the limiting strip 60 comprises a fixed end 61 and a limiting end 62, a second fixing hole 611 is formed in the fixed end 61, and a second fastening piece 70 penetrates through the first through hole 17 and is fixedly connected with the second fixing hole 611;
the limiting end 62 of the limiting strip 60 is located on one side of the clamping piece 20 close to the axis of the fixing sleeve (10a, 10b), and when the adjusting piece 30 is screwed forward relative to the clamping piece 20 to reduce the clamping space (S), the clamping piece 20 is abutted against the limiting end 62.
In this embodiment, the base 142 may also locally reinforce the strength of the side wall of the fixing sleeve (10a, 10b), and by forming the first through hole 17 on the base 142, the strength of the fixing sleeve (10a, 10b) is prevented from being weakened while the connection of the limiting strip 60 is facilitated. The clamping member 20 is circumferentially limited by the limiting strip 60, so that the installation operation under the table top of the bathroom facility can be further reduced, and the adjustment of the size of the clamping space (S) can be realized only by rotating the adjusting member 30 above the table top.
Further, the inner diameter of the first inner peripheral surface 12 is smaller than the inner diameter of the second inner peripheral surface 13, and an inner shoulder 18 is formed at the junction of the first inner peripheral surface 12 and the second inner peripheral surface 13.
In the embodiment, the inner shoulders 18 are formed on the inner peripheral surfaces of the fixing sleeves (10a, 10b), so that the torsion resistance of the fixing sleeves is increased by increasing the step surfaces; in addition, the arrangement of the inner shoulder 18 also facilitates the processing of the inner gear 15.
Further, the internal insertion tooth 15 is offset from the edge of the first inner peripheral surface 12 near the first clamping surface 11 in the axial direction of the fixed sleeve (10a, 10b), with a gap formed between the internal insertion tooth 15 and the base 142.
In this embodiment, a gap is formed between the inner insert tooth 15 and the base 142 to ensure the machining of the inner insert tooth 15, and on the other hand, when the inner insert tooth 411 is assembled with the adapter sleeve 40, the edge of the outer insert tooth 411 close to the clamping piece 20 can exceed the inner insert tooth 15, so as to ensure a more sufficient insertion fit.
Further, referring to fig. 1 to 3 and 5 to 9, in an embodiment, the clamping member 20 extends in a circular arc shape and includes a proximal end 23 and a distal end 24;
the concave side of the clamping member 20 is provided with a convex part 25 adjacent to the proximal end 23, and a first guide groove 26 and a second guide groove 27 which are positioned at two sides of the convex part 25, and the width of the first guide groove 26 is smaller than that of the second guide groove 27;
a first guide slot 26 is located between the proximal end 23 and the boss 25, and a second guide slot 27 is located between the boss 25 and the distal end 24 and is disposed adjacent to the boss 25; the adjusting hole is arranged adjacent to the first guide groove 26 and the convex part 25;
when the adjusting member 30 is screwed forward relative to the clamping member 20 to reduce the clamping space (S), the first guide groove 26 is engaged with the limiting end 62 of the limiting strip 60 and is slidably fitted along the axis of the fixing sleeve (10a, 10 b); when the adjusting member 30 is screwed reversely to the holding member 20 to expand the holding space (S), the second guide groove 27 is engaged with the stopper end 62 of the stopper bar 60 and slidably fits the axis of the fixing sleeve (10a, 10 b).
In this embodiment, since the clamping member 20 is integrally arc-shaped, when the clamping space (S) is adjusted to a suitable size, the faucet mounting tool is tilted integrally, so that the distal end 24 of the clamping member 20 passes through the mounting hole 100, then the faucet mounting tool is rotated integrally, so that the clamping member 20 is gradually placed below the table top, then the adjusting member 30 and the limiting strip 60 integrally pass through the mounting hole 100, and finally the adjusting member 30 is operated to reduce the size of the clamping space (S) to clamp the faucet mounting tool. Thus, the related mounting operation can be completed completely above the table top, thereby reducing the mounting difficulty.
In order to ensure the strength of the clamping member 20 and/or to reduce the space occupation while providing the second adjustment hole 22, the concave side of the clamping member 20 is provided with a convex portion 25, and the second adjustment hole 22 is provided adjacent to the convex portion 25. Further, in order to adjust the size of the clamping space (S) more quickly, as shown in fig. 7, the first guide groove 26 is located substantially between the radial lines R1 and R2, and on the lower right side of the tangent line L1; the second guide groove 27 is located substantially radially between the lines R2 and R3 and on the lower right side of the tangent line L1. When the clamping space (S) needs to be reduced, the first guide groove 26 of the clamping piece 20 is buckled with the limit strip 60 and slides towards the direction close to the first clamping surface 11; when the clamping space (S) needs to be enlarged, the clamping member 20 swings to be fastened with the limiting strip 60 or the water inlet pipe, so that the clamping member can slide in the direction away from the first clamping surface 11 quickly.
Further, the first clamping surface 11 is provided with an annular groove 19 between the inner peripheral surface and the outer peripheral surface of the fixing sleeve (10a, 10b), and the annular groove 19 is used for installing an elastic sealing ring;
the clamping member 20 comprises a rigid body 28 and a flexible outer cover 29, the second adjusting hole 22 is formed in the body 28, the outer cover 29 covers one surface of the body 28 close to the fixing sleeves (10a, 10b), the concave side surface and the convex side surface of the body 28, the outer cover 29 is provided with a second through hole 291 corresponding to the adjusting hole, and the concave side portion of the outer cover 29 is provided with a clearance opening 292 corresponding to the convex portion 25, the first guide groove 26 and the second guide groove 27.
In this embodiment, by providing the annular groove 19, after the elastic sealing ring is installed in the annular groove 19, the sealing performance between the first clamping surface 11 and the table top provided with the installation hole 100 can be increased. In addition, the elastic deformation provided by the sealing ring and the outer cover 29 can compensate the clearance generated by loosening, so that the installation tool of the water faucet is more stably fixed. The outer cover 29 is provided with the clearance gap, so that the contact between the outer cover 29 and the limiting strip 60 can be reduced, and friction force is reduced in the sliding process of the clamping member 20 along the limiting member, so that the clamping member 20 can slide more smoothly.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solutions of the present application, and not to limit the same; although the present application has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; such modifications and substitutions do not necessarily depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application.
Claims (10)
1. A fixing component of a faucet is characterized by comprising a fixing sleeve, a clamping piece, an adjusting piece and a matching sleeve, wherein,
the fixing sleeve is arranged opposite to the clamping piece, and the fixing sleeve is provided with a first clamping surface facing the clamping piece; the inner circumferential surface of the fixed sleeve comprises a first inner circumferential surface which is far away from the first clamping surface in the axial direction and a second inner circumferential surface which is close to the first clamping surface;
the first inner peripheral surface is provided with a boss structure, and a first adjusting hole is formed in the boss structure; the second inner circumferential surface is provided with a circle of internal inserted teeth, and the first adjusting hole and the internal inserted teeth extend along the axial direction of the fixed sleeve;
the clamping piece is provided with a second clamping surface facing the fixing sleeve, and a clamping space is formed between the second clamping surface and the first clamping surface; the clamping piece is provided with a second adjusting hole with internal threads;
the adjusting piece is provided with a head part and a screw rod part, and the head part is abutted against one surface of the boss structure, which is far away from the clamping piece; the screw rod part penetrates through the first adjusting hole and is in threaded connection with the second adjusting hole so as to adjust the size of the clamping space;
the adaptive sleeve comprises an embedded end and an external connecting end which are axially connected with each other, the embedded end is detachably fixed in an inner cavity of the fixed sleeve, and the peripheral surface of the embedded end is provided with a circle of external inserting teeth meshed with the internal inserting teeth; at least a portion of the adjuster head is located between the inset end and the boss structure; the external connecting end protrudes out of the fixed sleeve and is provided with a threaded connecting structure.
2. The faucet mounting assembly according to claim 1, wherein a first mounting hole is formed in an outer circumferential surface of the mounting sleeve at a position corresponding to the insert end, the first mounting hole penetrating an inner circumferential surface of the mounting sleeve; the fixing assembly of the water faucet further comprises a first fastener, the first fastener is fixedly connected with the first fixing hole, and the inner end of the first fastener is fixedly abutted to the outer peripheral surface of the matching body.
3. The faucet mount assembly of claim 2, wherein the mating male end and female end have inner surfaces flush with the inner surface of the male end and outer surfaces radially protruding from the outer surface of the female end.
4. The faucet mount assembly according to claim 2, wherein the outer peripheral surface of the pouch includes first and second parallel and opposing sides and third and fourth parallel and opposing sides, the first side being perpendicular to the third side; the first fixing hole is a screw hole and is formed in the first side face, and the axial direction of the first fixing hole is perpendicular to the first side face.

The faucet mounting assembly of claim 1, wherein the boss structure includes a base portion and a lug, the base portion is disposed protruding from an inner peripheral surface of the pouch, a receiving groove is formed at a junction of the base portion and the pouch, the receiving groove has a groove wall surface extending in an axial direction of the pouch, the lug extends from the groove wall surface toward an axis of the pouch, and the first adjustment hole is formed in the lug.
6. The faucet mount assembly according to claim 5, wherein said base portion projects relatively from said lug in a circumferential direction of said harness; the outer peripheral surface of the fixing sleeve is provided with a first through hole corresponding to the part of the base part protruding out of the lug, and the first through hole extends into the base part and penetrates through the base part;
the fixing component of the water faucet further comprises a limiting strip and a second fastener, and the limiting strip and the adjusting piece both extend along the axial direction of the fixing sleeve;
the limiting strip comprises a fixed end and a limiting end, a second fixed hole is formed in the fixed end, and the second fastening piece penetrates through the first through hole and is fixedly connected with the second fixed hole;
the limiting end of the limiting strip is located on one side, close to the axis of the fixed sleeve, of the clamping piece, and when the adjusting piece is screwed forward relative to the clamping piece to reduce the clamping space, the clamping piece is abutted to the limiting end.
7. The faucet mount assembly of claim 5 or 6, wherein the first inner circumferential surface has an inner diameter smaller than an inner diameter of the second inner circumferential surface to form an inner shoulder at a junction of the first inner circumferential surface and the second inner circumferential surface.
8. The faucet mount assembly according to claim 7, wherein the female gear is offset from an edge of the first inner circumferential surface adjacent to the first clamping surface in an axial direction of the harness, the female gear forming a gap with the base.
9. The faucet mount assembly according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the clip extends arcuately and includes a proximal end and a distal end;
a convex part, a first guide groove and a second guide groove are arranged on the concave side of the clamping piece, close to the near end, and are positioned on the two sides of the convex part, and the width of the first guide groove is smaller than that of the second guide groove;
the first guide slot is located between the proximal end and the boss, and the second guide slot is located between the boss and the distal end and is disposed adjacent to the boss; the adjusting hole is arranged adjacent to the first guide groove and the convex part;
when the adjusting piece is screwed forward relative to the clamping piece to reduce the clamping space, the first guide groove is buckled with the limiting end of the limiting strip and can be in sliding fit along the axis of the fixing sleeve; when the adjusting piece is screwed reversely relative to the clamping piece to expand the clamping space, the second guide groove is buckled with the limiting end of the limiting strip and is in slidable fit with the axis of the fixing sleeve.
10. The faucet mount assembly of claim 9,
the first clamping surface is provided with an annular groove between the inner circumferential surface and the outer circumferential surface of the fixed sleeve, and the annular groove is used for mounting an elastic sealing ring;
