Abstract
The invention provides a filter unit and a pit filter comprising the same. The filtering unit comprises an outer frame structure and a filtering structure, wherein the filtering structure is arranged inside the outer frame structure, and the filtering structure is arranged in parallel to the ground or perpendicular to the ground. The filter unit of the invention has flexible arrangement mode.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a filter unit and a pit filter comprising the same.
Background
The filter unit of current pit filter generally adopts semi-closed cylinder or hexagon cantilever structure to every filter unit comprises two-layer filter screen and corresponding additional strengthening, and for guaranteeing filter area, the filter unit structure size often is great and a lot more. However, if the existing filter unit is installed parallel to the ground, it will occupy the space of the width of the pit, and thus it is not beneficial to the installation and maintenance of the equipment; if the filter is installed perpendicular to the ground, the crushed slag is easy to directly deposit in the cylindrical cavity of the filter unit, so that the inner-layer filter screen is blocked, and the filtering effect of the pit filter is affected.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a filtering unit with flexible arrangement mode and a pit filter comprising the filtering unit aiming at the defects in the prior art.
The technical scheme adopted for solving the technical problems of the invention is as follows:
a filter unit comprises an outer frame structure and a filter structure, wherein the filter structure is installed inside the outer frame structure, and the filter structure is installed in parallel with the ground or perpendicular to the ground.
Preferably, the filter structure comprises a plurality of groups of inner frames and a plurality of groups of filter plates, the plurality of groups of filter plates being mounted within the plurality of groups of inner frames.
Preferably, each of the plurality of sets of filter plates is a flat plate structure having a plurality of holes, and outer surfaces of the plurality of sets of filter plates are smooth.
Preferably, the outer frame structure includes a first outer frame, a second outer frame, a third outer frame, and a seal plate (17), the first outer frame and the third outer frame being opposed to each other, the second outer frame connecting the first outer frame and the third outer frame, and one of the first outer frame and the third outer frame being sealed with the seal plate.
Preferably, the outer frame structure further includes a fixing flange connected to the other of the first outer frame and the third outer frame.
Preferably, the inner side wall of the fixing flange is provided with a plurality of elongated slots parallel to each other for mounting the plurality of sets of inner frames.
Preferably, a plurality of groups of limiting plates are arranged in the first outer frame and the third outer frame, so as to limit four corners of the plurality of groups of inner frames.
The invention also provides a pit filter which comprises the filtering unit and the water collecting tank, wherein one side of the filtering unit, which is provided with the fixing flange, is connected with the water collecting tank.
Preferably, the pit filter comprises a plurality of sets of filter units.
The filter unit of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the filter unit is installed in a mode of being parallel to the ground and in a mode of being vertical to the ground, and the arrangement mode is flexible; the outer frame has a compact structure, and the strength and rigidity of the whole filtering unit are ensured; a plurality of groups of filter plates are arranged in the filter unit, so that the space of the outer frame structure is fully utilized, and the filter area of the filter unit is ensured; the outer surface of the flat plate type filter plate is smooth, and the crushed slag can fall off along the surface of the flat plate type filter plate under the action of gravity, so that the crushed slag is not easy to deposit on the surface of the filter unit.

Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions of the present invention better understood, the present invention will be further clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific examples of the present invention.
Example 1:
referring to fig. 1, the filter unit includes an outer frame structure inside which the filter structure is installed, and a filter structure installed in parallel to the ground or in perpendicular to the ground.
Example 2:
referring to fig. 1, 6 and 7, the filtering unit includes an outer frame structure and a filtering structure installed inside the outer frame structure, made of stainless steel punched flat plates, and including a plurality of sets of inner frames 112 and a plurality of sets of filtering plates 14, the plurality of sets of filtering plates 14 being installed inside the plurality of sets of inner frames 112, and having a plurality of holes of the flat plates (i.e., the hole plates 111) for filtering impurities in water, the filtered water flowing into the cavities of the filtering plates 14 through the holes of the filtering plates 14. In addition, the outer surfaces of the plurality of sets of filter plates 14 are smooth, so that the crushed slag can fall off along the surfaces of the flat plate type filter plates under the action of gravity, and the crushed slag is not easy to deposit on the surfaces of the filter units. In addition, in the present embodiment, the arrangement of the plurality of filter plates 14 of the filter unit is flexible according to installation space characteristics, and may be in a form of being installed perpendicular to the ground (see fig. 2) and a form of being installed parallel to the ground (see fig. 3).
The outer frame structure comprises a fixing flange 11, a first outer frame 12, a second outer frame 13, a limiting plate 15, a third outer frame 16 and a sealing plate 17.
The fixing flange 11 is fixedly connected (e.g., welded) to the first outer frame 12 and serves to mount the filter unit on a corresponding counterpart.
The first outer frame 12 and the third outer frame 16 are opposed to each other, the second outer frame 13 connects the first outer frame 12 and the third outer frame 16, and the first outer frame 12, the second outer frame 13, and the third outer frame 16 are fixedly connected (e.g., welded connection). In the embodiment, the outer frame structure is welded by section steel materials into a whole for supporting the filtering structure, and the structure is compact, so that the strength and the rigidity of the whole filtering unit can be ensured.
One of the first outer frame 12 and the third outer frame 16 (for example, the third outer frame 16) is sealed with a cover plate 17. In this embodiment, when the filter structure is installed perpendicular to the ground, the sealing plate 17 can block the debris from directly entering the gaps between the adjacent filter plates 14, and prevent the debris from depositing in the gaps between the adjacent filter plates 14.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, the fixing flange 11 is connected to the other of the first and third outer frames 12 and 16 (e.g., the first outer frame 12) for fixing the filter plates 14 and mounting the filter units on supporting equipment, and the inner sidewall of the fixing flange 11 is provided with a plurality of elongated grooves T parallel to each other for mounting and fixing the plurality of sets of inner frames 112.
Since the plurality of groups of filter plates 14 are easily displaced in use, and even adjacent filter plates 14 are attached together, thereby affecting the filtering effect, referring to fig. 1 and 5, the upper end and the lower end of each of the first outer frame 12 and the third outer frame 16 are provided with (e.g., welded with) a plurality of groups of limiting plates 15 for limiting four corners of the plurality of groups of inner frames 112, and the plurality of groups of filter plates 14 can be prevented from being displaced, thereby effectively ensuring the filtering effect of the plurality of groups of filter plates.
The plurality of filter plates 14 make full use of the inner space defined by the outer frame structure, thereby effectively securing the filtering area of the filter unit. Groups of flat filter plates 14 with a plurality of holes are used for finely filtering the water collected by the pit, and the filtered water flows into an inner cavity formed by the outer frame structure through the holes on the groups of filter plates 14.
Example 3:
referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present embodiment provides a pit filter including a filter unit 1 according to embodiment 1 or embodiment 2 and a sump 2, and a side of the filter unit 1 provided with a fixing flange 11 is connected to the sump 2 (e.g., by a nut 2).
Further, the pit filter may comprise a plurality of sets of filter units (e.g. 4).
The filter unit is installed in a mode of being parallel to the ground and in a mode of being vertical to the ground, and the arrangement mode is flexible; the outer frame has a compact structure, and the strength and rigidity of the whole filtering unit are ensured; a plurality of groups of filter plates are arranged in the filter unit, so that the space of the outer frame structure is fully utilized, and the filter area of the filter unit is ensured; the outer surface of the flat plate type filter plate is smooth, and the crushed slag can fall off along the surface of the flat plate type filter plate under the action of gravity, so that the crushed slag is not easy to deposit on the surface of the filter unit.
It will be understood that the foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the invention, and that the invention is not limited thereto. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, and these changes and modifications are to be considered as within the scope of the invention.
Claims (9)
1. A filter unit is characterized by comprising an outer frame structure and a filter structure,
the filter structure is mounted inside the outer frame structure,
the filter structure is installed parallel to the ground or perpendicular to the ground.
2. A filter unit according to claim 1, wherein the filter structure comprises a plurality of sets of inner frames (112) and a plurality of sets of filter plates (14), the plurality of sets of filter plates (14) being mounted within the plurality of sets of inner frames (112).
3. A filter unit according to claim 2, wherein each of the sets of filter plates (14) is of a flat plate structure having a plurality of holes, and the outer surfaces of the sets of filter plates (14) are smooth.
4. A filter unit according to claim 2, characterised in that the outer frame structure comprises a first outer frame (12), a second outer frame (13), a third outer frame (16) and a closing plate (17),
the first outer frame (12) and the third outer frame (16) are opposed to each other, the second outer frame (13) connects the first outer frame (12) and the third outer frame (16), and
one of the first outer frame (12) and the third outer frame (16) is sealed with a sealing plate (17).
5. The filter unit according to claim 4, wherein the outer frame structure further comprises a fixing flange (11) connected to the other of the first outer frame (12) and the third outer frame (16).
6. A filter unit as claimed in claim 5, characterised in that the inner side walls of the fixing flange (11) are provided with a plurality of elongated slots (T) parallel to each other for mounting the sets of inner frames (112).
7. A filter unit according to any one of claims 4-6, characterised in that a plurality of sets of limiting plates (15) are provided in the first outer frame (12) and the third outer frame (16) for defining the four corners of the plurality of sets of inner frames (112).
8. A pit filter, characterized in that it comprises a filter unit (1) according to any of claims 1-7 and a water collection sump (2), the side of the filter unit (1) provided with a fixing flange (11) being connected to the water collection sump (2).
9. A pit filter according to claim 8, characterized in that it comprises multiple sets of filter units (1).
