the first fixing member 10 is configured to extend into the irregular fixing through hole 21 when the second clamping structure 2 rotates to a first preset angle relative to the first clamping structure 1;
the length of the first fixing member 10 is configured such that the second clamping structure 2 can rotate around the first fixing member 10 as an axis after the first fixing member 10 extends into the irregular fixing through hole 21;
the second clamping structure 2 is configured to rotate to a second predetermined angle relative to the first clamping structure 1 after the first fixing member 10 extends into the irregular fixing through hole 21, and can be matched with the first clamping structure 1 and an area formed by the clamping plate 20 and the wiper blade holder 22.
The embodiment of the application sets up two upper and lower clamping structure on the basis that does not change current windscreen wiper piece, connects the structure through between two clamping structure, realizes rotatory and joint function to adjust the direction of windscreen wiper piece, effectively solve the problem that the long-term pressurized of windscreen wiper piece unilateral warp, increase of service life.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, in order to solve the fixed posture between the wiper blade and the front windshield during the wiping process of the windshield wiper and to prolong the service life of the wiper blade during the wiping process, the wiper blade 4 and the wiper arm 5 are connected by the rotatable wiper blade clamping structure in the embodiment of the present application, and are changed into a clamping rotatable fixation;
namely: the joint end of wiper blade 4 has rotatable structure, and the two sides of wiper blade 4 are defined as A face and B face respectively, and initial stage uses the A face to work, and the serious quality problem of wearing and tearing appears in the A face of wiper blade 4, can be with rotating second clamping structure 2 to rotate wiper blade 4, become by last A face of scraping and scrape the B face.

when the first hook-shaped structure 30 is fixedly connected with the corresponding first fixing protrusion 31, the first fixing member 10 extends into the irregular fixing through hole 21, and the first clamping structure 1 is located in an area formed by the clamping plate 20 and the wiper blade clamping member 22.
To illustrate the locking mechanism in section, the locking structure 3 is arranged in the area corresponding to the clamping plate 20 of the first clamping structure 1 and the second clamping structure 2,
a first hook-shaped structure 30, namely a hook arm, is arranged on the side edge of the first clamping structure 1;
a first fixing protrusion 31, i.e., a boss, is disposed at a corresponding area of the side edge of the clamping plate 20;
along with first clamping structure 1 and 2 two parts joints of second clamping structure, locking mechanism 3 also carries out the locking in step, because of first clamping structure 1 and second clamping structure 2 are whole self symmetrical structure, does not influence the locking spacing when the event rotates second clamping structure 2.
Further, a second fixing piece 12 is vertically arranged on the bottom surface of the first clamping structure 1;
the clamping plate 20 is provided with regular fixing through holes 23 corresponding to the second fixing members 12.
Specifically, a plurality of second fixing pieces 12 are vertically arranged on the bottom surface of the first clamping structure 1;
the clamping and connecting plate 20 is provided with a plurality of regular fixing through holes 23 corresponding to the second fixing pieces 12;
the lengths of the first fixing member 10 and the second fixing member 12 are configured such that the first clamping structure 1 can rotate around the first fixing member 10 as an axis after the first fixing member 10 extends into the irregular fixing through hole 21.
In practical implementation, 4 second fixing pieces 12 can be arranged, the second fixing pieces 12 are arranged in a rectangular shape, and the irregular fixing through hole 21 is located in the center of the 4 second fixing pieces 12;
similarly, 4 regular fixing through holes 23 are provided, the regular fixing through holes 23 are arranged in a rectangular shape, and the first fixing member 10 is located at the center of the 4 regular fixing through holes 23;
in addition, the second fixing member 12 may be a cylindrical structure, the regular fixing through holes 23 may be circular through holes, and the inner diameters of the regular fixing through holes 23 of the outer diameter of the second fixing member 12 are matched, so that the second fixing member 12 can extend into the fixing through holes 23;
the connection strength can be further enhanced by the second fixing piece 12 and the regular fixing through-holes 23.

Claims (10)
1. A rotatable wiper blade retaining structure, said retaining structure comprising:
the clamping device comprises a first clamping structure (1), wherein a first fixing piece (10) is vertically arranged on the bottom surface of the first clamping structure (1), and a first convex piece (11) is arranged on the side wall of the first fixing piece (10);
a second clamping structure (2), the second clamping structure (2) comprising:
the clamping and connecting plate (20), the clamping and connecting plate (20) is provided with an irregular fixing through hole (21);
wiper blade holders (22) provided in pairs on the periphery of the chucking plate (20); wherein,
the first fixing piece (10) is configured to extend into the irregular fixing through hole (21) when the second clamping structure (2) rotates to a first preset angle relative to the first clamping structure (1);
the length of the first fixing piece (10) is configured to enable the second clamping structure (2) to rotate around the first fixing piece (10) as an axis after the first fixing piece (10) extends into the irregular fixing through hole (21);
the second clamping structure (2) is configured to rotate to a second preset angle relative to the first clamping structure (1) after the first fixing piece (10) extends into the irregular fixing through hole (21), so that the first clamping structure (1) is matched with a clamping plate (20) of the second clamping structure (2) and an area formed by a wiper blade clamping piece (22).
2. The rotatable wiper blade retaining structure of claim 1, wherein the second retaining structure (2) is configured to be rotatable relative to the first retaining structure (1) to a second predetermined angle to engage with the first retaining structure (1) via the locking structure (3) with the snap plate (20) and the area formed by the wiper blade retaining member (22) after the first fixing member (10) has been inserted into the irregular securing through hole (21);
the locking structure (3) comprises:
a plurality of first hook-shaped structures (30) are arranged at the bottom end of the side wall of the first clamping structure (1);
a first fixing bulge (31) matched with the first hook-shaped structure (30) is arranged on the side wall of the clamping plate (20); wherein,
when the first hook-shaped structures (30) are fixedly clamped and connected with the corresponding first fixing protrusions (31), the first fixing pieces (10) extend into the irregular fixing through holes (21), and the first clamping structures (1) are located in an area formed by the clamping plate (20) and the wiper blade clamping pieces (22).
3. The rotatable wiper blade retaining structure of claim 1 wherein:
a second fixing piece (12) is vertically arranged on the bottom surface of the first clamping structure (1);
the clamping plate (20) is provided with regular fixing through holes (23) corresponding to the second fixing pieces (12).
4. The rotatable wiper blade retaining structure of claim 3 wherein:
a plurality of second fixing pieces (12) are vertically arranged on the bottom surface of the first clamping structure (1);
the clamping plate (20) is provided with a plurality of regular fixing through holes (23) corresponding to the second fixing pieces (12);
the lengths of the first fixing piece (10) and the second fixing piece (12) are configured such that the first clamping structure (1) can rotate around the first fixing piece (10) as an axis after the first fixing piece (10) extends into the irregular fixing through hole (21).
5. The rotatable wiper blade retaining structure of claim 4 wherein:
the second fixing pieces (12) are arranged around the first fixing piece (10);
the regular fixing through holes (23) are arranged around the irregular fixing through holes (21).
6. The rotatable wiper blade retaining structure of claim 4 wherein:
the first fixing piece (10) is of a cylindrical structure;
the inner wall of the irregular fixing through hole (21) comprises a fixing recess (210) and a circular arc structure (211);
the first male member (11) has a profile matching the fixing recess (210);
the inner diameter of the circular arc structure (211) of the irregular fixing through hole (21) is matched with the outer diameter of the cylindrical structure of the first fixing piece (10).
7. A windshield wiper having a rotatable wiper blade retaining structure, said windshield wiper comprising:
the clamping device comprises a first clamping structure (1), wherein a first fixing piece (10) is vertically arranged on the bottom surface of the first clamping structure (1), and a first convex piece (11) is arranged on the side wall of the first fixing piece (10);
a second clamping structure (2), the second clamping structure (2) comprising:
the clamping and connecting plate (20), the clamping and connecting plate (20) is provided with an irregular fixing through hole (21);
wiper blade holders (22) provided in pairs on the periphery of the chucking plate (20);
a wiper blade (4), said wiper blade (4) being adapted to said wiper blade holder (22);
the wiper arm (5), the wiper arm (5) is connected with the first clamping structure (1) in a matching mode; wherein,
the first fixing piece (10) is configured to extend into the irregular fixing through hole (21) when the second clamping structure (2) rotates to a first preset angle relative to the first clamping structure (1);
the length of the first fixing piece (10) is configured to enable the second clamping structure (2) to rotate around the first fixing piece (10) as an axis after the first fixing piece (10) extends into the irregular fixing through hole (21);
the second clamping structure (2) is configured to rotate to a second preset angle relative to the first clamping structure (1) after the first fixing piece (10) extends into the irregular fixing through hole (21), so that the first clamping structure (1) is matched with a clamping plate (20) of the second clamping structure (2) and an area formed by a wiper blade clamping piece (22).
8. The wiper blade having the rotatable wiper blade retaining structure according to claim 7, wherein the second retaining structure (2) is configured to be rotatable to a second predetermined angle with respect to the first retaining structure (1) to engage with the first retaining structure (1) via the locking structure (3) with the area formed by the snap plate (20) and the wiper blade retaining member (22) after the first fixing member (10) is inserted into the irregular securing through hole (21);
the locking structure (3) comprises:
a plurality of first hook-shaped structures (30) are arranged at the bottom end of the side wall of the first clamping structure (1);
a first fixing bulge (31) matched with the first hook-shaped structure (30) is arranged on the side wall of the clamping plate (20); wherein,
when the first hook-shaped structures (30) are fixedly clamped and connected with the corresponding first fixing protrusions (31), the first fixing pieces (10) extend into the irregular fixing through holes (21), and the first clamping structures (1) are located in an area formed by the clamping plate (20) and the wiper blade clamping pieces (22).
9. The wiper blade having a rotatable wiper blade retaining structure of claim 7, wherein:
a second fixing piece (12) is vertically arranged on the bottom surface of the first clamping structure (1);
the clamping plate (20) is provided with regular fixing through holes (23) corresponding to the second fixing pieces (12).
10. The wiper blade having a rotatable wiper blade retaining structure of claim 9, wherein:
a plurality of second fixing pieces (12) are vertically arranged on the bottom surface of the first clamping structure (1);
the clamping plate (20) is provided with a plurality of regular fixing through holes (23) corresponding to the second fixing pieces (12);
the lengths of the first fixing piece (10) and the second fixing piece (12) are configured such that the first clamping structure (1) can rotate around the first fixing piece (10) as an axis after the first fixing piece (10) extends into the irregular fixing through hole (21).
