As shown in fig. 1, the pressure sensor protection mechanism comprises a base 7, a pressure head guide column 3, a sensor press block 8, a spring 4 and a pressure head 10, wherein the pressure head guide column 3 is installed on the base 7, a positioning column is convexly arranged on the bottom surface of the pressure head guide column 3, correspondingly, a positioning groove matched with the pressure head guide column is formed in the base 7, the pressure head guide column 3 is provided with a cavity for accommodating the pressure sensor 5, the sensor press block 8, the spring press block 9 and the pressure head 10, the pressure sensor 5 is arranged at the bottom of the cavity of the pressure head guide column, the side part of the pressure sensor 5 extends out of the cavity, the pressure sensor press block 6 is packaged, the pressure sensor press block 8 is positioned on the pressure sensor 5, the pressure sensor press block 8 comprises a large-diameter part at the lower end and an upper small-diameter part connected with the pressure sensor press block 8, the spring 4 and the spring press block 9 are sequentially sleeved on the small-diameter part at the upper end of the pressure sensor press block 8, the spring 4 can slide on the sensor press block 8, the pressure head 10 is arranged in the cavity of the pressure head guide column 3 in a butting mode with the spring press block 9, the bottom of the pressure head 10 is opposite to the small-diameter part of the pressure sensor press block 8, a through groove is formed at the side part opposite to the small-diameter part of the pressure-stop pin 10, and the pressure head is provided with a limit groove matched with the limit pin 1 along the limit groove, and the limit pin 1 is formed by passing through the limit groove.
The external section of the pressure head limiting pin 1 extending out of the chamber is connected to the limiting pin fixing plate 2, the limiting pin fixing plate 2 is fixed on the pressure head guide post 3, and the pressure head limiting pin 1 limits the movable position of the pressure head 10, so that the pressure head 10 can only slightly move up and down.
The mechanical protection mechanism of the pressure sensor is fixed on equipment through the base 7, during normal operation, a pressed product is placed on the pressure head 10, and the pressed product is removed by the press, so that the pressure of the press can be transmitted to the pressure sensor in real time, and the purpose of monitoring the pressure by the pressure sensor in real time is achieved.
The principle of the mechanical protection mechanism of the pressure sensor is that, for example, the pressed force of the pressed article is required to be in the range from a N to b N (a is smaller than b), the elastic force of the spring 4 is c N (c is larger than b and smaller than the maximum range of the pressure sensor) after being preloaded, thus, during the working process of the device, if the pressure of the press is between a N and b N, the spring cannot deform, the pressure sensor can monitor the pressed force of the pressed product in real time, when the pressure of the press is abnormally larger than c N, the spring 4 can continuously deform, the position of the pressing head 10 can move downwards, the pressing head limiting pin 1 can be blocked and restrained after a small amount of movement, the pressing head limiting pin 1 can prevent the pressing head from continuously descending, and the extra pressure can be shared by the pressing head limiting pin 1, thus the pressure sensor 5 is protected from exceeding the range of the pressing head.
In summary, the mechanical protection mechanism of the pressure sensor is novel in design, can transmit the pressure of the press to the pressure sensor in real time, achieves the purpose of monitoring the pressure in real time by the pressure sensor, prevents the pressure head from continuing to descend by the pressure head limiting pin even if the pressure of the press exceeds the range of the pressure sensor when equipment is abnormal, fully protects the pressure sensor, prevents the pressure sensor from being crushed, prolongs the service life of the equipment and reduces the maintenance cost of the equipment.
