the buffer layer comprises a first protective layer (4) and a second protective layer (5), wherein the first protective layer (4) and the second protective layer (5) are respectively arranged on the upper surface of a first buffer layer (2) and the lower surface of a second buffer layer (3).

A lightweight stab and ballistic resistant fabric sheet according to claim 1, wherein: the main body layer (1) is composed of ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene fibers, aramid fibers, carbon fibers and PBO fibers, wherein the proportion of the ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene fibers, the aramid fibers, the carbon fibers and the PBO fibers is 5:3:1: 1.

A lightweight stab and ballistic resistant fabric sheet according to claim 1, wherein: the inside material and the structure of first buffer layer (2) and second buffer layer (3) are the same, and the inside of first buffer layer (2) and second buffer layer (3) all is provided with buffering ball (201), and wherein, the surface of buffering ball (201) is provided with poroid structure to buffering ball (201) is in the inside random distribution of first buffer layer (2) and second buffer layer (3), and the material of buffering ball (201) is plastic foam moreover.

A lightweight stab and ballistic resistant fabric sheet according to claim 1, wherein: the first protective layer (4) and the second protective layer (5) are made of the same material and have the same structure, and the first protective layer (4) and the second protective layer (5) are located on the outermost side of the bulletproof cloth piece.
5. A preparation method of a light stab-resistant bulletproof cloth sheet is characterized by comprising the following steps: the preparation method of the light stab-resistant and bulletproof cloth sheet comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fibers, the aramid fibers, the carbon fibers and the PBO fibers with the thermoplastic resin, treating the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fibers, the aramid fibers, the carbon fibers and the PBO fibers with the thermoplastic resin at high temperature and high pressure for a period of time, taking out, flattening and cooling to prepare single-layer gauze for later use;
step two: adding the nano-scale dispersed particles into a dispersion medium, uniformly mixing, and stirring at a high speed;
step three: taking out the solution in the step two, mixing the solution with ethanol to prepare diluted shear thickening liquid to prepare solution, and putting the prepared solution into a vacuum drying oven;
step four: uniformly mixing the single-layer gauze prepared in the step one with the plastic foam with the surface provided with the porous structure, and treating for a period of time in a dipping mode;
step five: performing plastic package molding on the mixed solution processed in the fourth step to obtain a first buffer layer (2) and a second buffer layer (3);
step six: spraying liquid adhesive on the single-layer gauze prepared in the step one, paving a first buffer layer (2) and a second buffer layer (3) on the upper surface and the lower surface of the single-layer gauze, spraying the liquid adhesive on the surface of the first buffer layer (2) and the surface of the second buffer layer (3), respectively paving a first protective layer (4) and a second protective layer (5) on the upper surface of the first buffer layer (2) and the lower surface of the second buffer layer (3), and performing one-time hot press molding by using a hot roller or a hot flat plate to manufacture the stab-resistant and spring-proof sheet.

The method for preparing the light stab and ballistic resistant cloth piece according to claim 5, wherein: in the first step, the assistant environment of the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber, the aramid fiber, the carbon fiber, the PBO fiber and the thermoplastic resin is as follows: the temperature is controlled to be 100-150 ℃, the hot pressing pressure is controlled to be 2-150 MPa, and the processing time is about 2-15 minutes;
the thickness of the single-layer gauze prepared in the step one is more than 0.01 mm.
7. The method for preparing the light stab and ballistic resistant cloth piece according to claim 5, wherein: the mass ratio of the nanoscale dispersed particles to the dispersion medium in the second step is 1: 1.5-1: 5, the temperature of the vacuum drying oven in the third step is controlled to be 20-60 ℃, and the drying time is 2-7 hours.
