According to the manufacturing method provided by the application, the liquid is obtained by leaching the powder of the tea leaves and the clove, the concentrated solution is obtained by concentrating the liquid, the concentrated solution is uniformly distributed on the substrate and dried to form an antibacterial covering layer, the tea leaves contain tea polyphenol and tannic acid, and the tea polyphenol and the tannic acid can play antibacterial and bactericidal roles; the clove leaves containing clove oil have certain inhibition effect on pathogenic fungi, staphylococcus, dysentery, escherichia coli and other germs, namely, the clove has good antibacterial and bactericidal effects; the tea and the clove can fully play roles of antibiosis and sterilization after being mixed according to the proportion, in addition, on one hand, the tea and the clove can prevent peculiar smell caused by bacteria in the using process of the absorbing article, and on the other hand, the smell of the tea and the clove can effectively remove the peculiar smell generated in the using process of the absorbing article. In the process of manufacturing the longitudinal seam and the transverse seam, the cutters respectively cut two vertical directions of the absorption body, and simultaneously, under the extrusion of the cutting rollers and the compression rollers to the absorption body, the absorption part is fluffy, so that the absorption part is more fluffy, the softness of the absorption part is improved, the liquid infiltration is accelerated, and the absorption part has the performance characteristics of high liquid infiltration speed, good dryness, good softness, good air permeability, strong wearing comfort and the like.

The second preset weight is 5-10 times of the weight of the first residue, the second preset time is 120-180 min, and the second preset temperature is 80-90 ℃.
In the setting of above-mentioned parameter, can guarantee to have sufficient liquid to soak mixed powder and first residue to the requirement of water weight, the setting of temperature can guarantee to mix in powder and the first residue active ingredient fully dissolve to the liquid in to guaranteed the effective leaching to mixed powder and first residue, guaranteed promptly to mix the effective ingredient fully leaching in powder and the first residue.
In some embodiments of the present application, the volume of the concentrated extract is 1/8-1/12 of the volume of the mixture.
Because the content percentage of the effective components for sterilization and bacteriostasis in the extracting solution is low, if the extracting solution is directly and uniformly distributed on the substrate, the effective components for sterilization and bacteriostasis on the substrate can meet the requirement only by carrying out multiple treatments. Therefore, the volume of the extracting solution is concentrated to 1/8-1/12 of the volume of the mixed solution, the content percentage of the effective bactericidal and bacteriostatic components in the concentrated extracting solution is moderate, and the effective bactericidal and bacteriostatic components on the substrate can meet the requirement only by one-time treatment.
