Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the drawings and examples.
This embodiment is an improvement over the floor washer cleaning head.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the cleaning head includes: a cleaning head main body 1, a rolling brush body 3 and a rolling brush cover 2.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the cleaning head main body 1 has a roll brush mounting groove 1-1 at the front end thereof, and the roll brush body 3 is rotatably supported by the roll brush mounting groove 1-1 via a shaft, and a wiping surface 3-1 of the roll brush body 3 protrudes from the front side (right side in fig. 5 and 6) of the roll brush mounting groove 1-1. The roll brush body 3 generally includes a core shaft and a flexible body provided on the outer periphery of the core shaft, and the flexible body may be, for example, a brush, a cloth, or the like, and has a large elasticity.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a roll brush cover 2 is mounted on a cleaning head main body 1 and is in sealing engagement with a wiping surface 3-1 of the roll brush body 3, the roll brush cover 2 includes a cover main body 2-1 and a front baffle 2-2, the front baffle 2-2 having elasticity, the front baffle 2-2 being fixed to a front end (right end in fig. 1 and 2) of the cover main body 2-1, the front baffle 2-2 being capable of being deformed rearward when the front end of the front baffle 2-2 is subjected to rearward pressure, causing a lower end 2-4 to be fitted into the roll brush body 3 to yield, thereby exposing the wiping surface 3-1 of the roll brush body 3 from the front end of the cleaning head main body 1.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, a groove 2-3 extending in a lateral direction is provided in a central portion of the front barrier 2-2. The recess 2-3 makes the lower half of the front barrier 2-2 more likely to deform rearward after the front barrier 2-2 is subjected to rearward pressure.
The front barrier 2-2 is preferably a flexible glue sheet, and the flexible glue that may be used includes rubber and thermoplastic elastomers, such as TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer ), TPU (Thermoplastic Urethane, thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer), and more preferably TPE, and the flexible glue that forms the front barrier 2-2 may be other materials that are wear resistant and have good elasticity. The inner surface of the front baffle 2-2 is preferably designed as a concave arc surface matching the wiping surface 3-1 of the roll brush body 3 in order to form a better seal between the roll brush cover 2 and the roll brush body 3.
Referring to fig. 3, the lower end 2-4 of the front baffle 2-2 is located below the horizontal center plane 8 of the roll brush body 3. This makes it possible that when no obstacle or wall surface is encountered during the forward operation of the floor scrubber and the front barrier 2-2 is not subjected to backward pressure, the wiping surface 3-1 of the roll brush body 3 is entirely inside the cleaner head body 1 and does not come into contact with an object in front of the cleaner head body 1.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5, the length L1 of the front baffle 2-2 is greater than the length L2 of the rolling brush body 3, and the front baffle 2-2 completely covers the wiping surface 3-1 of the rolling brush body 3.
Referring to fig. 2, the cleaner head body 1 has a dust suction flow path including a dust inlet 5 and a bellows 6. The dust inlet 5 of the dust collection flow channel is opposite to the wiping surface 3-1 of the rolling brush body 3 and is positioned on one side of the rolling brush body 3 far away from the front baffle plate 2-2, the bottom of the dust inlet 5 is provided with a sealing strip 4, a first sealing structure a is formed between the front baffle plate 2-2 and the wiping surface 3-1 of the rolling brush body 3 during floor scrubbing (cleaning) operation, a second sealing structure b is formed between the wiping surface 3-1 of the rolling brush body 3 and the ground 7, a third sealing structure c is formed between the sealing strip 4 at the bottom of the dust inlet 5 and the ground 7, and the three sealing structures ensure that water and garbage on the ground 7 can be sucked into a sewage tank of the floor scrubber from the dust inlet 5.
Referring to fig. 2, a water jet 1-2 is arranged above the cleaning head main body 1 corresponding to the rolling brush body 3, and the water jet 1-2 is connected with a pump in the cleaning head main body 1 to form a clear water spraying device. The clean water spraying device is connected with the clean water tank of the floor washer and is used for pumping water from the clean water tank and supplying the water to the rolling brush body 3 so as to wet the rolling brush body 3. It is also possible to position the water jet 1-2 towards the floor 7, wetting the floor 7 to be wiped.
A floor washer is shown in fig. 7, in which the cleaning head described above is used.
Referring to fig. 7, the present floor washing machine includes: a body assembly 200, a handle assembly 100 and a cleaning head 300. The body assembly 200 is provided with a clean water tank 201, a sewage tank 204, a suction motor 203 and a battery 202, the tail end of the body assembly 200 is provided with the handle assembly 100, the front end of the body assembly 200 is connected with a cleaning head 300, the cleaning head 300 adopts the cleaning head of the embodiment, a corrugated pipe 6 (see fig. 2) of a dust suction flow channel of the cleaning head 300 is communicated with the sewage tank 204 and the suction motor 203, and a pump of the cleaning head 300 is communicated with the clean water tank 201.
The ground cleaning machine has the following working principle that: the clean water spraying device is controlled to pump clean water from the clean water tank 201 and spray the clean water to the rolling brush body 3, the rolling brush body 3 is wetted, the driving device of the rolling brush body 3 drives the rolling brush body 3 to rotate, the ground 7 is wiped, the rolling brush body 3 wipes garbage and sewage generated on the ground under the action of the suction motor 203, and the garbage and sewage pass through the dust inlet 5 and the corrugated pipe 6 and then enter the sewage tank 204.
The principle of the floor cleaning machine for cleaning obstacles or wall surfaces is as follows: when the cleaning head 300 is operated to move forwards and wipe the floor 7, and when the cleaning head 300 encounters an obstacle or a wall 400, the front baffle plate 2-2 is pressed backwards to deform backwards, and the rolling brush cloth or the flocking on the rolling brush body 3 has great elasticity, so that the lower end part 2-4 of the front baffle plate 2-2 is embedded into the flexible body of the rolling brush body 3 to be bent, and the wiping surface 3-1 of the rolling brush body 3 is exposed from the front end of the cleaning head main body 1 and contacts with the obstacle or the wall 400, and the contact surface is wiped by rotating. In this state, the rolling brush body 3 is exposed, so that the cleaning capability of the wall surface root is greatly improved.
It can be seen that the present embodiment, by improving the cleaning head of the floor scrubber, enables the rolling brush of the floor scrubber to contact the obstacle or the wall 400 during the operation of operating the floor scrubber, and wipe the obstacle and the wall 400.
The foregoing detailed description of the invention has been provided by way of example only to assist those skilled in the art in understanding the invention and is not to be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. Various modifications, equivalent changes, etc. which are made by those skilled in the art to the above-described embodiments under the inventive concept should be included in the scope of the present invention.
