Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of textile machinery manufacturing, in particular to a grabbing-opening and mixing integrated machine.
Background
In the blowing process of the traditional cotton spinning industry, the raw materials need to be grabbed, opened, mixed and subjected to impurity removal, and the four processing procedures of grabbing cotton, opening cotton, mixing cotton and blowing cotton are respectively realized by different machines, so that the process is high in yield and high in efficiency. However, in actual production, small-batch and multi-variety production or trial spinning (multiple small-batch experimental spinning performed for determining spinning process parameters) exists, and in addition, a large amount of noil and waste cotton are easy to be produced in normal production and then spun, and in this case, the traditional blowing process is adopted, so that the process is complex, poor in flexibility and high in cost, and therefore, the design of the mixed-cleaning all-in-one machine is imperative.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide the grabbing, opening, mixing and cleaning all-in-one machine aiming at the defects in the prior art. The invention is especially suitable for the pre-spinning processes of small-batch, multi-variety or noil and cotton return treatment and the like.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the grabbing, opening and mixing integrated machine comprises a first front cotton conveying curtain, a second front cotton conveying curtain, a grating device, a cotton opening beater, a middle cotton conveying curtain, a cotton homogenizing beater, a brad nail inclined curtain, a cotton stripping beater, a dust rod part, a cotton outlet and a trash outlet which are sequentially arranged on a rack from front to back according to a cotton cleaning process; the cotton opening beater is composed of an upper cotton opening beater, a middle cotton opening beater and a lower cotton opening beater which are arranged below the grating device and above the tail end of the second front cotton conveying curtain and have adjustable intervals (the grating device is arranged above the cotton opening beater, so that cotton bales stacked too high can be prevented from directly entering a rear process without being opened, and the opening and mixing effects are influenced); the angle nail inclined curtain is arranged at the rear end of the middle cotton conveying curtain in a mode of being obliquely arranged towards the rear upper part; the cotton-homogenizing beater and the cotton-stripping beater are respectively arranged on two sides of the top of the angle nail inclined curtain, a dust rod component for impurity removal and cotton cleaning is arranged below the cotton-stripping beater, the impurity discharging port is arranged below the dust rod component, and the cotton outlet is arranged behind the dust rod component.
The first front cotton conveying curtain, the second front cotton conveying curtain and the middle cotton conveying curtain are driven by a motor in a direct connection mode. The driving mode has the advantages of simple structure, reliable performance and convenient maintenance and repair.
The cotton opening beater is composed of a beater barrel and spiral cutter discs uniformly distributed on the barrel (the spiral cutter discs are of a continuous structure, and can completely grab cotton bale fibers in the width direction), and the spiral direction of the spiral cutter discs arranged on every two adjacent cotton opening beaters is opposite (the cotton bales can be symmetrically opened, and the opening uniformity is better).
The rotating speeds of the upper, middle and lower cotton opening beaters are set in a mode of sequentially increasing from bottom to top, so that the fibers in the height direction of the cotton bale can be grabbed in a staggered manner, and the grabbing and opening effects are good.
The cotton homogenizing beater and the cotton stripping beater adopt a six-row angle nail type structure.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention overcomes the defects of high cost and poor flexibility of small-batch production caused by multiple machines and separated processes of the conventional cotton cleaner. The invention integrates four procedures of cotton grabbing, cotton opening, cotton mixing and cotton cleaning, has centralized and compact procedures, low production cost and small occupied area, is particularly suitable for the pre-spinning procedures of small-batch, multi-variety or noil and cotton return treatment and the like, and provides a brand-new selection scheme for controlling the investment and production cost of production enterprises and improving the working efficiency.

referring to fig. 1, the grabbing, opening and mixing integrated machine comprises a first front cotton conveying curtain 2a, a second front cotton conveying curtain 2b, a grating device 3, a cotton opening beater 4, a middle cotton conveying curtain 5, a cotton homogenizing beater 6, a brad inclined curtain 7, a cotton stripping beater 8, a dust rod component 9, a cotton outlet 10 and a trash outlet 11 which are sequentially arranged on a rack from front to back according to a cotton cleaning process; the cotton opening beater 4 consists of an upper cotton opening beater, a middle cotton opening beater and a lower cotton opening beater which are arranged below the grating device 3 and above the tail end of the second front cotton conveying curtain 2b and have adjustable intervals (the grating device is arranged above the cotton opening beater, so that cotton bales stacked too high can be prevented from directly entering a rear process without being opened, and the opening and mixing effects are influenced); the brad inclined curtain 7 is arranged at the rear end of the middle cotton conveying curtain 5 in a mode of being obliquely arranged backwards and upwards; the cotton-homogenizing beater 6 and the cotton-stripping beater 8 are respectively arranged on two sides of the top of the brad nail inclined curtain 7, the dust rod component 9 used for impurity removal and cotton cleaning is arranged below the cotton-stripping beater 8, the impurity discharging port 11 is arranged below the dust rod component 9, and the cotton outlet 10 is arranged behind the dust rod component 9.
The purpose of adjusting the distance between the upper, middle and lower opening cotton beaters is to avoid the fault of the squeezing of the beater caused by the excessively thick layered cotton.
The first front cotton conveying curtain 2a, the second front cotton conveying curtain 2b and the middle cotton conveying curtain 5 are directly driven by motors. The driving mode has the advantages of simple structure, reliable performance and convenient maintenance and repair.
Referring to fig. 2, the cotton opening beater is composed of a beater cylinder 12 and spiral cutter discs 13 uniformly distributed on the cylinder (and the spiral cutter discs are of a continuous structure, so that the cotton bale fibers in the width direction can be completely grabbed), and the spiral cutter discs arranged on every two adjacent cotton opening beaters are opposite in rotation direction (the cotton bales can be symmetrically opened, and the opening uniformity is better).
The rotating speeds of the upper, middle and lower cotton opening beaters are set in a mode of sequentially increasing from bottom to top, so that the fibers in the height direction of the cotton bale can be grabbed in a staggered manner, and the grabbing and opening effects are good.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:
the cotton bale is placed on the front cotton conveying curtain and is conveyed to a cotton opening beater, the cotton opening beater picks and opens cotton fibers on the surface of the cotton bale, the opened fibers fall into the middle cotton conveying curtain to be mixed, then the cotton fibers are conveyed upwards to a cotton homogenizing beater by the angle nail inclined curtain, the cotton bundles with larger cotton bundles are beaten by the cotton homogenizing beater and then enter the middle cotton mixing curtain again to be mixed, the smaller cotton bundles are conveyed to a cotton stripping beater by the angle nail inclined curtain and then stripped by the cotton stripping beater, the cotton stripping beater interacts with the dust rod part to remove impurities in the cotton fibers, and the impurities are discharged out of the machine through the impurity discharge port; the cotton fiber after the cotton cleaning process is sent to the next machine station through a cotton outlet.
