through the arrangement of the elastic inclined plate 4, after the cutting equipment finishes the cutting operation of a single gypsum board, the fixing clamp frame 8 and the fixing pressing plate 13 are used for repeatedly cutting off the gypsum board, when the gypsum board is repeatedly added, the cut gypsum board is ejected by the movement of the gypsum board, the gypsum board is ejected to the elastic inclined plate 4 of the receiving groove 3, the elastic inclined plate 4 is inclined downwards by the self weight of the gypsum board through the coil spring 21, the gypsum board slides into the receiving groove 3 by matching with the sliding clamp wheel 22 on the elastic inclined plate 4, the angle of the gypsum board when sliding can be adjusted by the rotation of the elastic inclined plate 4, the gypsum board stably falls onto the discharging pulling plate 2 of the receiving groove 3, the receiving operation of the gypsum board is finished, and meanwhile, a user can push the push-pull rod 5 to drive the elastic inclined plate 4 to move by pushing the push-pull rod 5 according to the size of the gypsum board, the distance between the two groups of elastic inclined plates 4 is adjusted, so that the adjusted elastic inclined plates 4 can be suitable for gypsum boards of different sizes, the gypsum board cutting equipment has an auxiliary material receiving structure, and the using effect of the gypsum board cutting equipment is improved;
through setting up push-and-pull lagging 11, when the user utilizes this cutting equipment to carry out the processing operation to the gypsum board, the user can be according to the gypsum board size, utilize removal spout 10 pulling push-and-pull lagging 11 of defeated material push pedal 9 upper end, adjust push-and-pull lagging 11 and the distance between defeated material push pedal 9, place the gypsum board on push-and-pull lagging 11 and the upper portion of defeated material push pedal 9, through the position control to push-and-pull lagging 11, place the gypsum board of equidimension not on defeated material push pedal 9, can be so that fixing clip frame 8 and fixing clip 13 can be suitable for not unidimensional gypsum board, promote its result of use.

firstly, pulling a push-pull sleeve plate (11) by utilizing a moving chute (10) at the upper end of a material conveying push plate (9), adjusting the distance between the push-pull sleeve plate (11) and the material conveying push plate (9), placing a gypsum board on the upper parts of the push-pull sleeve plate (11) and the material conveying push plate (9), pushing the push-pull sleeve plate (11), moving one end of the gypsum board into the inner side of a fixed clamp frame (8), and enabling part of the gypsum board to pass through the fixed clamp frame (8);
rotating the threaded rotating rod (14) to enable the threaded rotating rod (14) to be matched with the rotary clamping ring (15), driving the fixed pressing plate (13) to move downwards by using the rotary sleeve rod (17), enabling the rubber base plate (12) of the fixed pressing plate (13) to be tightly pressed on the upper portion of the gypsum board, enabling the gypsum board to be fixed on the material conveying push plate (9), enabling the gypsum board penetrating through the fixed clamping frame (8) to move into the inner side of the fixed knife rest (6) by pushing the material conveying push plate (9) to move, driving the hydraulic cutting plate (7) by using the hydraulic rod, enabling the hydraulic cutting plate (7) to drive a cutter to move downwards, and finishing the cutting operation of the gypsum board;
thirdly, when the hydraulic cutting plate (7) repeatedly cuts off the gypsum board, the cut gypsum board is pushed into an elastic inclined plate (4) of the receiving groove (3) by the movement of a material conveying push plate (9), the elastic inclined plate (4) is inclined downwards by the weight of the gypsum board through a coil spring (21), and the gypsum board slides into the receiving groove (3) by matching with a sliding clamping wheel (22) on the elastic inclined plate (4);
the gypsum board cutting equipment comprises a machine body shell (1), a fixing knife rest (6) and a material conveying push plate (9), wherein the fixing knife rest (6) is fixedly installed on the outer surface of the upper end of the machine body shell (1), the material conveying push plate (9) is movably installed on one side, close to the fixing knife rest (6), of the outer surface of the upper end of the machine body shell (1), a fixing clamp frame (8) is fixedly installed on the outer surface of the upper end of the material conveying push plate (9), a push-pull sleeve plate (11) is movably installed on one side, close to the fixing clamp frame (8), of the outer surface of the upper end of the material conveying push plate (9), the material conveying push plate (9) and the push-pull sleeve plate (11) are movably connected through a moving chute (10), a fixing pressing plate (13) is movably installed at the middle position of the inner side of the fixing clamp frame (8), and a rubber base plate (12) is fixedly installed on the outer surface of the lower end of the fixing pressing plate (13), the outer surface of the upper end of the machine body shell (1) is provided with a material receiving groove (3) at the other side close to the fixed tool rest (6), the outer surfaces of two sides of the material receiving groove (3) are respectively and movably provided with an elastic inclined plate (4), the outer surface of one end of the elastic inclined plate (4) is fixedly provided with a push-pull rod (5), and the inner side of the upper end of the fixed clamping frame (8) is movably sleeved with two groups of threaded rotating rods (14);
