Background

The technical scheme adopted by the invention is that the movable couple structure started at fixed time comprises a cam component, a cam lever component, a return spring and a quick-acting component; the quick-acting component penetrates through the cam rod component and is fixed on the cam rod component through the guide post screw, the quick-acting component can freely rotate on the cam rod component, and the quick-acting component can move along with the rotation of the cam rod component.
The quick-acting component comprises a guide post, a guide post screw, a guide post sheet, a guide post nail, a guide post drill and a guide drill; the guide post penetrates through the cam rod component, is fixed on the cam rod component through a guide post screw and is arranged below the fixed clamping plate; the guide pillar, the guide pillar sheet and the guide pillar nail are pressed into a whole and kept relatively static, the guide pillar drill is sleeved on the guide pillar, the guide drill is sleeved on the guide pillar nail, and both the guide pillar drill and the guide drill can freely rotate in the clamp plate track; the top end of the guide post is provided with a screw hole for installing a movable couple component.
The quick-acting component comprises a guide post, a guide post screw and a guide post drill; the guide post penetrates through the cam rod component, is fixed on the cam rod component through a guide post screw and is arranged below the fixed clamping plate; the guide post drill is sleeved on the guide post, so that the moving stability and smoothness of the guide post are guaranteed.
The cam part comprises a cam and a timing wheel, and the cam and the timing wheel are pressed together through a cam central hole and are kept relatively static; the cam rod component comprises a cam rod, a rod nail and a poking rod shaft sleeve; the rod nail and the lever shaft sleeve are pressed on the cam rod, and the rod nail and the lever shaft sleeve are kept static relative to the cam rod; the rod nail is always contacted with the return spring.
A first working end and a second working end are formed on the inner periphery of the cam rod, and the first working end is contacted with the outer peripheral surface of the cam; the second working end stirs the guide post to move up or down.
The cam part, the cam rod part and the return spring are arranged between the two clamping plates, the cam part and the cam rod part can freely rotate between the two clamping plates by taking the fixed shaft as a circle center, and the return spring can be compressed and released by the rod nail.
The watch has the advantages that when external energy is transmitted, the movable couple structure works, and when the cam lever component rotates clockwise or anticlockwise, the inner peripheral working end of the cam lever drives the guide post to move upwards or downwards, so that the movable couple action can be clearly seen, the user feeling is improved, and the playability of the watch is improved. Meanwhile, more possibilities are provided for realizing the artistry and the ornamental value of the ornament, and the individual requirements of people are met. The structure is simple, the operation is reliable, and the manufacturability is good.

as shown in fig. 2 to 9, the couple structure of the present invention, which is started at a fixed time, comprises a cam member 10, a cam lever member 20, a return spring 30 and a snap member 40; the snap member 40 is inserted through the cam lever member 10 and fixed to the cam lever member 20 by a guide post screw 42, the snap member 40 is freely rotatable on the cam lever member 20, and the snap member 40 is movable with the rotation of the cam lever member 20. The cam member 10, the cam rod member 20 and the return spring 30 are disposed between the two clamp plates, the cam member 10 and the cam rod member 20 can freely rotate around the fixed shaft between the two clamp plates, and the return spring 30 can be compressed and released by the bar nail.
The quick-acting component 40 comprises a guide post 41, a guide post screw 42, a guide post sheet 43, a guide post nail 44, a guide post drill 45 and a guide drill 46; the guide post 41 penetrates through the cam rod part 20, is fixed on the cam rod part 20 through a guide post screw 42 and is arranged below the fixed clamping plate; the guide post 41, the guide post sheet 43 and the guide post nail 44 are pressed into a whole and keep relatively static, the guide post drill 45 is sleeved on the guide post 41 and is arranged between the fixed clamp plate and the guide post, and the moving stability and smoothness of the guide post 40 are ensured; the guide drill 46 is sleeved on the guide post nail 44, the guide post drill 45 and the guide drill 46 can freely rotate in the clamp plate track, and the top end of the guide post 41 is provided with a movable couple. In particular, the guide pillar drill 45 and the guide drill 46 have gaps with the side wall of the clamp plate rail to ensure stable and smooth movement; the guide post 41 is movable on the cam lever member 20 in response to rotation of the cam lever member and is guided by a guide auger 46 to cooperate with the cleat track to define a guide post path of travel.
The quick-acting part 40 includes two structures, one of which is, as shown in fig. 2, the quick-acting part 40 includes a guide post 41, a guide post screw 42 and a guide post drill 45; the guide post 41 penetrates through the cam rod part 20, is fixed on the cam rod part 20 through a guide post screw 42 and is arranged below the fixed clamping plate; the guide post drill 45 is sleeved on the guide post 41, so that the moving stability and smoothness of the guide post 41 are ensured; the top end of the guide post 41 is provided with a movable couple.
Secondly, as shown in fig. 8, the cam component 10 comprises a cam 11 and a timing wheel, and the cam 11 and the timing wheel are pressed together through a cam central hole and are kept relatively static; the cam lever component 20 comprises a cam lever 21, a lever nail 22 and a lever sleeve 23; the rod nail 22 and the lever shaft sleeve 23 are pressure-equalized on the cam rod 21, and the rod nail 22 and the lever shaft sleeve 23 keep relative rest with the cam rod 21; the stem pin 22 is always in contact with the return spring 30.
A first working end 21a and a second working end 21c are formed on the inner periphery of the cam rod 21, and the first working end 21a is contacted with the outer peripheral surface of the cam 11; the second working end 21c toggles the guide post 41 to move up or down.
Example (b):
as shown in fig. 5, the cam member 10 is driven by the external energy to rotate clockwise, and at the same time, the arc 11a of the cam pushes up the projection 21a of the cam lever 21 to rotate the cam lever 21 clockwise, so that the pin 22 of the cam lever 21 is pressed against the outer side 30a of the return spring 30, and the return spring 30 is compressed to store the energy. Meanwhile, the second working end 21c of the inner periphery of the cam rod 21 rotates clockwise to dial the quick-acting part 40, the quick-acting part 40 moves slowly upwards, and teeth belong to appearance parts and are fixed at the top end of the guide post 41 through screws, and the view in fig. 9 is that.
As shown in fig. 6, the cam member 10 continues to rotate clockwise until the cam outer peripheral arc tip 11b contacts the cam lever 21 inner peripheral first operating end 21a, and the cam lever member 20 rotates clockwise to the limit position. As shown in fig. 7, when the cam 11 continues to rotate clockwise, so that the tip 11b of the cam 11 runs over the first working end 21a on the inner circumference of the cam rod 21, the maximum elastic potential energy stored in the return spring 30 is released, so that the outer side 30a of the return spring 30 pulls the pin 22 of the cam rod member 20, and under the action, the cam rod member 20 rotates counterclockwise, and the second working end 21c on the inner circumference of the cam rod 21 drives the snap member 40 to rapidly move down to the limit position.
As the power source is continuously transmitted by the cam component 10, the mechanism can circularly complete the action process, and the action process can perfectly present the action process that the tooth (mouth) is slowly lifted up and then quickly falls down and is occluded. The energy transmitted by the cam component 10 comes from the wheel spanning, the rotating speed is equivalent to the wheel dividing, the slow lifting of the action pair teeth takes 1 hour, but the action of tooth falling and biting can be completed in a moment. Meanwhile, the structure is not only suitable for watches, but also can be used for clocks, ornaments and toys which mainly use gear transmission.
