a double-layer sorting conveying line comprises a lower-layer roller conveying line and an upper-layer roller conveying line which are arranged in a mutually overlapped mode; the lower layer roller conveying line is provided with middle and two side guardrails which divide the lower layer roller conveying line into two channel conveying lines, and the lower layer roller conveying line is provided with a chain transmission power roller; the upper layer roller conveying line is provided with a middle guardrail and two side guardrails, and the middle guardrail and the two side guardrails divide the upper layer roller conveying line into two-channel conveying lines; the upper layer roller conveying line is provided with a multi-wedge belt power roller.
The lower roller conveying line is provided with two lower side plates, and the lower roller conveying line is arranged between the two lower side plates.
The distance between the lower layer conveying rollers is 100 mm.
The lower layer roller conveying line is provided with a lower layer guard plate, and a roller transmission chain is arranged in the lower layer guard plate.
The bottom of the lower roller conveying line is provided with a bottom supporting leg, and the bottom supporting leg is arranged at the bottoms of the two lower side plates.
The middle guardrail of lower floor's roller transfer chain is installed on lower floor's guardrail supporting seat through lower floor's guardrail bracing piece.

A working method of a double-layer sorting conveying line is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the lower layer roller conveying line is characterized in that a lower layer motor drives a driving chain wheel to rotate, power is transmitted to the lower layer roller through chain transmission, and commodities or goods are conveyed on a production line under the driving of the rollers. The lower layer motor can tension the driving chain and the driving chain wheel through a tensioning structure as shown in figure 2, so that effective power transmission is achieved. Meanwhile, the two sides and the middle of the assembly line are provided with guardrails, so that the effects of protecting and guiding commodities or turnover boxes are achieved.
The upper roller conveying line is characterized in that a driving belt wheel is driven by an upper motor to rotate, power is transmitted to the upper roller through belt transmission, and commodities or goods are conveyed on the assembly line under the driving of the rollers. The upper layer motor can tension the driving poly-wedge belt and the driving belt wheel through a tensioning structure as shown in fig. 3, so that effective power transmission is achieved. Meanwhile, the two sides and the middle of the assembly line are provided with guardrails, so that the effects of protecting and guiding commodities or turnover boxes are achieved. The upper conveying line adopts a scheme that a dense sectional motor provides power, can provide independent speed control for each section, and can perform functional operations such as cargo span and the like.

The upper middle guardrail 207 is arranged on the upper guardrail supporting seat 205 through the upper guardrail supporting rod 206, and divides the upper conveying line into two parts to form two conveying channels. Side guardrail brackets 208 are arranged on the upper left side plate 201 and the lower right side plate 202, and guardrail clamping rods 209 are fixed on the side guardrail brackets 208. The lower power structure is shown in figure 2. The driving sprocket 304 is fixedly arranged at the shaft outlet end of the motor and transmits power to the lower roller line through a chain. The lower motor shield 305 wraps the drive sprocket to provide safety protection.
The upper dynamic structure is shown in figure 3. The motor locking device comprises an upper-layer motor mounting plate 401 and an upper-layer motor locking plate 402, wherein an upper-layer motor 403 and the motor locking plate 402 are connected and fixed on the motor mounting plate 401, a long hole is formed in the motor mounting plate, the position of the motor can be adjusted through a tensioning bolt, and a tensioning adjusting effect is achieved. The driving pulley 404 is fixedly installed at the shaft outlet end of the motor and transmits power to the upper roller line through the V-ribbed belt. The upper motor shield 405 wraps the driving pulley to play a role in safety protection.
The working method of the double-layer sorting conveying line is characterized by comprising the following steps:
