Background
Automobiles as transportation means emit a large amount of carbon, nitrogen, sulfur oxides, hydrocarbons, lead compounds and other various atmospheric pollutants every day, which are important sources of atmospheric pollution and bring serious harm to human health and ecological environment. Energy conservation and emission reduction are the constant subjects of the development of the automobile industry, and the work of continuously strengthening energy conservation and emission reduction becomes the urgent need for the economic realization, the good and fast development of China.
The gas filling machine is a gas filling device which supplies fuel to a natural gas automobile in a compressed natural gas mode, gas in a natural gas pipeline is generally subjected to pre-purification treatment to remove sulfur and water in the gas, then the pressure is compressed from 0.1-1.0Mpa to 25Mpa by a compressor unit, and finally the vehicle is filled with gas by a gas selling machine.
When the existing LNG dispenser is used, the liquefied natural gas can be automatically gasified under the atmospheric pressure, so that the natural gas is easily sprayed out, and safety accidents are easily caused once the natural gas is sprayed out to the surrounding environment.

The invention aims to provide a safety device for preventing liquid from being sprayed out of a liquid feeding and back gun of an LNG dispenser, and the safety device is used for solving the problems in the background art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a safety device for preventing liquid from being sprayed out of a liquid feeding gun of an LNG (liquefied Natural gas) dispenser comprises a liquid feeding pipe for feeding liquid and a sealing barrel arranged at the end part of the liquid feeding pipe and used for preventing natural gas from spraying, wherein the sealing barrel is slidably arranged on the liquid feeding pipe, a fixing barrel is fixedly welded on the liquid feeding pipe, the side surface of the fixing barrel is fixedly connected with one end of a first spring sleeved on the liquid feeding pipe, the other end of the first spring is fixedly connected with the side surface of the sealing barrel, a limiting ring is integrally formed and fixed at one end of the liquid feeding pipe positioned in the fixing barrel, the sealing barrel is prevented from sliding out of the liquid feeding pipe through the design of the limiting ring, the liquid feeding pipe is covered at a gas filling port of an automobile through the sealing barrel in the liquid feeding process, then the liquid feeding pipe is plugged into the gas filling port of the automobile along with the continuous force of a worker, a valve on the liquid feeding pipe is opened, natural gas liquid is fed, and the liquid feeding pipe is withdrawn after the liquid feeding is completed, at the moment, through the design of the sealing barrel, the natural gas is effectively prevented from being sprayed to the body of a worker, and the use is safe.
As a further scheme of the invention: the liquid filling opening that supplies the filling tube to pass is seted up to the port department of a sealed section of thick bamboo, and is fixed with integrated into one piece's sealing washer around the filling opening on the outer wall of a sealed section of thick bamboo, can effectively improve the sealed effect between a sealed section of thick bamboo and the car through the sealing washer.

It should be noted that, the middle port of the three-way valve is connected with the atmosphere, in actual use, the liquid feeding pipe is inserted into the gas filling port of the automobile firstly, the middle port of the three-way valve is adjusted to be connected with the atmosphere firstly, the sliding plate is pushed to slide to the end part of the fixed cylinder facing the sealing cylinder through the sliding ring, the air in the fixed cylinder is discharged firstly, then the three-way valve is adjusted to enable the recovery tank to be communicated with the connecting pipe, the sliding plate is pushed to slide in the fixed cylinder in a reciprocating mode through the sliding ring at the moment, along with the continuous reciprocating motion of the sliding plate, the natural gas in the sealing cylinder is pumped out and extruded into the recovery tank to be stored, the effect of recovering the sprayed natural gas is achieved, and the practicability of the safety device is improved.
As a further scheme of the invention: retrieve jar threaded connection and fix on the mount, the one end fixed connection of mount and link, the other end and the slip ring fixed connection of link, the dismouting of jar is conveniently retrieved through threaded connection's mode to change retrieving the jar, after a recovery jar collection natural gas was full, it can directly be changed a new recovery jar to tear down the recovery jar.
As a further scheme of the invention: the recycling tank comprises a recycling tank body, a threaded wall is arranged on the outer wall of a tank body of the recycling tank body, the recycling tank body is fixedly connected with a fixing frame through the threaded wall, an integrally formed fixing pipe is fixed at one end, facing the three-way valve, of the recycling tank body, a connecting plate is fixedly welded and fixed at the end part of the fixing pipe, a connecting plate is rotatably installed on the outer wall of the connecting plate through a bearing, the side surface of the connecting plate is fixedly connected with one end of a second spring, the other end of the second spring is fixedly connected with the side surface of a sealing ring, an air inlet pipe is fixedly welded inside the sealing ring, the outer diameter of the air inlet pipe is the same as the inner diameter of the fixing pipe, the outer diameter of the air inlet pipe is the same as the inner diameter of a port of the three-way valve, the end part of the three-way valve can be inserted into the air inlet pipe, one end of the air inlet pipe penetrates through the connecting plate and is inserted into the fixing pipe, and the one end, positioned in the fixing pipe, is provided with a one-way valve, the other end of the recovery tank body is fixed with an air outlet pipe, and a valve is arranged on the air outlet pipe.
It should be noted that, when the jar is retrieved in the assembly, along with retrieving the threaded connection of jar body and mount, will retrieve the jar body and push the three-way valve to through the guide effect of mount, make the tip of intake pipe insert in the three-way valve, along with retrieving jar body and continue towards the three-way valve motion, the sealing washer card is in the junction of intake pipe and three-way valve, thereby has improved the leakproofness between three-way valve and the intake pipe.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
through the structural design of the sealing barrel, in the liquid adding process, the natural gas is effectively prevented from being sprayed to the body of a worker, and the use is safe.
Through the structural design of a fixed cylinder and a recovery tank, in the practical use, the natural gas is not only prevented from being sprayed into the atmosphere, but also the sprayed natural gas is collected, and the practicability of the safety device is improved.
The recovery tank is convenient to disassemble and assemble, so that the recovery tank can be conveniently replaced, and the full recovery tank can be conveniently collected to store.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, in the embodiment of the invention, a safety device for preventing liquid from flowing back of a liquid filling gun of an LNG dispenser comprises a liquid filling pipe 1 for filling liquid and a sealing cylinder 10 installed at the end of the liquid filling pipe 1 for preventing natural gas from spraying out, the sealing cylinder 10 is slidably installed on the liquid filling pipe 1, a fixed cylinder 8 is fixedly welded on the liquid filling pipe 1, the side surface of the fixed cylinder 8 is fixedly connected with one end of a first spring 11 sleeved on the liquid filling pipe 1, the other end of the first spring 11 is fixedly connected with the side surface of the sealing cylinder 10, a limiting ring 15 is integrally formed and fixed at one end of the liquid filling pipe 1 located in the fixed cylinder 10, the sealing cylinder 10 is prevented from sliding out of the liquid filling pipe 1 through the design of the limiting ring 15, the liquid filling pipe is covered at a gas filling port of an automobile through the sealing cylinder 10 in the liquid filling process, then the liquid filling pipe 1 is plugged into the gas filling port of the automobile with the continuous force of a worker, the valve on the liquid feeding pipe 1 is opened again, the natural gas liquid begins to be fed, after the liquid feeding is completed, the liquid feeding pipe 1 is withdrawn, and at the moment, through the design of the sealing barrel 10, the natural gas is effectively prevented from being sprayed to the body of a worker, so that the use is safe.
A liquid filling opening 14 for the liquid filling pipe 1 to pass through is formed in the port of the sealing barrel 10, an integrally formed sealing ring 13 is fixed on the outer wall of the sealing barrel 10 around the liquid filling opening 14, and the sealing effect between the sealing barrel 10 and an automobile can be effectively improved through the sealing ring 13.
Sealed section of thick bamboo 10 towards one side both ends of a fixed section of thick bamboo 8 respectively with the one end fixed connection of an elastic telescopic rod 9, the other end of elastic telescopic rod 9 and the side fixed connection of a fixed section of thick bamboo 8, elastic telescopic rod 9 all is parallel with filling pipe 1, and all is provided with the check valve on the elastic telescopic rod 9, makes spun natural gas all enter into a fixed section of thick bamboo 8 through elastic telescopic rod 9.
The inside slidable mounting of solid fixed cylinder 8 has sliding plate 15, and sliding plate 15 cover is established on liquid feeding pipe 1, sliding plate 15 is towards solid fixed cylinder 8 outside one side one end and the one end fixed connection of connecting rod 12, the other end of connecting rod 12 stretches out solid fixed cylinder 8 outside with the side one end fixed connection of slip ring 6, slip ring 6 slidable mounting is on liquid feeding pipe 1, sliding plate 15 is towards solid fixed cylinder 8 outside one side other end and the one end fixed connection of connecting pipe 7, the other end of connecting pipe 7 stretches out solid fixed cylinder 8 outside with the side other end fixed connection of slip ring 6, and the other end of connecting pipe 7 and fix one side port fixed connection at the three-way valve 4 of slip ring 6 opposite side, the opposite side port of three-way valve 4 is connected with the input of recovery tank 2, recovery tank 4 installs on slip ring 6.
It should be noted that, the middle port of the three-way valve 4 is connected with the atmosphere, in actual use, the filling pipe 1 is inserted into the gas filling port of the automobile, the middle port of the three-way valve 4 is adjusted to be connected with the atmosphere, the sliding plate 15 is pushed by the sliding ring 6 to slide to the end part of the fixed cylinder 8 facing the sealing cylinder 10, the air in the fixed cylinder 8 is discharged firstly, then the three-way valve 4 is adjusted to communicate the recovery tank 2 with the connecting pipe 7, the sliding plate 15 is pushed by the sliding ring 6 to slide in the fixed cylinder 8 in a reciprocating manner, along with the continuous reciprocating movement of the sliding plate 15, the natural gas in the sealing cylinder 10 is pumped out and extruded into the recovery tank 2 to be stored, the effect of recovering the sprayed natural gas is achieved, and the practicability of the safety device is improved.
Retrieve 2 threaded connection of jar and fix on mount 3, the one end fixed connection of mount 3 and link 5, the other end and the 6 fixed connection of slip ring of link 5, the dismouting of jar 2 is conveniently retrieved to mode through threaded connection to change retrieving jar 2, after a recovery jar 2 collects natural gas and is full, will retrieve jar 2 and tear down and directly change a new recovery jar 2 can.
The recovery tank comprises a recovery tank body 21, a threaded wall 22, a guide angle 23, a fixed pipe 24, a connecting disc 25, an air inlet pipe 26, a sealing ring 27, a second spring 28, a connecting plate 29 and an air outlet pipe 210, wherein the recovery tank 2 comprises the recovery tank body 21, the threaded wall 22 is arranged on the outer wall of the tank body of the recovery tank body 21, the recovery tank body 21 is fixedly connected with a fixed frame 3 through the threaded wall 22, the integrally formed fixed pipe 24 is fixed at one end of the recovery tank body 21 facing a three-way valve 4, the connecting disc 25 is fixedly welded at the end part of the fixed pipe 24, the connecting plate 29 is rotatably installed on the outer wall of the connecting disc 25 through a bearing, the side surface of the connecting plate 29 is fixedly connected with one end of the second spring 28, the other end of the second spring 28 is fixedly connected with the side surface of the sealing ring 27, the air inlet pipe 26 is fixedly welded inside the sealing ring 27, the outer diameter of the air inlet pipe 26 is the same as the inner diameter of the fixed pipe 24, and the outer diameter of the air inlet pipe 26 is the same as the inner diameter of the port of the three-way valve 4, the end part of the three-way valve 4 can be inserted into the air inlet pipe 26, one end of the air inlet pipe 26 penetrates through the connecting disc 25 and the connecting plate 29 and is inserted into the fixed pipe 24, the one end of the air inlet pipe 26, which is positioned in the fixed pipe 24, is provided with the one-way valve 211, the other end of the recovery tank body 21 is fixed with the air outlet pipe 210, and the air outlet pipe 210 is provided with a valve.
It should be noted that, when assembling the recovery tank 2, along with the threaded connection between the recovery tank body 21 and the fixing frame 3, the recovery tank body 21 is pushed to the three-way valve 4, and the end of the air inlet pipe 26 is inserted into the three-way valve 4 through the guiding function of the fixing frame 3, and along with the continuous movement of the recovery tank body 21 toward the three-way valve 4, the sealing ring 27 is clamped at the connection between the air inlet pipe 26 and the three-way valve 4, so that the sealing performance between the three-way valve 4 and the air inlet pipe 26 is improved.
