Processing technology for secondary treatment of rolled aluminum coil surface
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of surface treatment of aluminum coils, and relates to a processing technology for secondarily treating the surface of a rolled aluminum coil
Background
The shot blasting is a cold processing technology for bombarding the surface of a workpiece by shot and implanting residual compressive stress to improve the fatigue strength of the workpiece, is a common surface strengthening technology, and has the advantages of simple equipment, low cost, no limitation of the shape and the position of the workpiece, convenient operation and the like, so the shot blasting is widely used in the fields of improving the mechanical strength, the wear resistance, the fatigue resistance, the corrosion resistance and the like of parts. However, when the aluminum alloy coil is processed by the conventional shot blasting process, the powder spray in the spray gun cannot be firmly attached to the aluminum alloy coil due to the material characteristics of the aluminum alloy coil.
