As mentioned above, the carbon fiber decorative parts produced in the prior art can only play a decorative role, but cannot achieve a light-transmitting touch function. Based on this, the present invention provides a more optimized manufacturing method 100 of a light-transmitting touch component, and a light-transmitting touch component 200 manufactured based on the method 100 . The manufacturing method 100 of the light-transmitting touch component of the present invention is simple in process, and the light-transmitting touch component 200 manufactured based on the method 100 not only has rich decorative effects, but also can realize the light-transmitting touch function.

S110~S160。FIG. 1 shows a flow chart of a manufacturing method 100 of a light-transmitting touch component of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, the method 100 includes steps S110-S160.

FIG. 2 shows a schematic structural diagram of a light-transmitting touch component 200 according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the light-transmitting touch component 200 can be manufactured according to the method 100 of the present invention.

S110。As shown in FIG. 1, the method 100 begins at step S110.

In step S110, a pre-formed decorative panel 210 is made based on the carbon fiber material. Here, it should be noted that the present invention does not limit the specific shape of the pre-formed decorative panel 210, which can be set according to actual needs, for example, according to the shape of specific parts used for automobile interior decoration.

According to one embodiment, the method for making a preformed decorative panel based on a carbon fiber material may be specifically performed according to the following steps:

First, a release agent layer is formed on the top surface of a mold for preforming a decorative panel. In other words, apply a layer of release agent to the top surface of the mold. In one embodiment, the release agent may be PU. It should be noted that forming a release agent layer on the top surface of the mold can facilitate subsequent demoulding of the formed pre-formed decorative panel.

Next, a resin composition layer is formed on the release agent layer. That is, a layer of resin composition is painted on the release agent layer. In one embodiment, the resin composition may include an epoxy resin and a curing agent, and both the epoxy resin and the curing agent are transparent materials.

20%~50%。In one embodiment, the resin composition is a composition composed of an epoxy resin and a curing agent, for example, the epoxy resin is E44 epoxy resin, and the curing agent can be T31 curing agent, but the present invention is not limited to epoxy resin and curing agent. The specific type of curing agent. Wherein, in the resin composition, the epoxy resin accounts for 30% to 85% by weight, and the curing agent accounts for 20% to 50% by weight.

Next, a carbon fiber fabric layer is formed on the resin composition layer. Here, carbon fiber filaments can be woven to form a sparse carbon fiber fabric in advance, and the carbon fiber fabric layer can be formed on the resin composition layer by laying the sparsely woven carbon fiber fabric on the resin composition layer.

210。Finally, the above-mentioned mold is heated, specifically, the mold is heated based on a predetermined temperature, and the heating is continued for a predetermined period of time, so that in the mold heated to the predetermined temperature, a sheet-like shape can be formed based on the resin composition layer and the carbon fiber fabric layer. The pre-formed decorative panel 210.

In one embodiment, the predetermined temperature for heating the mold may be 40˜80° C., and the predetermined duration of heating may be 0.5˜4 h. It should be noted that the present invention does not limit the specific numerical values of the predetermined temperature and the predetermined duration.

In one embodiment, the thickness of the sheet-like pre-formed decorative panel may be 0.3-0.8 mm, for example, the thickness of the pre-formed decorative panel may be 0.4 mm. Here, the present invention does not limit the specific thickness of the preformed decorative panel, which can be set by those skilled in the art according to actual needs.

Then, in step S120, the part skeleton 230 is made based on the transparent material. Here, the present invention does not limit the specific types of transparent materials.

In one embodiment, the transparent material may include one or more of PP, ABS, PC, PMMA. Optionally, the transparent material can be implemented as ABS, but the present invention is not limited thereto, which can be set by those skilled in the art according to actual needs.

220。Subsequently, in step S130 , the pattern layer 220 is formed on the upper surface of the part skeleton 230 .

In one embodiment, the pattern layer 220 may include a light-transmitting texture pattern and one or more touch icons. In this way, the touch icon pattern can be presented to the user based on the pattern layer 220 . It should be noted that the present invention does not limit the specific type, shape and quantity of the touch icons on the pattern layer 220, which can be set by those skilled in the art according to actual needs.

220:According to one embodiment, the pattern layer 220 may be formed on the upper surface of the part skeleton 230 according to the following method:

220。First, a paint layer is formed on the upper surface of the part frame 230 . Furthermore, the paint layer is processed based on the laser engraving process to form the pattern layer 220 .

220。Specifically, the laser engraving software can be used to program and design according to the pattern in advance, and the part skeleton 230 can be fixed by using a special tooling fixture. After debugging the product by selecting appropriate laser engraving parameters, based on the pre-programmed design, the excess paint layer is burned off with laser energy, so that the pattern layer 220 including one or more touch icons can be formed.

It should be noted that the present invention does not limit the specific materials used for the paint layer. For example, in one embodiment, the paint layer may be a black light-shielding paint layer formed by spraying black light-shielding paint on the upper surface of the part frame 230 .

In yet another embodiment, paints suitable for transmitting light of different wavelengths may be used, and two or more paints are sprayed on the upper surface of the part skeleton 230 to form paints suitable for transmitting two or more than two kinds of paints. Paint layers of different wavelengths of light.
