Abstract
The invention discloses a shale oil-reservoir drilling cylinder sleeve sealing ring which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 90-120 parts of hydrogenated butyronitrile, 1-3 parts of zinc oxide, 0.5-1.5 parts of magnesium oxide, 0.8-1.5 parts of stearic acid, 35-50 parts of carbon black, 15-25 parts of magnesium methacrylate, 1-2 parts of an anti-aging agent I, 0.2-1 part of an anti-aging agent II, 2-5 parts of an accelerator and 8-15 parts of a vulcanizing agent. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the shale oil-reservoir drilling cylinder sleeve sealing ring, which comprises the following steps: mixing, remilling, molding, primary vulcanization, secondary vulcanization, cutting, trimming, inspecting and packaging. The shale oil-ore drilling cylinder sleeve sealing ring prepared by the preparation method can solve the problems of poor mechanical property and short service life of the sealing ring prepared by the conventional hydrogenated nitrile-butadiene rubber.
