Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a device for transporting eggs, which is used for solving the technical problem that the egg cannot be transported safely when the device for transporting eggs in the prior art is used for transporting eggs at a large yield.

the number of the tracks, the transmission mechanisms and the first blocking mechanisms is a plurality, and the tracks, the transmission mechanisms and the first blocking mechanisms correspond to one another one by one.
Further, in order to better realize the invention, the transmission mechanism is a chain transmission mechanism, the bottom of the vehicle body is provided with a first through groove, a magnetic part is arranged on the groove wall of the first through groove, a chain of the chain transmission mechanism is provided with a ferromagnetic element, and the ferromagnetic element is inserted into the first through groove.
Further, in order to better implement the present invention, the chain transmission mechanism includes a first sprocket, a second sprocket and a first rotating shaft, the first rotating shaft is rotatably inserted into the frame, and the first rotating shaft is connected to the power output end of the power component, the first sprocket is mounted on the first rotating shaft, the second sprocket is rotatably mounted on the frame, a chain of the chain transmission mechanism is engaged with both the first sprocket and the second sprocket, the ferromagnetic element is a link plate, the link plate is mounted on each link of the chain, and the link plate is inserted into the first through groove.
Further, in order to better implement the present invention, the two sides of the vehicle body are provided with the rollers, and the rollers on the two sides of the vehicle body are at least two, the roller located on one side of the vehicle body is divided into a first roller and a second roller, a second through groove is formed between two adjacent rails, the vehicle body is inserted into the second through groove in a sliding manner, and the first roller and the second roller are respectively located above and below the rails.

Further, in order to better implement the invention, the first blocking mechanism comprises an air cylinder and a block body matched with the gap, a mounting seat is arranged inside the frame, the air cylinder is mounted on the mounting seat, a telescopic rod of the air cylinder faces upwards, the block body is mounted on the telescopic rod of the air cylinder, and when the vehicle body is blocked, the block body is inserted into the gap.

With the above structure, the first stopper mechanism can block or release the vehicle body 3 at the conveyance starting end.
As an alternative embodiment of this embodiment, the stop assembly in this embodiment comprises an electromagnet 20 and an insert 21, the electromagnet 20 is installed on the frame 1, the insert 21 is welded or screwed to the power output end of the electromagnet 20, specifically, the electromagnet 20 drives the insert 21 to extend and retract, the thumb wheel 18 is provided with a plurality of stop holes 181, preferably, the number of the stop holes 181 is several, a plurality of the stop holes 181 enclose a circle, when the stopping assembly stops the thumb wheel 18, the plug block 21 is plugged into the stopping hole 181 under the driving of the electromagnet 20, the electromagnet 20 is electrically connected with the control component, that is, the electromagnet 20 is controlled to be switched on or off by the control component, so that the insertion block 21 can enter and exit from the stop hole 181, and the stop of the thumb wheel 18 is realized in such a way, the structure is simple, and the implementation is easy. As an embodiment of the present embodiment, the diameter of the stop hole 181 in the present embodiment is larger than the outer diameter of the insert 21, so that the insert 21 is inserted into the stop hole 181 when the dial 18 rotates.
As an alternative embodiment of this embodiment, the control assembly in this embodiment includes a sensor 22 and a controller 23, the sensor 22 is mounted on the egg cup 5 for sensing whether there is an egg 6 in the egg cup 5, the sensor 22 may be a weight sensor 22, when there is an egg 6 in the egg cup 5, the weight is heavier, and when there is no egg 6 in the egg cup 5, the weight is lighter, the weight sensor 22 may sense the weight information of the egg cup 5 to sense whether there is an egg 6 in the egg cup 5. The sensor 22 is electrically connected to a controller 23, the controller 23 is a PLC, and the controller 23 is electrically connected to the electromagnet 20. Through the structure, when the sensor 22 senses that eggs 6 exist in the egg cup 5, a signal is sent to the controller 23, the controller 23 drives the electromagnet 20 to drive the insert block 21 to retract, the vehicle body 3 is released, the vehicle body 3 moves forwards, and by means of the time delay function of the PLC, after the vehicle body 3 moves forwards for a certain distance, the controller 23 controls the electromagnet 20 to drive the insert block 21 to extend into the other stop hole 181 on the shifting wheel 18, so that stopping is performed again, and the function of stepping the vehicle body 3 which is not loaded with the eggs 6 at the conveying starting end is realized. It should be noted that the rotation of the dial wheel 18 in this embodiment is relatively independent from the rotation of the chain 8, that is, the chain 8 is always rotating, the dial wheel 18 is rotated step by step, and the step by step rotation of the dial wheel 18 can realize the effect of step driving the empty egg cup 5 at the beginning of the transportation, after an egg 6 is filled in one egg cup 5, the dial wheel 18 rotates until the corresponding car body 3 is disengaged from the dial teeth 182, and the car body 3 corresponding to the egg cup 5 filled with the egg 6 can move on the track 2 toward the end of the transportation. In this way, only when eggs 6 are in the egg cups 5, the egg cups can advance by separating from the shifting teeth 182, the empty egg cups 5 are prevented from moving to the conveying tail end, and the rest of the driving mechanism is not arranged in the structure, and the car bodies 3 positioned below the track 2 are driven to move to the upper part of the track 2 by the total magnetic force generated by the magnetic assemblies between the chain plates 13 and the car bodies 3, so that the number of used parts is less, the cost is lower, and the energy is more saved.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the second sprocket 10 is rotatably fitted around the second shaft 19 via the bearing 14, so that the second sprocket 10 is rotatably mounted on the frame 1, and the second shaft 19 not only supports the thumb wheel 18 but also supports the second sprocket 10, thereby further simplifying the structure and reducing the cost.

A guide rail 24 is laid on the rack 1 along the length direction of the kidney-shaped hole 101, a slide block 25 is mounted on the guide rail 24, the second rotating shaft 19 is inserted into the slide block 25, so that the second rotating shaft 19 can move along the length direction of the kidney-shaped hole 101, a screw 26 with the length direction in the same direction as that of the kidney-shaped hole 101 is rotatably connected to the slide block 25, a base plate 27 is further welded on the rack 1, a screw hole is formed in the base plate 27, and the screw 26 is screwed in the screw hole. Thus, the slide 25 can be driven to move on the guide rail 24 by rotating the screw 26, that is, the position of the second rotating shaft 19 in the kidney-shaped hole 101 can be adjusted by rotating the screw 26, and the tightness of the chain 8 can be adjusted.
As an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, in this embodiment, the blocking mechanism includes a cylinder 15 and a block 16 adapted to the gap 28 on the vehicle body 3, and a mounting seat 17 is provided inside the frame 1, and when it needs to be described, the frame 1 in this embodiment includes two frame bodies facing each other, the plurality of rails 2, the plurality of transmission mechanisms, the plurality of second blocking mechanisms, and the plurality of first blocking mechanisms are all installed between the two frame bodies, and the mounting seat 17 connects the two frame bodies, so that the frame 1 composed of the two frame bodies is more stable. The cylinder 15 is installed on the installation seat 17, the telescopic rod of the cylinder 15 faces upwards, the inserting block 21 is installed on the telescopic rod of the cylinder 15, when the first blocking mechanism blocks the vehicle body 3, the cylinder 15 drives the inserting block 21 to ascend and be inserted into the gap 28 on the vehicle body 3, and therefore the purpose of blocking the vehicle body 3 is achieved, and when the cylinder 15 retracts to enable the inserting block 21 to be separated from the gap 28 on the vehicle body 3, the vehicle body 3 can be released. It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the vehicle body 3 on each track 2 is blocked by a first blocking mechanism. And the number of the cylinders 15 and the insert blocks 21 in each first blocking mechanism is two, wherein one cylinder 15 drives one insert block 21 to enter and exit a gap 28 on one side of the vehicle body 3, and the other cylinder 15 drives the other insert block 21 to enter and exit the gap 28 on the other side of the vehicle body 3, so that the vehicle body 3 at the tail end of the conveying is blocked stably. Of course, the air cylinder 15 in the present embodiment may be replaced with a hydraulic cylinder.
