This embodiment can filter the smog that the moxa-moxibustion produced, does benefit to the air quality that improves the moxa-moxibustion in-process, avoids influencing user experience. Specifically, in the implementation process of this embodiment, the fan 10 rotates, so that a negative pressure is generated at the second air outlet of the housing 3, the smoke near the moxa bin 4 can enter the filtering device for filtering, and the filtered air is then guided out to the atmosphere through the second air outlet of the housing 3 under the action of the fan 10. In this process, because filter equipment's setting, can improve the second venthole exhaust gas's of casing 3 air quality, the smog of avoiding the moxa-moxibustion to produce causes atmospheric pollution, possesses popularization and application and worth.
In this embodiment, cervical vertebra appearance still includes flue gas derivation interface 13, flue gas derivation interface 13 sets up with the second venthole intercommunication of casing 3. In this embodiment, the control module 14 and the fan 10 can also realize temperature control at different temperature levels, for example, three-level temperature control of 40 ℃, 50 ℃ and 60 ℃.
In this embodiment, the control module 14 may be implemented by, but not limited to, a single chip microcomputer of the model STM32F103RCT6, and the STM32F103C8T6 is an ST (semiconductor by law) push-out kernel STM32F4 series high performance micro control module 14, which employs a 90 nm NVM process and an ART (adaptive real-time memory accelerator), where the ART technology enables zero-wait execution of a program, improves the efficiency of program execution, and brings the performance of cortex-M4 into full play, so that the STM32F4 series can reach 210DMIPS @168 MHz. Meanwhile, the STM32F4 series micro control module 14 integrates a single-cycle DSP instruction and an FPU (floating point unit), which improves the computation capability and can perform some complex computations and controls.
It should be understood that a negative ion generator can be arranged in the shell 3 of the cervical vertebra instrument; the ionizer is also electrically connected to the control module 14. It should be noted that the anion generator can be driven by the control module 14 to perform an electric shock action on the air in the housing 3, atoms can be decomposed into positive ions and negative ions by the current in the anion generator, and due to the instability of the negative ions, the atoms are easily combined with the smoke in the housing 3 or outside the cervical spine apparatus, so that pollutants such as the smoke are condensed into large particles and are deposited in the housing 3 or on the ground of the moxibustion chamber, and the smoke purification action is further improved.
In this embodiment, the cervical spine monitor further includes a bluetooth module 17 and a power amplifier module 18, and the bluetooth module 17 and the power amplifier module 18 are both electrically connected to the control module 14. It should be noted that, the user can make the user terminal such as a mobile phone wirelessly connect with the control module 14 based on the bluetooth module 17 to control the power amplification module 18 to play music, or adjust the rotating speed of the fan 10, which is favorable for further improving the user experience of the moxibustion process.
In this embodiment, the cervical spine apparatus further comprises a human-computer interaction module 19, the human-computer interaction module 19 is disposed on the housing 3, and the human-computer interaction module 19 is electrically connected with the control module 14. It should be noted that the human-computer interaction module 19 includes a display screen capable of displaying data such as the rotation speed of the fan 10, the operation duration of the fan 10, and the like, so as to facilitate a user to know the operation state of the cervical vertebra apparatus, in addition, the human-computer interaction module 19 further includes a control key, and the user can manually operate the rotation speed of the fan 10, the turn-on time of the fan 10, the on-off of the cervical vertebra apparatus, and the like through the control key; of course, the human-computer interaction module 19 may only include a touch screen for status indication and touch operation, and is not limited herein.
In this embodiment, components such as control module 14, temperature sensor 15 and bluetooth module 17 set up on PCB board 23, and PCB board 23 is located casing 3.
It should be understood that a power module 24 and a status indication module 25 are also configured in the cervical spine instrument, the power module 24 is used for providing electric energy support for the fan 10, the control module 14, the anion generator, the temperature sensor 15, the bluetooth module 17, the buzzer 16, the power amplifier module 18, the human-computer interaction module 19 and other components, and the cervical spine instrument is further provided with a power interface in cooperation with the power module 24; the status indication module 25 is used for performing on/off indication, operation indication of the fan 10, and the like. In this embodiment, the fan 10, the control module 14, the anion generator, the temperature sensor 15, the bluetooth module 17, the buzzer 16, the power amplifier module 18, the human-computer interaction module 19, the status indication module 25, the power supply module 24, and the power supply interface are all electrically connected, and the connection modes are common knowledge of those skilled in the art, and are not described herein again.
In this embodiment, a schematic circuit diagram of the main control module is shown in fig. 9; the fan 10 is electrically connected with the main control module through a fan interface, and a circuit schematic diagram of the fan interface is shown in fig. 10; the schematic circuit diagram of the buzzer is shown in fig. 11; the circuit schematic diagram of the bluetooth module is shown in fig. 12; the circuit schematic diagram of the power amplifier module is shown in fig. 13; the circuit schematic diagram of the man-machine interaction module is shown in fig. 14; the circuit schematic of the status indication module is shown in FIG. 15; the power supply module supplies power through the power interface, and a schematic circuit diagram of the power supply module and the power interface is shown in fig. 16.
In this embodiment, the cervical spine apparatus further comprises a sealing cover 20; the sealing cover 20 is a flexible sealing cover, and the sealing cover 20 is sleeved on the protective net 5; the protective net 5 is arc-shaped. It should be noted that, the sealing cover 20 can be realized by adopting flexible sealing covers such as a silica gel cover and a rubber cover, and the arrangement of the sealing cover 20 can reduce the dissipation of heat and enhance the effect of moxibustion physiotherapy when smoke generated by moxa column combustion is guided to the skin of the cervical vertebra of a user, and meanwhile, the comfort level of the user can be improved by adopting the flexible sealing cover.
In this embodiment, the casing 3 is provided with a cover plate 21, the cover plate 21 is arranged opposite to the placement opening of the moxa bin 4, and the cover plate 21 is connected with the casing 3 in a buckling manner. It should be noted that, the moxa bin 4 sets up in casing 3, and the user only needs to open apron 21 when needing to use the cervical vertebra appearance to carry out the moxa-moxibustion, then with the moxa cone of burning put in the moxa bin 4 can, the change of moxa cone is convenient for realize in the setting of apron 21.
In order to improve the versatility of the present embodiment, in the present embodiment, two moxa bins 4 are provided, the two moxa bins 4 are respectively provided at the upper portion and the lower portion of the housing 3, the two cover plates 21 are provided in cooperation with the two moxa bins 4, the two cover plates 21 are respectively located at the top end and the bottom end of the housing 3, and in the using process, a user can place moxa sticks in different moxa bins 4 according to different moxibustion positions.
