本发明属于日化用品技术领域,公开了一种超强去污防串色洗衣凝珠及其制备方法。所述洗衣凝珠内的清洗液包括如下质量百分含量的组分:表面活性剂14%~86%;丙二醇5%~25%;甘油5%~15%;三乙醇胺1%~15%;水1%~10%;氨基硅油0.5%~6%;柠檬酸0~2%;抑菌除螨剂0~3.5%;防腐剂0~0.1%;酶0~1%;香精0~2%。本发明通过加入氨基硅油作为防串色剂,以及采用特定非离子表面活性剂与阴离子表面活性剂的复配,所得洗衣凝珠具有良好的防串色效果和极高去污力。

技术领域
本发明属于日化用品技术领域,具体涉及一种超强去污防串色洗衣凝珠及其制备方法。
背景技术
洗衣凝珠的工作原理与洗衣液和传统的洗衣粉、肥皂类同,有效成分都是表面活性剂。而洗衣凝珠则是专门为机洗设计,产品由一层可溶解的外膜包裹着一定量的洗衣精华,用量少却能发挥出高倍洁净力。由于洗衣凝珠专用于机洗且洁净力强,在洗衣机的使用中往往会将不同颜色深度的衣物进行混合,现有的洗衣凝珠在去除衣物顽固污渍的同时,也会使部分深色衣物的色料脱离衣物游离于水中,使不同颜色衣物之间会相互产色,容易产生串色。
现有防串色的方法主要有两种:一种是采用特殊的吸附材料如色母片迅速吸收游离于水中的彩色因子,以达到防串色的目的。但该方法只能针对轻微褪色的情况产生较好的防串色效果,而对于清洁能力极强的洗衣凝珠效果有限。另一种是加入具有护色固色效果的化学物质,以达到防串色的效果。如专利CN 106350288 A公开了一种防串色型洗衣凝珠,通过选用酰胺类聚合物作为防串色剂,以达到防串色的效果。专利CN 110396457 A公开了一种防串色洗衣凝珠,采用的生物活性酵素含有生物活性酶和植物精华,具有防串色的功能,以及添加的脂肪酶和蛋白酶能够协同生物活性酵素起到护衣护色和防染色的作用。专利CN 111592942 A公开了一种防串色洗衣凝珠,通过加入聚乙烯亚胺和钛白粉,使洗衣凝珠起到保护衣物颜色的作用,改善颜色深度不同的衣物混合清洗时造成的串色现象。
上述现有技术虽然能够达到一定的防串色效果,但去污能力等综合性能仍有进一步改进的空间。
发明内容
针对以上现有技术存在的缺点和不足之处,本发明的首要目的在于提供一种超强去污防串色洗衣凝珠。本发明的洗衣凝珠具有八倍去污力的同时,能够达到良好的防串色效果。
本发明的另一目的在于提供上述超强去污防串色洗衣凝珠的制备方法。

一种超强去污防串色洗衣凝珠,包括水溶膜及其内的清洗液,所述清洗液包括如下质量百分含量的组分:

上述超强去污防串色洗衣凝珠的制备方法,包括如下制备步骤:
(1)将表面活性剂、丙二醇、甘油和水混合后加热搅拌溶解均匀,然后依次加入三乙醇胺、柠檬酸和氨基硅油搅拌溶解均匀;
(2)将步骤(1)的混合液冷却至室温,再依次加入抑菌除螨剂、防腐剂、酶和香精搅拌混合均匀,得到清洗液;
(3)将步骤(2)所得清洗液用水溶膜包裹,得到所述超强去污防串色洗衣凝珠。
进一步地,步骤(1)中所述加热搅拌的温度为60~80℃。
进一步地,步骤(3)中所述水溶膜为聚乙烯醇膜、淀粉膜、明胶膜或聚丙烯酸膜。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明的洗衣凝珠通过加入氨基硅油作为防串色剂,氨基硅油利用其分子上的活性氨基与色素染料分子相结合,达到对色素染料的包覆效果;同时氨基硅油分子主链中聚硅氧烷结构具有疏水疏油的特性,即使在高去污力表面活性剂的作用下,仍能在一定程度上阻止色素染料的洗脱,达到良好的护色固色效果。
(2)本发明的洗衣凝珠采用特定非离子表面活性剂与阴离子表面活性剂的复配,具有极高去污力,可以去除各种顽固污渍,去污力可达标准洗衣液的8倍。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细的描述,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。
实施例1
本实施例的一种超强去污防串色洗衣凝珠,其内部清洗液包括如下质量百分含量的组分:

所述超强去污防串色洗衣凝珠通过如下方法制备得到:
(1)将异构醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸、丙二醇、甘油和水混合后加热至65~70℃搅拌溶解均匀,然后依次加入三乙醇胺、柠檬酸和氨基硅油(平均分子量为9600,氨值为0.5)搅拌溶解均匀。
(2)将步骤(1)的混合液冷却至室温,再依次加入抑菌除螨植物提取液、防腐剂卡松、蛋白酶、脂肪酶和香精搅拌混合均匀,得到清洗液。
(3)将步骤(2)所得清洗液用PVA水溶膜包裹,得到所述超强去污防串色洗衣凝珠。
实施例2
本实施例的一种超强去污防串色洗衣凝珠,其内部清洗液包括如下质量百分含量的组分:

所述超强去污防串色洗衣凝珠通过如下方法制备得到:
(1)将异构醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸、丙二醇、甘油和水混合后加热至65~70℃搅拌溶解均匀,然后依次加入三乙醇胺和氨基硅油(平均分子量为24000,氨值为0.3)搅拌混合均匀。
(2)将步骤(1)的混合液冷却至室温,再依次加入银离子抑菌除螨剂、蛋白酶、脂肪酶和香精搅拌混合均匀,得到清洗液。
(3)将步骤(2)所得清洗液用PVA水溶膜包裹,得到所述超强去污防串色洗衣凝珠。
实施例3
本实施例与实施例2相比,采用平均分子量为5000,氨值为1.0的氨基硅油,其余完全相同。
实施例4
本实施例与实施例2相比,采用平均分子量为80000,氨值为0.2的氨基硅油,其余完全相同。
对比例1
本对比例与实施例2相比,不加入氨基硅油,采用等量水替代,其余完全相同。
对以上实施例及对比例所得洗衣凝珠进行固色效果及去污力测试。其中固色效果参照AATCC61-水洗色牢度的要求,将所得洗衣凝珠与标准洗衣液对比。去污力参照GB/T13174-2008《衣料用洗涤剂去污力及循环洗涤性能的测定》进行测试,将所得洗衣凝珠稀释8倍后与标准洗衣液对比。测试结果如下表1所示。

注:色牢度2.5级表示颜色变化情况相当于变色灰卡的2-3级;3.0级表示颜色变化情况相当于变色灰卡的3级;4.0级表示颜色变化情况相当于变色灰卡的4级;4.5级表示颜色变化情况相当于变色灰卡的4-5级;5级表示可以忽略或者没有沾色。
由表1结果可以看出,本发明通过加入氨基硅油,所得洗衣凝珠进行洗涤的水洗色牢度得到明显提升,说明氨基硅油的加入具有护色固色,防串色的效果。且氨基硅油的分子量及氨值对固色效果具有一定影响,分子量过低或氨值过低均会在一定程度上降低固色效果,这有可能是分子量过低其聚硅氧烷主链疏水疏油性能有限,仍有部分色素分子被洗脱造成串色;氨值过低其对色素染料的吸附包覆效果有限,护色效果有限。且本发明制得的洗衣凝珠具有极高去污力,对炭黑污布、蛋白污布、皮脂污布均有良好的去污效果,去污力可达标准洗衣液的8倍以上。

10.根据权利要求9所述的一种超强去污防串色洗衣凝珠的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中所述加热搅拌的温度为60~80℃;步骤(3)中所述水溶膜为聚乙烯醇膜、淀粉膜、明胶膜或聚丙烯酸膜。
