技术领域
本发明涉及护肤品技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种保湿嫩肤精华露及其制备方法。
背景技术
皮肤在人体中发挥着重要的屏障功能,它能保护人体不受外界因素(如紫外线以及干燥的环境)侵害,并能防止过量的水分通过皮肤从体内流失。当含角化细胞的角质层保持在正常状态时该保护性功能能够得以维持。皮肤的屏障功能主要包括对物理,化学,生物及水分等的通透功能,正常的皮肤含水量是20%-35%,当皮肤含水量降至10%以下时,屏障功能即受损。皮肤屏障功能下降,会导致许多皮肤病如皮肤瘙痒症、特应性皮炎、皮肤暗沉无光泽、长斑、银屑病、痤疮及干燥性皮肤的产生。
位于表皮最外层的角质层(角化层)由角化细胞形成,并含有分化的角化细胞和环绕在这些角化细胞周围的脂质层。角化细胞是由这样一种过程结果产生的典型细胞:该过程中在表皮的基底层不断增殖的基细胞被向上推至皮肤表面,同时其形状和功能也逐渐发了改变。经过一定的时间,老的角化细胞从皮肤表面脱落,新生角化细胞取代脱落的细胞发挥作用。这种重复而连续的过程被称为表皮细胞的分化或角质化。另外,角化细胞在角质化过程中产生天然保湿因子(NMFs)和细胞内脂质(神经酞胺、胆固醇、脂肪酸等)的同时形成了角质层,这使角质层具有坚固性和柔韧性,最终使其起到皮肤屏障的作用。但角质层非常容易因各种因素而引发功能丧失,例如生活和习惯因素,比如过频繁的洗脸和洗澡、环境因素,比如干燥气候、污染物等、以及内源性疾病,比如特应性皮炎和老年皮肤痉痒症。随着目前各种有害因素的大量增加,许多对干燥皮肤病况和与之相关的疾病也逐步增加。
目前,很多科研人员已经进行了许多关注于从外部来源进行补水或防止水分从人体流失以保持皮肤的水分含量在适当水平的研究,并且己经研发出多种具有持水能力的保湿剂。通常将脂质成分(如神经酞胺)和能提高角质层内保水性的物质(如必需脂肪酸和脂质复合物)用作保湿剂。但目前对皮肤有害的因素在不断的增加,角质层的产生和脱落速率因饮食习惯的改变而正在变慢,保湿因子和脂质的量也由于角化细胞功能退化而有减少,保湿嫩肤产品鉴于上述理由,越来越多人的皮肤角质层无法发挥正常的屏障功能。这种皮肤屏障功能的退化会引发各种皮肤疾病,包括皮肤干燥、特应性皮炎、接触性皮炎以及牛皮癣。虽然传统上具有持水能力的保湿剂能缓解上述疾病,但仍难以从根本上治愈这些疾病。
虽然皮肤老化是不可逆的生理现象,但其进程却可以延缓或减慢。采用天然植物中的活性物质与温和的改善新陈代谢的材料结合的方法,是现代护肤科技的研发趋势。研发者利用现代先进科技,萃取植物中的精华成分,使有效成分与皮肤充分接触,更好地发挥效力。对于忙碌又爱美的女性而言,使用含植物精华的焕颜保湿嫩肤精华露是既科学又可行的。精华露含有的营养物质和活性成分较爽肤水、面霜要高更多,其功效强大,保湿嫩肤效果显著。但是目前的精华露普遍渗透性差、不易吸收等问题,即时保湿效果以及保湿效果持久性都需要提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种保湿嫩肤精华露及其制备方法,其具有优异的保湿、滋润、嫩肤、抗皱、美白、抗过敏效果,并能防止外界对皮肤的刺激,巩固疗效;本发明还提供了上述保湿嫩肤精华露的制备方法,其可最大程度的发挥药效,提高保湿嫩肤抗衰的疗效。
本发明的实施例通过以下技术方案实现:
一种保湿嫩肤精华露,按重量份数计,包括:重组丝心蛋白1-100份、白芍提取物1-100份、白及提取物1-100份、马齿苋提取物1-100份、忍冬花提取物1-100份、枸桔果提取物1-100份、红车轴草提取物1-100份、番木瓜果提取物1-100份、蜂王浆提取物1-100份、小麦胚芽提取物1-100份。
一种保湿嫩肤精华露的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:在基因水平上利用毕赤酵母惯用密码子优化丝心蛋白基因序列并人工全基因合成,并整合进酵母染色体中,构建组成型分泌表达的重组毕赤酵母工程菌,转入发酵培养基后,重组丝心蛋白随工程菌自身生命活动主动分泌表达于发酵液中,离心收集上清,在非变形条件下,用树脂吸附重组丝心蛋白,用洗涤液洗去杂质,再洗脱重组丝心蛋白,收集洗脱液,并进行脱盐、浓缩,最后经真空冷冻干燥制得重组丝心蛋白,备用;
S2:将白芍、白及、马齿苋、忍冬花、枸桔果、红车轴草、番木瓜果、蜂王浆、小麦胚芽分别进行粉碎,过筛,然后一起加入10-20倍重量份的溶剂,其中溶剂是体积浓度为75%-85%的乙醇,然后在35-45℃条件下浸泡7-9小时,进行低温超声萃取5-7小时,离心、过滤取上清液,最后经二次过滤后,冷冻干燥即可获得相应的植物提取物混合,备用;
S3:将水、柔润剂、成膜剂和溶剂置于洁净的容器中,加热至45~55℃,搅拌溶解后备用;
S4:将S2中所制得的植物提取物加入到S3的容器中,同时加入表面活性剂,在60-90rpm转速下升温到60~65℃,保温搅拌15~25min,均质2~5分钟至料体分散均匀;
S5:将保湿剂加入到S4中,在搅拌条件下均质2~5分钟,开启真空装置使容器真空度为0.04Pa~0.1MPa,保持真空状态继续保温搅拌10分钟;
S6:降温至35-40℃后,将增稠剂和重组丝心蛋白加入S5制备的混合物中,搅拌均匀;
S7:将皮肤调理剂加入到S6制备的混合物中,搅拌均匀;
S8:降温至18-25℃后,加入防腐剂、pH调节剂、螯合剂,搅拌均匀,即得保湿嫩肤精华露。
本发明实施例的技术方案至少具有如下优点和有益效果:
1.本发明保湿嫩肤精华露安全可靠,稳定性好,具有良好的补水、保湿、滋润、嫩肤、锁水作用,能够给予皮肤水分、油脂,具有即时且长效保湿嫩肤,改善皮肤暗沉,恢复肌肤弹性的效果,可以有效促进衰老皮肤细胞的去除,加速皮肤及肌体的新陈代谢,可起到清洁皮肤、嫩化肌肉、美白、抗过敏、消除色斑、抗皱纹及抑制粉刺等功效。
2.本发明保湿嫩肤精华露能相互协调促进肌肤胶原蛋白的生成和各皮肤层细胞分裂增殖,对老化受损皮肤有很好的修护作用;能增加皮肤层细胞内水分、淡化皮肤细纹,能促进表皮细胞分裂增值、减少皮肤皱纹长度和深度、恢复肌肤弹性,长期使用后能明显淡化减少皮肤的皱纹。
3.本发明精华露能够填充皮肤皱纹处的凹陷处,能达到及时填充纹路的效果,可以有效散射光线,起到哑光柔焦的效果,从而达到短期即效淡化皱纹的视觉效果。

重组丝心蛋白:可用于护肤品中的保湿营养,还可以可用于护发。对水和皮脂能高度吸收,手感更柔和,能形成透明均匀的膜,并具有较好的抗炎性。
白芍提取物:具有增强体质、增强免疫功能、抗炎止咳、祛痰平喘等功能,能够治疗粉刺,具有抗炎和抗过敏效果,并能延缓机体组织的衰老。
白及提取物:对5α-还原酶有抑制作用,可以对因雄性激素偏高而引起的粉刺具有治疗作用,同时也是效果明显的抗氧剂、皮肤美白剂和抗炎抗过敏剂。
马齿苋提取物:内含成分主要有生物碱、香豆素类化合物、黄酮类、酚类、菇类以及甾醇等化合物。具有广谱的抗菌性,又有消炎作用,可防治皮肤湿疹、过敏性皮炎、接触性皮炎等皮肤病;同时具有良好的氧自由基清除能力和皮肤保湿性。
忍冬花提取物:富含咖啡鞣酸,有一定的抗菌、减脂、美肤和防止皮肤老化的作用;同时含有的木犀草素有抗菌、抗炎的作用,对皮肤的渗透力强,还可消除自由基,并且具有紫外线吸收的功能,所以可以抑制和消除皮肤色斑,特别是老年斑,还具有一定的美白作用。
枸桔果提取物:富含钙、钾、铁、锌、硒、维生素B和维生素C,具有强大的氧化自由基的吸收能力;还可以帮助防止氧化DNA,恢复受损的DNA,从而起到抗衰老作用。
红车轴草提取物:含有黄酮类物质、蛋白质、氨基酸、糖类和维生素等成分,具有强杀菌、抗氧化、保护自由基损伤及清除自由基的作用,从而起到美白、抗衰老、收敛毛孔的作用。

白芍提取物、白及提取物、红车轴草提取物和枸桔果提取物则能迅速渗透至肌底,产生抗氧化作用、抗炎作用和促进血液循环的作用,从而改善皮肤暗沉无光泽,修复肤色不均,提亮肤色,增加皮肤弹性,最终使肌肤白皙有光泽,质地温和细腻;

S2:将白芍、白及、马齿苋、忍冬花、枸桔果、红车轴草、番木瓜果、蜂王浆、小麦胚芽分别进行粉碎,过筛,然后一起加入10-20倍重量份的溶剂,其中溶剂是体积浓度为75%-85%的乙醇,然后在35-45℃条件下浸泡7-9小时,进行低温超声萃取5-7小时,离心、过滤取上清液,最后经二次过滤后,冷冻干燥即可获得相应的植物提取物混合,备用;
S3:将水、柔润剂、成膜剂和溶剂置于洁净的容器中,加热至45~55℃,搅拌溶解后备用;
S4:将S1中所制得的重组丝心蛋白和S2中所制得的植物提取物加入到S3的容器中,同时加入甲基葡糖醇聚醚-20和PEG-40氢化蓖麻油,在60-90rpm转速下升温到60~65℃,保温搅拌15~25min,均质2~5分钟至料体分散均匀;
S5:将糖类同分异构体、水解透明质酸钠、海藻糖和聚谷氨酸钠原料加入到S4中,在搅拌条件下均质2~5分钟,开启真空装置使容器真空度为0.04Pa~0.1MPa,保持真空状态继续保温搅拌10分钟;
S6:降温至35-40℃后,将丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物和S1中所制得的重组丝心蛋白原料加入S5制备的混合物中,搅拌均匀;
S7:将赖氨酸和抗坏血酸磷酸酯镁加入到S6制备的混合物中,搅拌均匀;
S8:降温至18-25℃后,加入防腐剂辛甘醇和苯氧乙醇,搅拌均匀;再加入pH调节剂精氨酸和柠檬酸钠,搅拌均匀;再加入螯合剂EDTA二钠,搅拌均匀,即得所述的保湿嫩肤精华露。
优选地,植物天然成分提取过程中是在40℃条件下浸泡8小时,进行低温超声萃取6小时。
进一步地,S3、S4、S5中的搅拌速率为60-90rpm;所述S6、S7、S8中的搅拌速率为20-40rpm,S4、S5中的均质速率为2000-3000rpm。
进一步地,溶剂包括纯化水、丁二醇、双丙甘醇、丙二醇、甘油、乙醇中的至少一种。优选地,所述溶剂是体积浓度为80%的乙醇。
进一步地,所述增稠剂包括不限于卡波姆、丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、丙烯酸羟乙酯/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物、黄原胶、羟乙基纤维素等。
进一步地,皮肤调理剂包括赖氨酸、抗坏血酸、维生素C、神经酰胺、抗坏血酸磷酸酯镁、抗坏血酸葡糖苷、抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯、谷胱甘肽、甘草酸二钾、光甘草定、卵磷脂中的至少一种。
进一步地,保湿剂包括糖类同分异构体、透明质酸钠、水解透明质酸钠、1,2-己二醇、聚谷氨酸钠、角鲨烷、乙酰壳糖胺、海藻糖、尿素、尿囊素、聚醚甘油-26、乳酸钠、吡咯烷酮羧酸钠、木糖醇、生物糖胶-1中的至少一种。
进一步地,所述表面活性剂包括不限于甲基葡糖醇聚醚-20、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油、PEG-60氢化蓖麻油、二C12-15链烷醇聚醚-8磷酸酯、氢化卵磷脂、聚甘油-6聚蓖麻醇酸酯、聚甘油-10月桂酸酯等。
进一步地,所述螯合剂包括不限于EDTA二钠、辛酰羟肟酸等。
进一步地,所述柔润剂包括不限于聚乙二醇-8、泛硫乙胺等。
进一步地,所述成膜剂包括不限于聚二甲基硅氧烷、环五聚二甲硅氧烷、聚季铵盐-51等。
进一步地,所述防腐剂包括不限于脱氢乙酸钠、双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲、苯氧乙醇、辛甘醇、山梨酸钾等。

实施例1
一种保湿嫩肤精华露,按重量份数计,包括:重组丝心蛋白40份、白芍提取物12份、白及提取物15份、马齿苋提取物10份、忍冬花提取物11份、枸桔果提取物15份、红车轴草提取物8份、番木瓜果提取物10份、蜂王浆提取物15份、小麦胚芽提取物20份、溶剂400份、增稠剂3份、保湿剂30份、皮肤调理剂20份、表面活性剂6份、螯合剂10份、柔润剂3份、成膜剂3份、防腐剂3份、pH调节剂3份。
其中,溶剂由360重量份纯化水和40重量份甘油组成;增稠剂为3重量份丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物;保湿剂由10重量份糖类同分异构体、6重量份水解透明质酸钠、7重量份海藻糖和7重量份聚谷氨酸钠组成;皮肤调理剂由10重量份赖氨酸和10重量份抗坏血酸磷酸酯镁组成;表面活性剂由3重量份甲基葡糖醇聚醚-20和3重量份PEG-40氢化蓖麻油组成;螯合剂为10重量份EDTA二钠;柔润剂为3重量份聚乙二醇-8;成膜剂为3重量份聚季铵盐-51;防腐剂由1重量份辛甘醇和2重量份苯氧乙醇组成;pH调节剂由2重量份精氨酸和1重量份柠檬酸钠组成。
保湿嫩肤精华露的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:在基因水平上利用毕赤酵母惯用密码子优化丝心蛋白基因序列并人工全基因合成,并整合进酵母染色体中,构建组成型分泌表达的重组毕赤酵母工程菌,转入发酵培养基后,重组丝心蛋白随工程菌自身生命活动主动分泌表达于发酵液中,离心收集上清,在非变形条件下,用树脂吸附重组丝心蛋白,用洗涤液洗去杂质,再洗脱重组丝心蛋白,收集洗脱液,并进行脱盐、浓缩,最后经真空冷冻干燥制得重组丝心蛋白,备用。
S2:将白芍、白及、马齿苋、忍冬花、枸桔果、红车轴草、番木瓜果、蜂王浆、小麦胚芽分别进行粉碎,过筛,然后一起加入15倍重量份的体积浓度为80%的乙醇,然后在40℃条件下浸泡8小时,进行低温超声萃取6小时,取上清离心、过滤、回流乙醇,最后经二次过滤后,冷冻干燥即可获得相应的植物提取物混合物,备用;
S3:将水、聚乙二醇-8、聚季铵盐-51和甘油置于洁净的容器中,用外置加热设备加热至50℃,搅拌溶解后备用;
S4:将S2步骤中所制得的天然成分混合物、甲基葡糖醇聚醚-20和PEG-40氢化蓖麻油加入到S3的容器中,在70rpm转速下搅拌升温到62℃,保温搅拌20min,均质3分钟至料体分散均匀;
S5:将糖类同分异构体、水解透明质酸钠、海藻糖和聚谷氨酸钠原料搅匀后加入到S4步骤中的容器中,在搅拌条件下均质3分钟,开启真空装置使容器真空度为0.06MPa,保持真空状态继续保温搅拌10分钟;
S6:降温至38℃时,将丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物和重组丝心蛋白原料加入S5步骤制备的混合物中,搅拌均匀;
S7:将赖氨酸和抗坏血酸磷酸酯镁原料加入S6步骤制备的混合物中,搅拌均匀;
S8:降温至22℃时,加入防腐剂辛甘醇和苯氧乙醇,搅拌均匀;再加入pH调节剂精氨酸和柠檬酸钠,搅拌均匀;再加入螯合剂EDTA二钠,搅拌均匀,即得所述的保湿嫩肤精华露。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于:保湿嫩肤精华露中的植物组分,按重量份数计,包括:重组丝心蛋白30份、白芍提取物20份、白及提取物16份、马齿苋提取物15份、忍冬花提取物10份、枸桔果提取物10份、红车轴草提取物8份、番木瓜果提取物15份、蜂王浆提取物20份、小麦胚芽提取物15份。
实施例3
本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于:保湿嫩肤精华露中的植物组分,按重量份数计,包括:重组丝心蛋白35份、白芍提取物15份、白及提取物15份、马齿苋提取物16份、忍冬花提取物16份、枸桔果提取物20份、红车轴草提取物5份、番木瓜果提取物15份、蜂王浆提取物10份、小麦胚芽提取物10份。
实施例4
本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于:保湿嫩肤精华露中的植物组分,按重量份数计,包括:重组丝心蛋白1份、白芍提取物100份、白及提取物100份、马齿苋提取物1份、忍冬花提取物1份、枸桔果提取物100份、红车轴草提取物1份、番木瓜果提取物100份、蜂王浆提取物1份、小麦胚芽提取物100份。
实施例5
本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于:保湿嫩肤精华露中的植物组分,按重量份数计,包括:重组丝心蛋白100份、白芍提取物1份、白及提取物1份、马齿苋提取物100份、忍冬花提取物100份、枸桔果提取物1份、红车轴草提取物100份、番木瓜果提取物1份、蜂王浆提取物100份、小麦胚芽提取物1份。
实验例1
依据《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015年版),针对实施例1-3制备的保湿嫩肤精华露进行微生物和重金属检测。检测结果如表1所示:

由表1数据可知,本发明实施例1-3制备的保湿嫩肤精华露均未检出微生物,且重金属含量符合标准,说明本发明制得的保湿嫩肤精华露安全可靠。
实验例2
针对本发明实施例1-3制备的保湿嫩肤精华露的理化指标开展检测,结果如下:
2.1性状:本品为粘稠度适宜,细腻均匀,涂展性良好的乳白色半透明精华露。
2.2PH值检查:用润湿的PH试纸蘸取少量精华露,PH为6-7。
2.3冷热试验:将实施例1-3制备的保湿嫩肤精华露封装于透明化妆品瓶中,于4℃的冰箱冷藏一周左右观察无分层现象。于55℃的恒温箱内24h,无分层、变味等现象。
2.3离心试验:将实施例1-3制备的保湿嫩肤精华露封装于试管,3000r/min离心20min,无分层现象。
2.4刺激性试验、过敏性实验:1)动物实验:小白鼠背部剪去毛,分别涂抹实施例1-3制备的保湿嫩肤精华露于剪去毛的部位,和没涂部位进行比较,结果没有刺激性和过敏反应;2)人体实验:取实施例1-3制备的保湿嫩肤精华露涂抹于志愿者(18-66岁,200人)手面上,过30分钟后观察,均没出现发红,发疹,起疱现象。
2.5室温放置实验:将实施例1-3制备的保湿嫩肤精华露置于化妆品瓶中,室温静置考察6个月,无分层现象,用后感觉无变化,气味无变化。
实验例3
3.1实验目的:针对实施例1-3制备的保湿嫩肤精华露开展长期保湿效果测试,进行同环境下人体皮肤水分含量测试。
3.2实验对象:选择120名18-40岁的女性,分为四组:空白对照组(纯化水)、实施例1-3组(实施例1-3制备的保湿嫩肤精华露)。受试前2~3天不能使用任何化妆品或外用药品。
3.3实验方法:
试验前:清洗面部,受试者在正式测试前于不同抽湿环境下静坐30min,使用CK皮肤测试仪测试其使用前空白区域皮肤水分含量值,受测部位为皮脂腺丰富的前额。
试验处理:在空白对照组的受试者面部使用纯化水进行处理;实施例1-3组的受试者面部分别使用本发明实施例1-3制备的保湿嫩肤精华露进行处理;并在不同时间间隔点(6时、12时、24时)用CK皮肤测试仪在受测部位进行测量皮肤表面水分含量,工作环境温度为22-24℃,相对湿度为33%-46%,皮肤水分含量的单位为au(arbitrary unit)。检测结果如表2所示:

由表2数据可知,本发明实施例1-3制备的保湿嫩肤精华露相比于空白对照组的保湿效果得到大幅提升,说明本发明制备的保湿嫩肤精华露均有长效保湿效果。
实验例4
4.1实验目的:针对实施例1-3制备的保湿嫩肤精华露开展长期使用的综合效果调研。
4.2实验对象:采用民意调查评分法,选取150名18-66岁年龄段的女性作为试用对象,分为三组:实施例1组、实施例2组和实施例3组(分别使用实施例1-3制备的保湿嫩肤精华露)。
4.3实验方法:
受试对象将保湿嫩肤精华露涂于面部,每天早晚使用两次,使用时间为两个月。最后,开展保湿性、滋润性、嫩肤性、细腻性、抗皱性、美白性和抗过敏性的调查研究。其中,各项使用效果总分为5分:5分为最高分,表示非常满意;4分为满意;3分为可以接受;3分以下为不好,不能接受。检测结果如表3所示:

由表3数据可知,本发明实施例1-3制备的保湿嫩肤精华露在保湿性、滋润性、嫩肤性、细腻性、抗皱性、美白性和抗过敏性上均具有很好的效果。受试志愿者普遍感觉所使用的保湿嫩肤精华露顺滑舒适,触感较好。皮肤无论肤质使用皆无特殊反应,保湿嫩肤效果良好,使用后皮肤明显有光泽且红润。

1.一种保湿嫩肤精华露,其特征在于,按重量份数计,包括:重组丝心蛋白1-100份、白芍提取物1-100份、白及提取物1-100份、马齿苋提取物1-100份、忍冬花提取物1-100份、枸桔果提取物1-100份、红车轴草提取物1-100份、番木瓜果提取物1-100份、蜂王浆提取物1-100份、小麦胚芽提取物1-100份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保湿嫩肤精华露,其特征在于,按重量份数计,包括:重组丝心蛋白40份、白芍提取物12份、白及提取物15份、马齿苋提取物10份、忍冬花提取物11份、枸桔果提取物15份、红车轴草提取物8份、番木瓜果提取物10份、蜂王浆提取物15份、小麦胚芽提取物20份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的保湿嫩肤精华露,其特征在于,按重量份数计,包括:重组丝心蛋白30份、白芍提取物20份、白及提取物16份、马齿苋提取物15份、忍冬花提取物10份、枸桔果提取物10份、红车轴草提取物8份、番木瓜果提取物15份、蜂王浆提取物20份、小麦胚芽提取物15份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的保湿嫩肤精华露,其特征在于,按重量份数计,包括:重组丝心蛋白35份、白芍提取物15份、白及提取物15份、马齿苋提取物16份、忍冬花提取物16份、枸桔果提取物20份、红车轴草提取物5份、番木瓜果提取物15份、蜂王浆提取物10份、小麦胚芽提取物10份。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的保湿嫩肤精华露,其特征在于,所述重组丝心蛋白的获得方法包括以下步骤:在基因水平上利用毕赤酵母惯用密码子优化丝心蛋白基因序列并人工全基因合成,并整合进酵母染色体中,构建组成型分泌表达的重组毕赤酵母工程菌,转入发酵培养基后,重组丝心蛋白随工程菌自身生命活动主动分泌表达于发酵液中,离心收集上清,在非变形条件下,用树脂吸附重组丝心蛋白,用洗涤液洗去杂质,再洗脱重组丝心蛋白,收集洗脱液,并进行脱盐、浓缩,最后经真空冷冻干燥制得重组丝心蛋白。
6.根据权利要求5所述的保湿嫩肤精华露,其特征在于,按重量份数计,还包括:溶剂1-1000份、增稠剂1-100份、保湿剂1-100份、皮肤调理剂1-100份、表面活性剂1-100份、螯合剂1-100份、柔润剂1-100份、成膜剂1-100份、防腐剂1-100份、pH调节剂1-100份。
7.一种根据权利要求6所述的保湿嫩肤精华露的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:将权利要求5中制备得到的重组丝心蛋白,备用;
S2:将白芍、白及、马齿苋、忍冬花、枸桔果、红车轴草、番木瓜果、蜂王浆、小麦胚芽分别进行粉碎,过筛,然后一起加入10-20倍重量份的溶剂,然后在35-45℃条件下浸泡7-9小时,进行低温超声萃取5-7小时,离心、过滤取上清液,最后经二次过滤后,冷冻干燥即可获得相应的植物提取物混合,备用;
S3:将水、柔润剂、成膜剂和溶剂置于洁净的容器中,加热至45~55℃,搅拌溶解后备用;
S4:将S2中所制得的植物提取物加入到S3的容器中,同时加入表面活性剂,在60-90rpm转速下,升温均质至料体分散均匀;
S5:将保湿剂加入到S4中,搅拌均质,并保持真空状态继续保温搅拌10分钟;
S6:降温至35-40℃后,将增稠剂和S1中所制得的重组丝心蛋白加入S5制备的混合物中,搅拌均匀;
S7:将皮肤调理剂加入到S6制备的混合物中,搅拌均匀;
S8:降温至18-25℃后,加入防腐剂、pH调节剂、螯合剂,搅拌均匀,即得保湿嫩肤精华露。
8.根据权利要求7所述的保湿嫩肤精华露的制备方法,其特征在于,S3、S4、S5中的搅拌速率为60-90rpm;所述S6、S7、S8中的搅拌速率为20-40rpm,S4、S5中的均质速率为2000-3000rpm。
9.根据权利要求7所述的保湿嫩肤精华露的制备方法,其特征在于,所述溶剂包括纯化水、丁二醇、双丙甘醇、丙二醇、甘油、乙醇中的至少一种。
10.根据权利要求7所述的保湿嫩肤精华露的制备方法,其特征在于,所述皮肤调理剂包括赖氨酸、抗坏血酸、维生素C、神经酰胺、抗坏血酸磷酸酯镁、抗坏血酸葡糖苷、抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯、谷胱甘肽、甘草酸二钾、光甘草定、卵磷脂中的至少一种。
11.根据权利要求7所述的保湿嫩肤精华露的制备方法,其特征在于,所述保湿剂包括糖类同分异构体、透明质酸钠、水解透明质酸钠、1,2-己二醇、聚谷氨酸钠、角鲨烷、乙酰壳糖胺、海藻糖、尿素、尿囊素、聚醚甘油-26、乳酸钠、吡咯烷酮羧酸钠、木糖醇、生物糖胶-1中的至少一种。
