The rear end of the rotating shaft 10 is mounted with a driving shaft of the motor 4, the front end of the rotating shaft 10 is rotatably mounted with the center of the protective baffle 13, a plurality of shifting pieces 12 are arranged in the cleaning disc 2, the shifting pieces 12 are mounted with the front end of the helical blade conveyor 11, and the edges of the shifting pieces 12 are in contact with the inner wall of the cleaning disc 2.
The motor 4 drives the rotating shaft 10 to rotate, the helical blade conveyor 11 and the poking piece 12 can both rotate at the moment, after bone residues enter the cleaning disc 2, the rotating poking piece 12 can stir the bone residues and the blood, and the bone residues and the blood can be conveyed into the long tube 1 by matching with the rotation of the helical blade conveyor 11.
The handle 9 is installed to the lateral wall in long tube 1 middle part, and the delivery pipe 5 rather than intercommunication is installed to the downside of long tube 1 rear side, and the lower extreme demountable installation of delivery pipe 5 has dirty box 8 of collection.
When the bone dregs and the blood water are conveyed to the rear end of the long tube 1, the bone dregs and the blood water can be collected in the dirt collecting box 8 through the discharge tube 5.
The lower extreme fixed mounting of delivery pipe 5 has external screwed joint 6, and the top fixed mounting of dirty box 8 of collection has female connection 7, and external screwed joint 6 and female connection 7 threaded mounting.
The dirt collecting box 8 is made of transparent material, for example, transparent plastic material, transparent glass material, etc., and scales are marked on the outer surface of the dirt collecting box 8.
Refer to the dirty box 8 scale on surface of collection, when inside bone sediment and blood reach a quantitative, can separate dirty box 8 of collection and delivery pipe 5, clear up the dirty box 8 of collection or directly change the dirty box 8 of collection that is new and can continue to use.
Example two
Referring to fig. 5 to 8, in the second embodiment, in addition to the first embodiment, a first negative pressure pipe 16 and a second negative pressure pipe 17 are installed on the upper side of the male screw joint 6, the second negative pressure pipe 17 is installed with the air inlet end of a negative pressure pump 18, a suction head pipe 15 is installed at the front end of the first negative pressure pipe 16, the front end of the suction head pipe 15 is installed on the lower side of the rear end of the cleaning disc 2 in a penetrating manner, and a suction hole 19 is formed at the front end of the suction head pipe 15.
The first negative pressure pipe 16 is connected with the long pipe 1 through a connecting sheet 21, and the connecting sheet 21 is provided with a jack matched with the long pipe 1 and the first negative pressure pipe 16.
In the second embodiment, the blood and the bone dregs are separately conveyed, and the plectrum 12 and the helical blade conveyor 11 are matched with each other, so that the bone dregs can be conveniently conveyed, but the blood is a fluid, so that the conveying speed of the blood is required to be improved when the plectrum 12 and the helical blade conveyor 11 are matched with each other; therefore, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, a filtering hole 20 is formed through each of the pulling pieces 12, the filtering hole 20 is arranged to facilitate separation of blood and bone fragments when the pulling pieces 12 rotate, the blood is mainly pumped out through the suction head pipe 15 and is discharged into the dirt collecting box 8 through the first negative pressure pipe 16, and the bone fragments are still conveyed into the long pipe 1 through the helical blade conveyor 11 and are finally discharged into the dirt collecting box 8. The mode can more quickly clear the blood and the bone residues from the operation position, improve the operation visual field and facilitate the smooth operation.
