Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle safety, in particular to a wrapping type pedestrian safety airbag.
Background
Patent US9340178B1 uses a layer of adhesive on the front of the car and an eggshell-like covering over the adhesive, which automatically breaks in the event of an accident and firmly "sticks" to pedestrians or animals that may be injured in the accident. However, this patent is a non-reusable product, and once this protection mechanism is triggered, the covering on the front of the car needs to be reinstalled, and the vehicle otherwise cannot normally travel on the road.
Patent CN111907463A judges the collision accident through ECU and sensor, and the automobile front portion pops up the gasbag when the accident takes place to pop up the gasbag through the form of step-by-step inflation, when the speed of a motor vehicle is very fast, utilize very fast speed of a motor vehicle will be stricken the pedestrian and cramp and wind to the roof, prevent that the gasbag from sheltering from driver's sight. However, when the vehicle is stopped suddenly, the pedestrian can be thrown out in the forward direction, and the collision injury and the scratch can still be caused.
CN108995622A fixes the pedestrian who falls on the engine hood after collision on the engine hood by the pedestrian airbag and the tension belt which are ejected from the automobile fender. However, the tension of the tightening strap directly affects the position of the pedestrian, too loose may result in the pedestrian not being tightly fixed to the hood, and too tight may result in the pedestrian rolling to the fender position or even to the vicinity of the wheel, i.e. the tension of the elastic strap cannot be accurately controlled.
Existing pedestrian protection is divided into two categories: one is that the pedestrian who is collided in an accident is stuck to the front part of the automobile by using special materials covered by automobile front parts such as an engine hood, a windshield and the like, so as to avoid the injury caused by secondary collision of the pedestrian in the collision. The other type is that a pedestrian airbag outside the automobile is utilized, when a collision happens, the pedestrian airbag is ejected out from a front structure such as an engine hood, a front bumper and a fender to weaken or eliminate secondary injury suffered by a pedestrian in the collision accident, but the position of the pedestrian in the front of the automobile cannot be accurately controlled, and the pedestrian can be seriously injured.
To address the existing problems, a wrap-around pedestrian airbag is now provided.

The shapes of all parts of the wrapping type pedestrian safety airbag are not complex, and the processing cost is low.
The parcel formula pedestrian air bag's structural design is reasonable, does not have any complicated assembly condition between each part for pedestrian air bag is whole to make things convenient for the dismouting.
The adhesion structure can effectively fix the first air bag on the engine cover of the automobile, and prevent the first air bag from sliding to the ground together with a collided pedestrian due to the action of gravity; similarly, the effect of the special adhesive material on the pedestrian contact surface of the first air bag is the same.
When air bag pull wire can make the gasbag pop out, pull first gasbag and paste to engine bonnet, because pedestrian and air bag contact the back, the stickness material at first gasbag back just can expose, and at this moment, the pull wire has pulled the gasbag to paste mutually with automobile engine bonnet. Likewise, the second balloon pull wire functions similarly to the first balloon pull wire, i.e., the pull wire pulls the second balloon to cover the struck pedestrian.
The parcel formula pedestrian air bag combines the AEB system, if the accident takes place under the unidentified condition of AEB, the front end trigger on the bumper senses the accident and takes place the back, starts AEB system emergency brake immediately.
