In view of the above, there is a need to provide a bed and a surrounding ultraviolet disinfection mattress that are safe and reliable and can disinfect the bed and the surrounding bed where bacteria and viruses are most easily attached and grow without leaving the room.

In some of these embodiments, the metal mesh is a high manganese carbon steel mesh.
In some of these embodiments, the shortest compressed length of the rebound spring is greater than the height of the LED uv lamp assembly.
In some embodiments, the LED uv lamp assembly includes LED uv lamps, a diverging lens and a reflective diffusing mirror, and one of the diverging lens is fixed in front of each LED uv lamp so that uv light emitted from the LED uv lamps is uniformly diffused and then surrounded by the reflective diffusing mirror.
In some of these embodiments, the fabric layer is made of a light-transmitting and air-permeable fabric material.
In some of these embodiments, the fabric material comprises at least one of felt or openwork sponge.
In some embodiments, the sensor module includes infrared sensors, and the infrared sensors may be arranged in a staggered array, a parallel array, or other arrays.

Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2(a) and (b), the structure of the ultraviolet sterilizing mattress provided by the present application is schematically illustrated, which includes an ultraviolet sterilizing layer 110, a light-transmitting breathable fabric layer 120 and a sensor module 130.
The light-transmitting breathable fabric layer 120 covers the ultraviolet killing layer 110, and the ultraviolet killing layer 110 comprises a metal mesh 111 for supporting a mattress, rebound springs 112 arranged on the metal mesh 111, and an LED ultraviolet lamp assembly array 113 arranged between the rebound springs 111.
The light-transmitting and breathable fabric layer 120 includes a balance net (not shown) and a fabric layer (not shown), the balance net is fixedly connected with the metal net 111, and the fabric layer is disposed in the balance net.
The sensor module 130 is located on the fabric layer around the mattress, and the module sensor 130 can monitor whether a person or an animal enters the mattress in a safe distance in real time, if so, the LED ultraviolet lamp assembly array 113 automatically turns off, and after the distance is away from the safe distance, the LED ultraviolet lamp assembly array 113 automatically turns on. The connection relationship between the respective components and the implementation thereof are described in detail below.
Specifically, the metal mesh 111 in the UV-sterilizing layer 110 provides a body frame for the mattress to support the mattress and other parts. The metal mesh 111 is a high manganese carbon steel mesh.
Specifically, the rebound spring 112 is disposed on the metal mesh 111, and the rebound spring 112 can ensure good shock absorption and rebound resilience of the mattress, and can ensure that the overall shape of the mattress is not deformed due to being fixed with the metal mesh 111.
It will be appreciated that the maximum deflection of the resilient spring 112, i.e., the minimum length of the spring, is greater than the height of the LED uv lamp assembly 113.
Referring to fig. 3(a) - (c), the LED uv lamp assembly 113 includes an LED uv lamp 114, a diverging lens 115, and a reflective diffuser 116.
It can be understood that because the LED lamps in the LED ultraviolet lamp assembly can emit ultraviolet rays in an ultraviolet band, the intensity of the ultraviolet rays is determined by the power of each LED ultraviolet lamp and the layout and the form of the LED ultraviolet lamp assembly array, and the satisfactory killing effect is finally ensured; because the front of each LED ultraviolet lamp 114 is fixed with a divergent lens 115, ultraviolet rays emitted by the LED ultraviolet lamps 114 are uniformly diffused, and meanwhile, the coverage area of the ultraviolet rays is increased; the periphery of the whole LED ultraviolet lamp is surrounded by the reflection diffusion mirror surface 116, and the surface of the diffusion mirror surface is a reflection mirror surface, so that the action area of LED ultraviolet light can be increased, and simultaneously, all ultraviolet light can be ensured to irradiate the upper and peripheral beds, and ultraviolet energy is not wasted in useless areas below the mattress.
Specifically, the fabric layer 122 is made of a light-transmitting and air-permeable fabric material, and the fabric material includes at least one of felt or hollow sponge.
Because the fabric layer is made of the light-transmitting and breathable fabric material, no matter the fabric layer is made of the felt or the hollow sponge, ultraviolet rays can pass through the fabric layer without loss, and the comfort of the mattress can be ensured.
Referring to fig. 4(a) and (b), the sensor module 130 includes infrared sensors 131, the infrared sensors 131 are arranged around the mattress, and the fabric layers around the mattress are carriers of the sensors.
It will be appreciated that the sensor may be an infrared sensor or other type of sensor. The sensors are arranged according to the working coverage range array of the sensors, and completely cover the periphery of the mattress. The sensor can accurately measure the distance from a human body or other animal bodies, and once the human body or other animals approach a dangerous area (the distance between the intensity of rays emitted by ultraviolet rays and the human body) of a bed sheet, an electric control system of the mattress is closed, and the LED ultraviolet lamp stops emitting the ultraviolet rays.
