Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a tube fixing device for fixing a naso-intestinal tube and a stomach tube.
Background
Currently, it has long been practiced in the medical field to insert nasogastric tubes, feeding tubes, suction tubes or similar tubes into a patient's body, such tubes being inserted from the patient's nasal cavity, through the throat, into the esophagus and into the stomach. The traditional method for fixing the tube on the patient depends on medical adhesive plaster, and the method has the main defects that the water-based adhesive strip of the tube support device loses the adhesive function when meeting body fluid secretion on the body such as nose, the tube is easy to fall off, the fixing reliability is poor, and the tube needs to be wound and adhered again or replaced again in time. More importantly, when the nasogastric tube is squeezed to one side and the adhesive tape is dropped, the patient's skin is irritated by the pressure caused by the tube pressing against the tissue surface around the nostril, requiring reinsertion into the other nostril of the patient, which can be a serious irritation to the patient unless attended by medical personnel.
In addition, most of tube fixing devices such as a nasal clip and the like can only clamp a single tube, and the tube fixing devices can not independently fix two catheters with different tube diameters at the same time, so that the requirements of patients can not be met.

In the clamping process, firstly, the clamping area is opened, namely, a user touches the wrench part 2021 of the first arm 202 in the moving part 2 by hand and applies force to make two adjacent moving parts 2 do reverse circular motion by taking the central axis 3 as the center, wherein one moving part 2 does anticlockwise motion, the other moving part 2 does clockwise motion, the number of meshing teeth of the external teeth 2041 of each moving part 2 and the internal teeth 1011 of the fixing part 1 is gradually reduced in the motion process, and the clamping area formed by the movable clamping surface 205 of each moving part 2 and the fixed clamping surface 1023 of the fixing part 1 is opened; then, a clamping operation is performed, i.e. the same-diameter pipe 5 is respectively placed on the first supporting portion 1021 and the second supporting portion 402, the first arm and/or the hand pressing boss 2031 on the moving part 2 is operated again to apply force to the moving part 2, and the moving part 2 is applied with force and then performs relative circular motion again with the central axis 3 as a rotation center, so that the number of meshing teeth of the external teeth 2041 on the outer side of the second arm 204 and the internal teeth 1011 of the fixing part 1 is gradually increased, and a clamping area formed by the movable clamping surface 205 of the moving part 2 and the fixed clamping surface 1023 of the fixing part 1 is gradually closed until the movable clamping surface 205 of the moving part 2 contacts the outer peripheral surface of the same-diameter pipe 5, so that the same-diameter pipe 5 is fixed and cannot move.
As shown in fig. 6, in the same operation method as the same diameter pipe 5, the clamping area formed by the movable clamping surface 205 of each moving member 2 and the fixed clamping surface 1023 of the fixed member 1 is opened, then the different diameter pipes 6 are sequentially placed on the first support 1021 and the second support 402, and then the first arm is operated again and/or the hand press boss 2031 of each moving member is pressed, so that the clamping area formed by the movable clamping surface 205 of each moving member 2 and the fixed clamping surface 1023 of the fixed member 1 is gradually closed and the different diameter pipes 6 are fixed.
In above-mentioned two kinds of fixed states, with the lateral surface and the activity clamping surface 205 of footpath pipe 5 and different footpath pipe 6, form the form of face contact between fixed clamping surface 1023, utilize vertical face (convex surface) on activity clamping surface 205 and the fixed clamping surface 1023 can with the contact of pipe lateral surface and carry out slight indent deformation (nevertheless do not influence pipe normal use), thereby produce very big card system power and avoid the pipe to receive unexpected extraction to cause the takeover, this kind of fixed mode is more firm.
