到的叠层体。

PET树脂膜(9μm)/粘接剂(3μm)/尼龙膜(15μm)/粘接层(3μm)/铝箔(35μm)/粘接层(30μm)/密封层(30μm)
<实施例4A>
(基材层1)
是将由以在聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯添加聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯8重量%的树脂为主成分的原料构成的未拉伸卷筒莫利用管状法进行同时二轴拉伸后,在205℃进行热处理,由此制得的PBT树脂膜。拉伸倍率为流动方向(MD)3.8倍、宽度方向(TD)3.8倍。

PBT树脂膜(15μm)/粘接层(3μm)/铝箔(35μm)/粘接层(30μm)/密封层(30μm)
<实施例5A>
(基材层1)
是将聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯树脂、热塑性聚酯系弹性体和尼龙6利用T模法挤出制作共挤出膜后,用逐次拉伸法在MD、TD方向二轴拉伸,在200℃进行热处理,由此制得的PET树脂膜(厚度4μm)/粘接剂(厚度1μm)/尼龙膜(厚度20μm)的叠层体。拉伸倍率为流动方向(MD)3.4倍、宽度方向(TD)3.8倍。粘接剂与形成粘接层2的粘接剂相同。

PET树脂膜(4μm)/粘接剂(1μm)/尼龙膜(20μm)/粘接层(3μm)/铝箔(35μm)/粘接层(30μm)/密封层(30μm)
<实施例6A>
(基材层1)
使用除了厚度为6μm以外与实施例1A同样操作制得的PET树脂膜1层。

<体积电阻率的测定>
利用根据JIS C 2151的规定的方法,以23℃、相对湿度50%的条件测定实施例和比较例中得到的各电池用包装材料中形成基材层1的位于最外层的树脂层(各个基材层中,由体积电阻率最大的树脂形成)的树脂的体积电阻率。在表1A中表示结果。
<绝缘破坏电压的测定>
利用根据JIS C 2110-1(短时间法)的规定的方法,以23℃、相对湿度50%的条件和23℃、相对湿度90%的条件从基材层侧施加并测定实施例和比较例中得到的各电池用包装材料的绝缘破坏电压。绝缘性根据以下的基准进行评价。在表1A中表示结果。

◎:7kV以上、低于8kV
○:6kV以上、低于7kV
△:5kV以上、低于6kV
×:低于5kV
<利用电蚀试验法的评价>
使用电蚀试验法评价实施例和比较例中得到的各电池用包装材料的基材表面对水的绝缘性。首先,将各电池用包装材料裁断为80mm(MD方向、纵向)×120mm(TD方向、宽度方向)。接着,通过使用模具进行塑性加工,由各电池用包装材料制备形成有深度6mm、长宽50mm×35mm的凹型的成型品。以将作为该成型品的一部分的成型部浸渍在水中的状态,用铜线连接浸渍于水中的部分和成型品的一部分,对其施加3V电压3天,评价是否发生由于构成金属层3的铝箔的溶出引起的粘接层2/金属层3之间的剥离(脱层)。在表1A中表示结果。

由表1A所示的结果可知,基材层1中含有由体积电阻率为1×1015Ω·cm以上的热塑性树脂形成的树脂层的实施例1A-6A中,电池用包装材料的绝缘破坏电压高,绝缘性优异。特别是在该树脂层的厚度厚于9μm的实施例1A~4A中,绝缘性特别高。另一方面,在基材层1不含有由体积电阻率为1×1015Ω·cm以上的热塑性树脂形成的树脂层的比较例1A-2A中,绝缘性低。
实施例1B-3B和比较例1B-8B
<电池用包装材料的制造>
对依次叠层有基材层1/粘接层2/金属层3的叠层体,以热层压法叠层粘接层5和密封层4,由此,制造包括依次叠层有基材层1/粘接层2/金属层3/粘接层5/密封层4的叠层体的电池用包装材料。电池用包装材料的详细制造条件如下所示。
首先,在基材层1的一个面形成3μm的粘接层2,与金属层3的化学法表面处理面加压加热贴合(热层压),制作依次叠层有基材层1/粘接层2/金属层3的叠层体。另外,通过将构成粘接层5的酸改性聚丙烯树脂(用不饱和羧酸接枝改性得到的不饱和羧酸接枝改性无规聚丙烯)和构成密封层4的聚丙烯(无规聚合物),制作由粘接层5和密封层4构成的2层共挤出膜。
接着,在上述所制作的基材层1/粘接层2/金属层3构成的叠层体的金属层以上述所制作的2层共挤出膜的粘接层5相接的方式重合,进行加热使得金属层3为120℃,进行热层压,由此,得到依次叠层有基材层1/粘接层2/金属层3/粘接层5/密封层4的叠层体。将所得到的叠层体暂时冷却后,加热至180℃,将该温度保持1分钟,实施热处理,由此,得到实施例1B-3B和比较例1B-8B的电池用包装材料。
实施例1B-3B和比较例1B-8B中制作的电池用包装材料的叠层结构和各层的厚度分别如下所示。此外,形成基材层1的PET和尼龙的叠层体是将PET膜和尼龙膜用形成粘接层2的粘接剂粘接得到的叠层体。基材层1的厚度中不包括粘接剂的厚度。

<成型后的卷曲的评价>
将上述得到的电池用包装材料裁断,制作150×100mm的长条片,将其作为试验样品。使用包括30×50mm的矩形状的阳模和与该阳模的间隙为0.5mm的阴模的直模,以密封层4侧位于阳模侧的方式在阴模上载置上述试验样品,以0.1MPa的压紧力(面压)挤压该试验样品,使成型深度为6mm,进行了冷轧成型(牵引1段成型)。进行了成型的位置的详细情况如图5所示。如图5所示,在矩形状的成型部M与电池用包装材料10的端部P的最短距离d=25mm的位置成型。接着,将成型后的电池用包装材料10如图6所示放置在水平面20,将从水平面20到端部P的垂直方向y的距离的最大值t作为卷曲的部分的最大高度。成型后的卷曲的评价基准如下。将结果表示在表1B中。
〇:t=0mm以上且低于10mm,卷曲小,几乎不使生产率降低
×:t=10mm以上,卷曲大,生产率的降低大

从表1B所示的结果可知,即使在成型深度6mm这样严格的条件下成型时,粘接层5和密封层4的合计厚度为基材层1的厚度的3倍以上的实施例1B-3B的电池包装材料中,有效抑制了卷曲。另一方面,粘接层5和密封层4的合计厚度低于基材层1的厚度的3倍的比较例1B-8B的电池包装材料中以成型深度6mm成型时,卷曲变大,与实施例1B-3B相比在成型性上很差。

Claims (21)
1.一种电池用包装材料,其特征在于:
包括至少依次叠层有基材层、粘接层、金属层和密封层的叠层体,
所述基材层具有由体积电阻率为1×1015Ω·cm以上的热塑性树脂形成的树脂层A和聚酰胺树脂层,
所述树脂层A的厚度处于9~25μm的范围,
所述树脂层A的表面的润湿张力为35mN/m以下,
所述树脂层A由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯和聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯的至少一种形成,
所述聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯和聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯的吸水率为0.5%以下,
所述金属层由铝箔形成,该铝箔进行相对于MD方向的平行方向的拉伸试验时的0.2%屈服强度和进行相对于TD方向的平行方向的拉伸试验时的0.2%屈服强度均在55~140N/mm2的范围。
2.如权利要求1所述的电池用包装材料,其特征在于:
所述基材层由使拉伸聚酯树脂膜与拉伸聚酰胺树脂膜经由聚氨酯系粘接剂叠层而得的叠层膜形成。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的电池用包装材料,其特征在于:
在所述金属层与所述密封层之间具有第二粘接层,
所述第二粘接层和所述密封层的合计厚度为60μm以上80μm以下。
4.如权利要求3所述的电池用包装材料,其特征在于:
所述第二粘接层由羧酸改性聚烯烃形成。
5.如权利要求3所述的电池用包装材料,其特征在于:
所述第二粘接层的厚度为15μm以上50μm以下。
6.如权利要求3所述的电池用包装材料,其特征在于:
所述密封层的厚度为15μm以上50μm以下。
7.如权利要求1或2所述的电池用包装材料,其特征在于:
所述基材层的厚度为15μm以上50μm以下。
8.如权利要求1或2所述的电池用包装材料,其特征在于:
所述金属层的厚度为30μm以上50μm以下。
9.如权利要求1或2所述的电池用包装材料,其特征在于:
所述密封层含有选自低密度聚乙烯、中密度聚乙烯、高密度聚乙烯、聚丙烯、乙烯-丁烯-丙烯的三元共聚物、环状聚烯烃、羧酸改性聚烯烃和羧酸改性环状聚烯烃中的至少一种。
10.如权利要求1或2所述的电池用包装材料,其特征在于:
利用下述的成型后的卷曲的评价方法测定的卷曲的部分的最大高度小于10mm,
将所述电池用包装材料裁断,制作150×100mm的长条片,将其作为试验样品,使用包括30×50mm的矩形状的阳模和与该阳模的间隙为0.5mm的阴模的直模,以密封层侧位于阳模侧的方式在阴模上载置所述试验样品,以0.1MPa的压紧力挤压该试验样品,使成型深度为6mm,进行了冷轧成型,该冷轧成型是在矩形状的成型部与电池用包装材料的端部的最短距离为25mm的位置成型,接着,将成型后的所述电池用包装材料放置在水平面,将从水平面到端部的垂直方向的距离的最大值作为卷曲的部分的最大高度。
11.如权利要求1或2所述的电池用包装材料,其特征在于:
所述叠层体的厚度为125μm以下。
12.如权利要求1或2所述的电池用包装材料,其特征在于:
包括至少依次叠层有基材层、金属层和密封层的叠层体,
所述密封层的厚度为所述基材层的厚度的3倍以上。
13.如权利要求1或2所述的电池用包装材料,其特征在于:
在所述金属层与所述密封层之间具有第二粘接层,
所述第二粘接层和所述密封层的合计厚度为所述基材层的厚度的3倍以上。
14.如权利要求13所述的电池用包装材料,其特征在于:
所述叠层体的厚度为160μm以下。
15.如权利要求13所述的电池用包装材料,其特征在于:
所述基材层由拉伸树脂膜形成,所述密封层由未拉伸树脂膜形成。
16.如权利要求1或2所述的电池用包装材料,其特征在于:
所述金属层由铝箔形成。
17.如权利要求1或2所述的电池用包装材料,其特征在于:
对所述金属层的至少一个面实施化学法表面处理。
18.如权利要求1或2所述的电池用包装材料,其特征在于:
其为二次电池用的包装材料。
19.如权利要求1或2所述的电池用包装材料,其特征在于:
所述密封层由相同或不同的树脂成分以2层以上形成。
20.一种电池,其特征在于:
至少具备正极、负极和电解质的电池元件收纳于权利要求1~19中任一项所述的电池用包装材料内。
21.一种电池用包装材料的制造方法,其用于制造权利要求1或2所述的电池用包装材料,该制造方法的特征在于:
包括得到至少依次叠层有基材层、粘接层、金属层、第二粘接层和密封层的叠层体的工序,
通过将所述第二粘接层和所述密封层共挤出进行叠层。
