A wristwatch according to an embodiment of the present application is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 12.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, according to some embodiments of the present application, there is provided a watch including:
a watch face 1, a watch band 2, a hinge rod assembly 3 and a fastener 4.
Both ends of the watch band 2 are connected to the watch face 1 through the hinge rod assemblies 3, and the hinge rod assemblies 3 can be switched between a stretching state and a contracting state so as to adjust the overall length of the watch band 2 and the hinge rod assemblies 3.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the hinge rod assembly 3 includes a first hinge rod 311 and a second hinge rod 312 hinged to each other, and the first hinge rod 311 and the second hinge rod 312 can rotate relatively; the fastener 4 is used to fix the relative positions of the first hinge rod 311 and the second hinge rod 312, so that the length of the hinge rod assembly 3 can be fixed at any position, that is, the entire length of the watchband 2 and the hinge rod assembly 3 can be fixed at any position. And when the user pulled watchband 2, the frictional force that the butt effect of above-mentioned fastener 4 produced can be overcome to user's pulling force, and then will hinge subassembly 3 is pulled open, and the user of being convenient for will on the arm is worn to the wrist-watch, improved the convenience that the wrist-watch was worn.
Specifically, the hinge rod assembly 3 includes at least one set of hinge rods 31, the hinge rods 31 include first and second hinge rods 311 and 312 hinged to each other, the first and second hinge rods 311 and 312 may be formed in a shape similar to an X, and in the case where the hinge rod assembly 3 includes a plurality of sets of hinge rods 31, the plurality of sets of hinge rods 31 may be sequentially connected in series to increase the degree of extension and contraction of the hinge rod assembly 3. In addition, the watch may be a conventional mechanical or electronic watch, or may be a smart watch.
The wrist-watch that this application embodiment provided passes through hinge assembly 3 will watchband 2 with dial plate 1 is connected, when first hinge 311 and second hinge 312 rotate relatively, can adjust in a flexible way the length of hinge assembly 3, moreover fastener 4 can make the length of hinge assembly 3 can be fixed in optional position. So that the hinge assembly 3 and the watchband 2 of the watch can be continuously extended, and the wearing requirements of different user arms can be met. And the problem that the watchband of traditional wrist-watch is different in length when wearing has been avoided, has improved the outward appearance uniformity of wrist-watch, can convenience of customers through the convenient taking of one hand take and wear the wrist-watch.
Optionally, the watch further comprises a connector 5, and the end of the first hinge rod 311 is connected with the end of the second hinge rod 312 through the connector 5.
In particular, in the case where the hinge rod assembly 3 includes a plurality of sets of the first hinge rod 311 and the second hinge rod 312, the plurality of sets of the first hinge rod 311 and the second hinge rod 312 may be sequentially connected in series therebetween to increase the degree of extension and contraction of the hinge rod assembly 3. And the connector 5 is provided to ensure stability when the adjacent first hinge rod 311 and second hinge rod 312 are switched between the extended state and the contracted state. For example, in fig. 5, the hinge rod assembly 3 includes three sets of the first hinge rod 311 and the second hinge rod 312, and the three sets of the first hinge rod 311 and the second hinge rod 312 are sequentially connected in series through the connector 5. Specifically, the left end of the first hinge rod 311 is connected to the left end of the adjacent second hinge rod 312 through the connector 5, and the right end of the first hinge rod 311 is connected to the right end of the adjacent second hinge rod 312 through the connector 5.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 6, the fastening member 4 includes a first magnetic member 41, a second magnetic member 42 and a hinge shaft 32, the first magnetic member 41 is fixed on the hinge shaft 32, the second magnetic member 42 is movably disposed on the hinge shaft 32, and the hinge shaft 32 passes through the first hinge rod 311 and the second hinge rod 312;
the second magnetic member 42 is abutted against the first hinge rod 311 or the second hinge rod 312 by the first magnetic member 41.
Specifically, when the user pulls the watch band 2, the first hinge rod 311 and the second hinge rod 312 can rotate relative to the hinge shaft 32, thereby adjusting the length of the hinge rod assembly 3 and the watch band 2. When the wristwatch is worn, the strap 2 has no driving force for pulling by a user, and the first hinge rod 311 and the second hinge rod 312 rotate freely relative to the hinge shaft 32, so that the wearing stability of the wristwatch in use cannot be ensured. The second magnetic member 42 and the first magnetic member 41 generate a mutual electromagnetic force, which may be an attractive force or a repulsive force, and the second magnetic member 42 is abutted against the first hinge rod 311 or the second hinge rod 312 under the electromagnetic action of the first magnetic member 41, so that the first hinge rod 311 and the second hinge rod 312 can be kept stationary relative to the hinge shaft 32, thereby ensuring the overall length of the hinge rod assembly 3 and the watch band 2, that is, providing a proper length of the watch band for wearing by a user, and improving the wearing comfort of the user.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 11 and 12, the first magnetic member 41 is fixed to one end of the hinge shaft 32, and the second magnetic member 42 is disposed between the first magnetic member 41 and the hinge assembly 3;
the first magnetic member 41 and the second magnetic member 42 repel each other.
Specifically, in the case where the first magnetic member 41 and the second magnetic member 42 repel each other, that is, the polarity of the side of the first magnetic member 41 close to the second magnetic member 42 is the same as the polarity of the side of the second magnetic member 42 close to the first magnetic member 41. Because the first magnetic element 41 is fixed at one end of the hinge shaft 32, and the other end of the hinge shaft 32 may have a shaft cap, so that the second magnetic element 42 and the hinge rod assembly 3 are clamped between the first magnetic element 41 and the shaft cap, and the second magnetic element 42 may press the first hinge rod 311 and the second hinge rod 312 under the magnetic repulsion of the first magnetic element 41, thereby preventing the first hinge rod 311 and the second hinge rod 312 from rotating relative to the hinge shaft 32, and ensuring that the length of the hinge rod assembly 3 and the watchband 2 can be fixed at any position. When the user pulls the strap 2 with his hand, the force applied to the strap 2 by the user is transmitted to the hinge assembly 3, and when the force exceeds the urging force of the second magnetic member 42 against the hinge assembly 3, the first hinge 311 and the second hinge 312 of the hinge assembly 3 can be rotated with respect to the hinge shaft 32, enabling continuous adjustment of the overall length of the hinge assembly 3 and the strap 2.
In another specific embodiment, the first magnetic member 41 is fixed to one end of the hinge shaft 32, and the second magnetic member 42 is disposed on a side of the hinge rod assembly 3 away from the first magnetic member 41; that is, the hinge rod assembly 3 is interposed between the first magnetic member 41 and the second magnetic member 42. The first magnetic member 41 and the second magnetic member 42 attract each other, and the magnetic attraction between the first magnetic member 41 and the second magnetic member 42 can make the second magnetic member 42 tightly push the hinge rod assembly 3, so that the first hinge rod 311 and the second hinge rod 312 are prevented from rotating relative to the hinge shaft 32, and the hinge rod assembly 3 and the watchband 2 can be fixed at any position along their length.
Alternatively, the fastening element 4 may be an elastic element.
Specifically, the elastic member may be a spring, elastic plastic or elastic rubber, and the elastic member may be interposed between the first hinge rod 311 and the second hinge rod 312; alternatively, both ends of the hinge shaft 32 may have shaft caps, and the elastic member may be interposed between one of the shaft caps and the hinge rod 31.
When the watch is worn or idle, the elastic element is in a compressed state and abuts against the first hinge rod 311 and/or the second hinge rod 312, so that the length of the hinge rod assembly 3 can be fixed at any position; when the watch needs to be worn or taken down, a user can pull the watchband 2, the pulling force of the user can overcome the friction force generated by the abutting action of the elastic piece, and then the hinge rod assembly 3 is pulled open, so that the watch can be worn on an arm or taken down by the user conveniently.
In addition, the elastic member may be a torsion spring, which is interposed between the first hinge rod 311 and the second hinge rod 312, and both ends of the torsion spring are connected to the first hinge rod 311 and the second hinge rod 312, respectively. When the watch is in a wearing state or is idle, the torsion spring is in a compressed state and abuts against the first hinge rod 311 and/or the second hinge rod 312, so that the length of the hinge rod assembly 3 can be fixed at any position; when the watch needs to be worn or taken down, the user can pull the watchband 2, the pulling force of the user can overcome the friction force generated by the abutting action of the torsion spring, and then the hinge rod assembly 3 is pulled out, namely the first hinge rod 311 and the second hinge rod 312 are pulled out, the hinge rod assembly 3 is in a stretching state, so that the user can wear the watch on an arm or take down the watch, and the torsion spring is distorted and deformed. More importantly, after the watch is worn or taken off, the elastic force generated by the torsional deformation of the torsion spring can drive the first hinge rod 311 and the second hinge rod 312 to rotate towards the direction of the initial state, and the hinge rod assembly 3 is in the contraction state, so that the hinge rod assembly 3 is prevented from being pulled more and more.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 7 and 8, two first spherical grooves 51 are formed in the connector 5, the ends of the first hinge rod 311 and the second hinge rod 312 are spherical, and the ends of the adjacent first hinge rod 311 and the second hinge rod 312 are nested and matched with the first spherical grooves 51;
the first hinge rod 311 and the second hinge rod 312 can rotate relative to the connector 5 in a state where the hinge rod assembly 3 is extended or contracted.
Specifically, when the first hinge rod 311 and the second hinge rod 312 of the hinge rod assembly 3 are connected in series to form a continuously extendable hinge rod, the two ends of the adjacent first hinge rod 311 and the second hinge rod 312, which are close to each other, may be fitted into the two first spherical grooves 51 one by one, as shown in fig. 8. The first spherical groove 51 can provide three degrees of freedom for two adjacent ends of the first hinge rod 311 and the second hinge rod 312, that is, two adjacent ends of the first hinge rod 311 and the second hinge rod 312 can flexibly rotate in three directions of an X axis, a Y axis and a Z axis, and in the process of stretching or shrinking, two adjacent ends of the first hinge rod 311 and the second hinge rod 312 can ensure the rotation of the hinge rod assembly 3 around the wrist in the flexible rotation process, so that the watch band 2 and the hinge rod assembly 3 can be stretched in the direction of the wrist, and the comfort of wearing the watch is ensured.
Optionally, referring to fig. 2, a second spherical groove 11 is oppositely arranged on the dial 1, and a third spherical groove 21 is oppositely arranged on the end of the watch band 2;
a first section of the first hinge rod 311 is nested and matched with one second spherical groove 11, and a second section of the second hinge rod 312 is nested and matched with the other second spherical groove 11;
the third segment of the first hinge rod 311 is nested and matched with one of the third spherical grooves 21, and the fourth segment of the second hinge rod 312 is nested and matched with the other third spherical groove 21.
Specifically, in the case that the first hinge rod 311 and the second hinge rod 312 are connected in series in one or more sets, the first section of the first hinge rod 311 may be the first section of the first hinge rod 311, and the third section of the first hinge rod 311 may be the tail end of the first hinge rod 311; the second section of the second hinge rod 312 may be a head end of the second hinge rod 312, the fourth section of the second hinge rod 312 may be a tail end of the second hinge rod 312, the head section of the first hinge rod 311 and the head end of the second hinge rod 312 may be connected together in two second spherical grooves 11 on the watch face 1, and the tail end of the first hinge rod 311 and the tail end of the second hinge rod 312 may be connected together in two third spherical grooves 21 on the watch band 2. By the rotation of the first hinge rod 311 and the second hinge rod 312 with respect to the hinge shaft 32, the flexible adjustment of the overall length of the hinge assembly 3 and the band 2 can be ensured.
Optionally, referring to fig. 7, 9 and 10, the first segment includes a first sub-segment 3111 and a second sub-segment 3112, and the first sub-segment 3111 and the second sub-segment 3112 are movably inserted along a length direction of the first segment; the second section comprises a third subsection and a fourth subsection, and the third subsection and the fourth subsection are movably connected along the length direction of the second section.
Specifically, since the distance between the two second spherical grooves 11 is kept constant, and the first and second segments approach each other during the rotation of the first and second hinge rods 311 and 312 with respect to the hinge shaft 32, that is, the first segment moves away from one of the second spherical grooves 11, and the second segment moves away from the other second spherical groove 11, it is possible to cause the first and second segments to disengage from the second spherical grooves 11. The first section 3111 and the second section 3112 of the first section are connected with each other, for example, are in a plug-in fit with each other, so that the relative position of the first section 3111 and one of the second spherical grooves 11 is kept unchanged, only the second section 3112 is far away from one of the second spherical grooves 11, and the first section 3111 and the second section 3112 can be always kept in a connection fit with each other, so as to form a connection structure of a straight line pair; correspondingly, the relative position of the third section and the other second spherical groove 11 is kept unchanged, but only the fourth section is far away from the other second spherical groove 11, the third section and the fourth section can be always kept in inserted fit to form a straight line pair connecting structure, as shown in the positions a, b, c and d in fig. 3, 5 and 7, and the connecting stability of the hinge rod 31 and the dial plate 1 is ensured. In addition, the third and fourth segments may have the same rectilinear pair structure as the first and second segments to ensure the stability of the connection of the hinge rod 31 to the bracelet 2, as shown in the positions e, f, g and h in fig. 3, 5 and 7.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the watch band 2 includes a flexible body 22 and connection seats 23 connected to both ends of the flexible body 22, and the third spherical groove 21 is disposed on the connection seats 23;
the connecting seat 23 is in snap fit with the flexible body 22.
In particular, in order to improve the comfort of the user wearing the watch, the flexible body 22 of the watch band 2 may be used as a main body part of the watch band 2, and the flexible body 22 may be a rubber watch band. In order to ensure the strength of the connection between the hinge assembly 3 and the watch band 2, the connecting seat 23 may be made of hard plastic or metal. In addition, the connecting seat 23 and the flexible body 22 are in clamping fit, specifically, the end of the flexible body 22 is provided with an inverted T-shaped groove, the end of the connecting seat 23 is provided with an inverted T-shaped projection, and the connecting seat 23 and the flexible body 22 can be prevented from being separated from each other by the clamping fit of the inverted T-shaped projection and the inverted T-shaped groove, so that the structural integrity of the watchband 2 is ensured.
