In order to facilitate the installation and fixation of the clamp 100, in a more sophisticated scheme, the fixed installation part 101 is configured with a plurality of installation holes 111, as shown in fig. 2, and by providing the installation holes 111, the fixed installation part 101 can be conveniently installed and fixed at a desired position by using bolts, such as an object frame or a quilting machine; since the fixed installation portion 101 corresponds to the movable clamping portion 102, as shown in fig. 3, in order to facilitate installation and removal of the clamp 100, in a more sophisticated scheme, the movable clamping portion 102 is configured with a plurality of operation holes 112, and each of the operation holes 112 corresponds to each of the installation holes 111 one by one, as shown in fig. 1, so that a worker can conveniently send fasteners such as bolts into the installation holes 111 through the operation holes 112, thereby facilitating installation and removal of the fixed installation portion 101, which is very convenient.
Further, for the convenience of installation, the lower surface of the fixed installation part 101 is configured to be flat, as shown in fig. 2 and 6.
In order to facilitate the adjustment of the internal pressure of the expansion member 300, in a more sophisticated version, the present clamping device further comprises a pressure regulator 400, said pressure regulator 400 being in communication with said expansion member 300, as shown in fig. 5, for adjusting the internal pressure of the expansion member 300; by way of example, the pressure regulator 400 may be in communication with the expansion member 300 via a conduit 401 to increase the internal pressure of the expansion member 300 using the pressure regulator 400; the pressure regulator 400 has various embodiments, for example, the pressure regulator 400 may be a gas pressure regulator, in this case, the expansion member 300 is filled with gas, the gas pressure regulator may be a gas inflation inflator, a gas pressure pump, or the like, and after the gas pressure regulator is communicated with the expansion member 300 and opened, the gas pressure regulator may fill gas into the expansion member 300 so as to increase the internal pressure of the expansion member 300, so that the expansion member 300 may expand under the action of the internal pressure and achieve the clamping effect; after the air pressure regulator is closed, the internal pressure of the expansion piece 300 is reduced, and the clamp 100 can be automatically reset so as to smoothly release the material, so that the material can be clamped by the clamp arranging device under the action of air pressure;
as another example, the pressure regulator 400 may be a hydraulic regulator, in which case, the expansion element 300 is filled with a liquid, and the hydraulic regulator may be a water pump, a hydraulic pump (including a gear pump, a vane pump, a plunger pump, a screw pump, etc.); when the hydraulic regulator is communicated with the expansion piece 300 and opened, liquid can be filled into the expansion piece 300 so as to increase the internal pressure of the expansion piece 300, so that the expansion piece 300 can expand under the action of the internal pressure and achieve the effect of clamping; when the hydraulic regulator is closed, the internal pressure of the expansion piece 300 is reduced, and the clamp 100 can be automatically reset so as to smoothly release the material, so that the clamp arrangement device can clamp the material under the action of hydraulic pressure.
In the present embodiment, the expansion member 300 may be in communication with the regulator 400 at the middle of the fixed mounting part 101, or in communication with the regulator 400 at the end of the fixed mounting part 101, as shown in fig. 5.
In the present embodiment, the fixed mounting portion 101 and the movable clamping portion 102 may be long, and the cross-sectional shapes of the fixed mounting portion 101 and the movable clamping portion 102 are not limited, and for example, as shown in fig. 3, the fixed mounting portion 101 may be a long plate, and the movable clamping portion 102 may also be a long plate.
In a more sophisticated version, at least one end of the gripping mouth 106 is configured with a splayed opening 115, as shown in fig. 10 and 17, to increase the spacing at the end of the gripping mouth 106 so that material can be more easily and efficiently snapped into the gripping mouth 106.
Example 2
The main difference between the present embodiment 2 and the above embodiment 1 is that in the cloth clamping device provided in the present embodiment, the clamp 100 may be an integrally formed member, that is, the fixed mounting portion 101, the movable clamping portion 102 and the connecting portion may be integrally formed members; for example, in practical implementation, the clamp 100 may be an integrally formed aluminum profile (i.e., an aluminum alloy profile), as shown in fig. 1 to 3, that is, the fixed mounting portion 101, the movable clamping portion 102 and the connecting portion are integrally formed aluminum profiles, which not only facilitates rapid forming of the clamp 100, but also effectively reduces cost and prolongs service life.
Example 3
The main difference between this embodiment 3 and the above embodiment 1 is that the cloth clamping device provided in this embodiment has a different structure of the connecting portion, in this embodiment, the connecting portion adopts a hinge structure 500, as shown in fig. 8, so that the movable clamping portion 102 can be hinged to the fixed mounting portion 101 through the hinge structure 500, so as to realize movable connection (deflectable connection) between the movable clamping portion 102 and the fixed mounting portion 101; when the expansion piece 300 expands due to the increase of the internal pressure in practical use, the movable clamping part 102 can be driven to rotate (deflect) relative to the fixed mounting part 101, so that the clamping opening 106 is closed, and the purpose of clamping materials is achieved.
The hinge structure 500 may adopt a hinge structure 500 commonly used in the prior art, for example, as shown in fig. 8, the hinge structure 500 includes a hinge hole 502 and a hinge post 501 adapted to the hinge hole 502, the hinge hole 502 is sleeved on the hinge post 501, so that the hinge hole 502 and the hinge post 501 may form a revolute pair, at this time, in an embodiment, the hinge hole 502 may be respectively configured on the movable clamping portion 102 and the fixed mounting portion 101, and the hinge hole 502 is sleeved on the hinge post 501, so that the movable clamping portion 102 and the fixed mounting portion 101 may be hinged; in another embodiment, one of the movable clamping portion 102 and the fixed mounting portion 101 is configured with the hinge hole 502, and the other is configured with the hinge pillar 501, and the movable clamping portion 102 and the fixed mounting portion 101 can be hinged through the cooperation of the hinge hole 502 and the hinge pillar 501.
It is understood that the hinge structure 500 may also be a hinge joint commonly used in the prior art, such as a hinge, etc., and the hinge joint can also achieve the hinge effect, which will not be described herein.
In order to solve the problem of automatically opening the clamping opening 106, in a further aspect, the clamping device further includes an elastic component, the elastic component is installed between the movable clamping portion 102 and the fixed installation portion 101, and is used for driving the clamping opening 106 to open, and by providing the elastic component, after the internal pressure of the expansion piece 300 is reduced, the elastic component can be used for driving the movable clamping portion 102 to rotate relative to the fixed installation portion 101, so that the clamping opening 106 is automatically opened, and the purpose of automatic resetting is achieved.
The elastic member has various embodiments, for example, the elastic member may be a compression spring 601, and the compression spring 601 is disposed between the connecting portion and the clamping opening 106, as shown in fig. 9, initially, the compression spring 601 is in a compressed state, so that the clamping opening 106 is in an open state, so as to clamp the material 800 into the clamping opening 106; in the process of closing the clamping opening 106, the compression spring 601 is further compressed and stores elastic potential energy, so that after clamping is completed, the elastic potential energy can be automatically released by the elastic component, the clamping opening 106 is driven to open, and the purpose of automatic resetting is achieved.
As another example, the elastic component may also be an extension spring 602, and the extension spring 602 and the expansion member 300 are respectively disposed on the same side of the connecting portion, as shown in fig. 8, initially, the compression spring 601 is in a stretched state, so that the clamping opening 106 is in an opened state, so as to clamp the material 800 into the clamping opening 106; in the process of closing the clamping opening 106, the extension spring 602 is further extended and stores elastic potential energy, so that after clamping is completed, the elastic potential energy can be automatically released by the elastic component, the clamping opening 106 can be driven to open, and the purpose of automatic resetting can also be achieved.
In the present embodiment, since the movable clamping portion 102 and the fixed mounting portion 101 are two separate parts, they can be manufactured separately, and in the preferred embodiment, the movable clamping portion 102 can be a profile, and the fixed mounting portion 101 can also be a profile.
Example 4
In order to solve the problem of blocking the end of the clamp 100, the main difference between this embodiment 4 and the above embodiments 1, 2 and 3 is that the cloth clamping device provided by this embodiment further includes a tip 700, the tip 700 is fixed to the fixed mounting portion 101 and is used for shielding and closing the end of the expansion chamber 103, as shown in fig. 15, and a gap 705 is formed between the tip 700 and the end of the movable clamping portion 102, as shown in fig. 16, so that the movable clamping portion 102 can rotate relative to the fixed mounting portion 101 and the tip 700.
In particular implementation, the length of the movable clamping portion 102 (and the connecting plate 200) is smaller than the length of the fixed mounting portion 101, as shown in fig. 16, so that the gap 705 can be formed.
To achieve the detachable mounting of the head 700, further, at least the end portion of the fixed mounting portion 101 is configured with a threaded hole 114, as shown in fig. 10 to 11, the head 700 is configured with a coupling hole 701 that fits the threaded hole 114, so that the head 700 can be fixed to the end portion of the fixed mounting portion 101 by bolts, as shown in fig. 15 and 16; in a preferred embodiment, especially when the clamp 100 is an integrally formed profile, through holes 113 are formed along the length direction of the fixing portion 101 and penetrate through both ends of the fixing portion 101, and as shown in fig. 10 and 11, the threaded holes 114 can be formed by machining a section of internal thread at both ends of the through holes 113 to accommodate bolts, so that the head 700 can be mounted on the end portion of the fixing portion 101 by using the bolts.
In this embodiment, the expansion member 300 may be preferentially communicated with the pressure regulator 400 through the end of the fixed mounting portion 101, specifically, as shown in fig. 12-14, the end head 700 is configured with a first joint 702 for connecting the pressure regulator 400 and a second joint 703 for connecting the expansion member 300, the first joint 702 is communicated with the second joint 703, the end of the expansion member 300 is fixed to the second joint 703, for example, the first joint is a concave connection port, and the second joint is a convex connection cylinder, as shown in fig. 13, in the implementation process, one end of the expansion member 300 may be communicated and fixed to the corresponding end head 700, as shown in fig. 14, the other end of the expansion member 300 may be in a blocking state, so as to adjust the internal pressure of the expansion member 300 from one end of the fixed mounting portion 101; in addition, both ends of the expansion member 300 may be respectively communicated and fixed to the ends 700 at both ends of the fixed mounting portion 101, as shown in fig. 15, so that the internal pressure of the expansion member 300 is adjusted from both ends of the fixed mounting portion 101, which is advantageous for improving efficiency.
To facilitate connection of the voltage regulator 400, in a more sophisticated version, a gas cap 704 is mounted at the first connector 702, as shown in fig. 13-16, so that the voltage regulator 400 is connected by the gas cap 704.
Example 5
The embodiment provides a quilting machine, which comprises the cloth clamping device in any one of embodiments 1-4, wherein the fixed mounting part 101 is fixed on a frame or a material frame of the quilting machine, so that the material can be clamped smoothly and efficiently by the cloth clamping device.
The number of the cloth clamping devices can be one, two or more, and each cloth clamping device can respectively clamp and tension one edge of the material.
The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can easily conceive of the changes or substitutions within the technical scope of the present invention, and all the changes or substitutions should be covered within the scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A cloth clamping device is characterized by comprising a strip-shaped clamp and an expansion piece, wherein,
the clamp comprises a fixed mounting part and a movable clamping part, the movable clamping part is connected to the fixed mounting part in a deflectable manner through a connecting part, a strip-shaped clamping opening is formed on one side of the connecting part by the movable clamping part and the fixed mounting part, an expansion cavity is enclosed on the other side of the connecting part, and the clamping opening is used for clamping materials;
the expansion piece is arranged in the expansion cavity and used for expanding and driving the clamping opening to close when the internal pressure is increased.
2. The cloth clamping device according to claim 1, wherein one side of the fixed mounting part is configured with a first clamping head protruding upwards, one side of the movable clamping part is configured with a second clamping head protruding downwards, the second clamping head corresponds to the first clamping head and forms the clamping opening.
3. The cloth clamping device according to claim 2, wherein the first clamping head is a boss formed on the fixed mounting part, or the end part of one side of the fixed mounting part is bent upwards to form the first clamping head;
and/or the second clamping head is a boss constructed on the movable clamping part, or the end part of one side of the movable clamping part is bent downwards to form the second clamping head;
and/or, the inflation member is a balloon or an inflatable tube;
and/or the expansion cavity penetrates through two ends of the clamp;
and/or, the fixed mounting portion is constructed with the first notch of adaptation inflation piece, the activity clamping part is constructed with the second notch of adaptation inflation piece, the second notch corresponds first notch, and first notch encloses jointly with the second notch and becomes the inflation chamber.
4. The cloth clamping device according to claim 1, characterized in that the movable clamping part at one side of the clamping opening is bent downwards and forms an abdicating notch;
and/or the fixed mounting part is provided with a plurality of mounting holes;
and/or splayed openings are respectively formed at two ends of the clamping opening.
5. The cloth clamping device according to claim 1, wherein the connecting portion is a connecting plate, the connecting plate is distributed along the length direction of the fixed mounting portion, and the movable clamping portion is deflected relative to the fixed mounting portion by elastic deformation of the connecting portion;
or the connecting part is of a hinge structure, and the movable clamping part is hinged to the fixed mounting part through the hinge structure; the elastic component is arranged between the movable clamping part and the fixed mounting part and used for driving the clamping opening to open.
6. The cloth clamping device of claim 5, wherein the clamp is an integrally formed member,
or, the fixed mounting part is a section bar;
or the movable clamping part is a section bar.
7. The cloth clamping device according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising a pressure regulator, wherein the pressure regulator is communicated with the expansion member and is used for regulating the internal pressure of the expansion member;
the pressure regulator is an inflatable inflator, a pneumatic pump, a water pump or a hydraulic pump.
8. The cloth clamping device according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising an end head, wherein the end head is fixed to the fixed mounting portion and has a gap with an end of the movable clamping portion.
9. The cloth clamping device according to claim 8, wherein at least the end of the fixed mounting part is configured with a threaded hole, the head is configured with a connecting hole matched with the threaded hole, and the head is fixed on the end of the fixed mounting part through a bolt;
and/or the end head is provided with a first joint for connecting a pressure regulator and a second joint for connecting an expansion piece, the first joint is communicated with the second joint, and the end part of the expansion piece is fixed on the second joint;
and/or an air nozzle is arranged at the first joint;
and/or two ends of the expansion piece are respectively communicated with the end heads at two ends of the fixed mounting part.
10. A quilting machine comprising the fabric clamping apparatus of any of claims 1-9 wherein the fixed mounting portion is fixedly mounted to the frame or material frame.
