Background
The prostate is an organ of a human body which grows with age, a thicker fibrous capsule is bound outside the prostate, and the prostate can be pressed towards the urethra after the prostate gland grows, so that the resistance of the urethra is increased, and a series of urination related symptoms are caused; the prostatic hyperplasia is a common disease of old men, is a progressive disease, and the incidence rate increases year by year along with the aging development of population, and the clinical symptoms are not only manifested in unsmooth urination, increased nocturia and reduced life quality, but also cause various complications and even endanger life, such as prostatic hyperplasia, urinary system infection, bladder calculus, hematuria, urine retention, bladder diverticulum, bladder tumor, renal insufficiency, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular system diseases or aggravation of the original internal diseases.
The treatment purpose of the prostatic hyperplasia is to improve urination symptoms, relieve urinary tract obstruction, recover urination function and reduce the harm to the organism and the occurrence of complications; the current methods for treating prostatic hyperplasia mainly comprise: the method mainly comprises the steps of drug therapy, suprapubic transvesicular prostatectomy, transurethral laser ablation, high-energy focused ultrasound therapy, transurethral balloon dilatation of the prostate and cystostomy, wherein the transurethral resection of the prostate is used as the treatment method, but the treatment method is traumatic treatment, the treatment aim is realized by mainly removing a part of glands of the prostate of a patient and further enlarging the urethra, the wound is large, the requirement on the physique of the patient is higher, for some old patients, the wound caused by the mode is difficult to bear, the risk is higher, and meanwhile, the incision is larger, the operation time of an operator is longer, and the pain of the patient is further increased.
Although the technology for treating the patients with prostatic hyperplasia clinically through the urethral columnar water sac prostate dilation at present is relatively mature, the prostate capsule surrounding the urethra is dilated and cracked by using a columnar water sac catheter, the constraint of the capsule on the posterior urethra section of the prostate is relieved, the urethra section is widened, the resistance of the urethra is reduced, and the aim of naturally urinating is fulfilled; however, the operation of catheter implantation is a serious stimulation to the urethra, the endourethral membrane is sheared when the front end of the catheter is pushed, the prostatic urethra is seriously contused and damaged, the urethral structure is changed instantly, and the prostatic capsule can be dilated and cracked when the water sac is expanded immediately at the moment, but the urethral damage is aggravated, the urethral structure is continuously damaged, the lower urinary tract infection is induced or aggravated, and the functions of the lower urinary tract or even the organs of the whole body are further influenced.
In order to avoid or reduce the serious damage of the transurethral columnar water sac prostate dilation and other methods to the urethra of a patient, a device for pressing the prostate in the urethra, which can not cause shearing damage to the inner membrane of the urethra when the prostate part of the urethra is dilated, is urgently needed to be developed, and the safety of the patient is really guaranteed.
