Technical Field

Background
After the esophageal submucosal dissection, the esophageal stenosis is easily caused due to the continuous inflammatory reaction of the wound surface and the contraction and deformation of the wound surface in the scar forming process.
At present, the method for preventing and treating esophageal stenosis formed after esophageal submucosal dissection is to place an expansion airbag under an endoscope to shape the esophagus, but the expansion airbag can only be used for temporary shaping, and can also influence administration of inflammatory reaction on a wound surface part and wound surface healing.

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide the esophagus support device which can be used for not only feeding medicine to a wound surface part, but also shaping the esophagus.

The esophagus stent device with drug loading and shaping functions provided by the invention can utilize the elasticity of the shaping stent to keep enough radial supporting force to prevent excessive contraction in the healing process of the esophageal wound surface, and can also utilize the drug bag to fill drugs, so that the drugs are slowly released to the wound surface part through the drug slow release micropores on the outer ring surface of the drug bag, the healing of the wound surface is promoted, the drug can be administered to the wound surface part, and meanwhile, the esophagus can be shaped.

The first embodiment of the invention is used for esophagus administration and shaping after esophageal submucosal dissection, when in use, the medicine bag 1 is filled with medicine in the bag cavity and then the medicine filling opening 3 is sealed by the plug, the shaping support 2 is folded inwards in a radial direction into a bundle and is bound by the binding wire and then is placed in the inner ring of the medicine bag 1, then the medicine bag 1 and the shaping support 2 are placed in the esophagus of a patient under an endoscope, then the binding wire binding the shaping support 2 is untied, the shaping support 2 can expand in a radial direction under the self elastic action and pushes against the inner ring surface of the medicine bag 1, so that the medicine bag 1 is also unfolded in a radial direction, the outer ring surface of the medicine bag 1 is tightly propped against the pipe wall of the esophagus, the esophagus is shaped, and meanwhile, the medicine in the medicine bag 1 can be slowly released from each medicine slow release micropore 4 on the outer ring surface, thereby realizing the administration of a wound surface part.
As shown in fig. 3, the second embodiment of the present invention also includes a shaping stent 22 and a medicine bag 21, and the shaping stent and the medicine bag in the second embodiment have the same structure as those in the first embodiment.
The second embodiment of the present invention differs from the first embodiment in that: the second embodiment further comprises a soft delivery tube 25, and the lower nozzle of the delivery tube 25 is butted with the medicine loading opening of the medicine bag 21.
The second embodiment of the invention is used in a similar manner to the first embodiment, except that: the second embodiment can fill the medicine bag with medicine from the outside through the delivery pipe 25 after the medicine bag and the shaping support are placed in the esophagus of a patient, and can also supplement the medicine into the medicine bag through the delivery pipe 25, so the time for the medicine feeding and shaping of the second embodiment can be longer than that of the first embodiment.
