the middle part of the fixed column is provided with a rotating shaft, the rotating shaft penetrates through the fixed column and stretches into the fixed column, a transmission assembly is arranged between the rotating shaft and the rotating rod, and the rotating shaft is located at one end, fixedly connected with an operation assembly, outside the fixed column.
The fence component of the fixed protection part and the cable tightened by the adjustable protection part can effectively protect the floor window hole, and the risk that workers carelessly fall down when indoor construction is carried out is avoided.

after the C-shaped clamping plate 21 and the floor window hole are fixed, a worker drives the rotating shaft 13 to rotate by using the operating assembly, the rotating rod 12 can be driven to rotate in the fixed column 11 through the transmission assembly, the cable 22 is tightened, the cable 22 between the C-shaped clamping plate 21 and the rotating rod 12 is in a straightening and tightening state, and the adjusting and protecting part can be protected by the cable 22;

after the construction is completed, the worker loosens and rotates the rotating shaft 13 again through the operating assembly, so that the cable 22 is completely wound inside the fixed column 11, the two C-shaped clamping plates 21 are folded to be close to the fixed column 11, the size of the device is reduced, and the worker can conveniently transport and transfer the cable.
As shown in fig. 5, the fixing component includes a pressing plate 23 and a screw 24, the pressing plate 23 is disposed inside the C-shaped clamping plate 21 and matches with the C-shaped clamping plate 21, the screw 24 is in threaded connection with the C-shaped clamping plate 21, the screw 24 penetrates through the C-shaped clamping plate 21 and is fixedly connected with the pressing plate 23, and the screw 24 is further fixedly connected with a first handle 25.
After the two C-shaped clamping plates 21 are clamped into the two sides of the floor window hole, a worker can drive the screw rod 24 to rotate relative to the C-shaped clamping plate 21 by rotating the first handle 25, and the screw rod 24 is in threaded connection with the C-shaped clamping plate 21, so that the screw rod 24 can push the pressing plate 23 to fix the two C-shaped clamping plates 21 on the two sides of the floor window hole.
As shown in fig. 3, the transmission assembly includes a first helical tooth 131 and a second helical tooth 121, the first helical tooth 131 is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft 13, the second helical tooth 121 is fixedly connected to the rotating rod 12, and the first helical tooth 131 and the second helical tooth 121 are engaged and matched.
When the cable 22 between the C-shaped clamping plate 21 and the rotating rod 12 is straightened and tightened, a worker rotates the rotating shaft 13 by using the operating assembly, so that the first helical tooth 131 is driven to synchronously rotate, the second helical tooth 121 rotates through meshing fit with the second helical tooth 121, the rotating rod 12 rotates inside the fixed column 11, and the cable 22 is wound, so that the cable 22 is tightened; and after the construction is finished, the worker uses the operation assembly to rotate the rotating shaft 13, and similarly, the mooring rope 22 can be completely wound inside the fixed column 11, so that the two C-shaped clamping plates 21 are folded to be close to the fixed column 11.
As shown in fig. 5, the operating assembly includes a rotating disc 132 and a pressing bolt 133, a second handle 134 is fixedly connected to the edge of the rotating disc 132, and the pressing bolt 133 is assembled to the edge of the rotating disc 132.
When the operation assembly is used, a worker can loosen the pressing bolt 133 outwards to prevent the fixing between the rotary disc 132 and the fixed column 11, and then the rotary shaft 13 can be conveniently rotated by using the second handle 134; when the operation assembly is required to be fixed, a worker can tightly press the fixing column 11 through the pressing bolt 133 screwed inwards, and the turntable 132 is fixed on the fixing column 11 through the friction force between the pressing bolt 133 and the fixing column 11.
As shown in fig. 2, the fence assembly includes a plurality of movable fences 14 and a horizontal plate 15, the movable fences 14 are longitudinally extended, two ends of the horizontal plate 15 are respectively and fixedly connected with the upper sides of the two fixed posts 11, the horizontal plate 15 is extended towards the rear side and the width dimension of the horizontal plate 15 is larger than that of the fixed posts 11, each movable fence 14 is slidably connected with the rear side of the horizontal plate 15, and a stop block 141 is fixedly connected with the lower end of each movable fence 14.
Each movable fence 14 can slide up and down relative to the transverse plate 15, so that when workers send building materials into the floor window opening, the corresponding movable fence 14 can be pushed up in a sliding mode according to the size of the materials, an overlarge opening cannot occur, and the risk that the workers fall down when receiving the building materials is avoided; set up diaphragm 15 to extend backward to set up each movable fence 14 in diaphragm 15 rear side, can avoid falling to the ground window hole upside to block movable fence 14 and push up, and dog 141 can with fall to the ground window hole downside butt, avoid movable fence 14 to fall down.
As shown in fig. 1 and 6, a plurality of limiting grooves 16 are disposed on opposite sides of the two fixed columns 11, the limiting grooves 16 are disposed at equal intervals along the height direction of the fixed columns 11, a cross bar 161 matching with the limiting grooves 16 is disposed between the two fixed columns 11, a stop bar 142 is inserted into the lower side of each movable fence 14, the stop bar 142 extends towards the front side, and the front end face of the stop bar 142 is located at the front side of the front end face of the fixed column 11.
When a worker receives the building materials and pushes up the corresponding movable fence, the worker firstly inserts the stop rod 142 into the lower side of the movable fence 14 to be pushed up, and the front end surface of the stop rod 142 is positioned at the front side of the front end surface of the fixed column 11, so that the worker can push up the cross rod 161 to drive each stop rod 142 and the movable fence 14 to move upwards, and after the required height is reached, the two ends of the cross rod 161 are placed into the corresponding limiting grooves 16, so that the fence assembly can open the opening with the size corresponding to the building materials, and the risk of falling is avoided when the worker receives the building materials.
As shown in fig. 3, a plurality of blocking discs 111 are disposed inside the fixing post 11, and the blocking discs 111 are disposed between two adjacent cables 22.
By arranging the blocking disc 111, when the cable 22 is wound by the rotating rod 12 and enters the fixed column 11, the cables 22 are prevented from being wound and knotted.
As shown in fig. 1, the front sides of the lower ends of the two fixing posts 11 are fixedly connected with a mounting plate 17.
The worker can mount and fix the fixing post 11 to the ground through the mounting plate 17.
