But merely by named entity recognition, it is not possible to determine whether there is some relationship between the two named entities. In general, there is a significant feature in the location of the field names and contents having a correspondence relationship, for example, the names of the fields are on the left, the contents are on the right, and so on. In order to realize the identification of the location information of the named entity, different processing modes can be adopted for various customs clearance material files with different formats. For example, if the customs clearance file is a spreadsheet file, the spreadsheet file naturally includes location information such as coordinates, for example, a row number, a column number, and the like. If the customs clearance material file is in a non-editable format, the customs clearance material file can be firstly subjected to OCR recognition to determine characters contained in the customs clearance material file and corresponding position information when the text information content of the customs clearance material file is recognized, then, the character information contained in an OCR recognition result is subjected to named entity recognition to determine named entities contained in the customs clearance material file, and then, the position relation information among the named entities is determined according to the position information contained in the OCR recognition result. That is, OCR technology can recognize not only specific characters but also position information of specific characters, and thus, it is possible to first recognize named entity position information by taking advantage of this feature.
In addition, if the customs clearance material file is in an editable format, such as Word, etc., the text information content in the file is readable and editable, and if only named entity recognition is needed, the recognition can be directly performed according to the NER algorithm. However, since the NER algorithm cannot generally identify the location information, in a specific implementation, for a customs clearance file in an editable format such as Word, the customs clearance file may be first converted into a non-editable format, for example, pdf format, and then named entities and location information thereof may be identified in a manner corresponding to the customs clearance file in the non-editable format.
