The second connecting block 12-2 is provided with a second positioning hole 12-2-1, and the second positioning hole 12-2-1 is a round hole and is matched with the fixed connecting rod 3. An adjusting rod 12-3 penetrates through the second connecting block and comprises an adjusting knob 12-3-1 and an adjusting rod main body 12-3-2 fixed on the adjusting knob, the adjusting rod main body penetrates through the second positioning hole 12-2-1 to be in threaded connection with a threaded adjusting hole in the adjusting boss, a locking boss 12-3-3 is arranged on the inner side of the adjusting knob 12-3-1, a locking clamping hook 12-2-3 is arranged on the outer side wall of the second connecting block corresponding to the locking boss, and after the locking boss 12-3-3 is pressed into the second connecting block to be matched with the locking clamping hook 12-2-3, the adjusting rod 12-3 and the second connecting block can only rotate relatively and cannot axially displace along the adjusting rod main body 12-3-2.

Meanwhile, the adjusting rod 12-3 plays a role in fixing the fixed connecting rod. The fixed connecting rod can adjust the horizontal displacement of the fixed connecting rod through the first length adjusting mechanism. The fixed connecting rod can be provided with a plurality of through holes.
As another embodiment, the adjusting knob 12-3-1 of the adjusting lever 12-3 may be disposed inside the second positioning hole, and is close to one side of the spline groove, and a limiting mechanism is disposed between the adjusting knob and an inner side wall of the second connecting block, so that the adjusting knob can rotate but cannot move back and forth, a cross-shaped or straight-shaped knife edge may be disposed on the adjusting knob 12-3-1, and a through hole is disposed on an outer side wall of the second connecting block, so that a screwdriver may pass through and screw the adjusting knob, and thus, the adjusting knob may be screwed by a screw thread fit between the adjusting lever and the adjusting boss, and the second connecting block may not rotate due to the constraint of the spline during the adjustment process, and the finer the screw thread is, the finer the adjustment range is. In this state, a fixing structure, such as a locking jackscrew, for fixing the connecting rod to the second positioning hole needs to be disposed on the second positioning hole. As shown in fig. 2, the main body of the deformable connecting piece 4 is a stainless steel corrugated pipe, and comprises a corrugated pipe body 4-1 and a grouting opening 4-3 arranged on the corrugated pipe body 4-1, the left and right ends of the corrugated pipe body 4-1 are provided with connecting sleeves 4-4 for being fixedly connected with the end parts of the fixed connecting rods 3, and sealing rings 3-9 are arranged between the connecting sleeves 4-4 and the fixed connecting rods 3 to prevent slurry from flowing out. The connecting sleeve 4-4 and the fixed connecting rod 3 can be fixedly connected through a hoop 10 or a jackscrew 11. Specifically, a smooth transition part 4-2 is arranged in the middle of the corrugated pipe body 4-1, and the grouting port 4-3 is arranged on the transition part 4-2.
A plurality of lacing bars 4-6 are arranged in the corrugated pipe body 4-1, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, positioning rings 4-7 are fixedly arranged on the left side and the right side of the corrugated pipe body 4-1, positioning lacing bars 4-8 with poor transverse and longitudinal directions are arranged on the positioning rings 4-7, the positioning lacing bars 4-8 are integrally in a net structure, the lacing bars 4-6 are connected at net nodes of the positioning lacing bars, and the net structure formed by the positioning lacing bars 4-8 has a certain deformation space and the lacing bars 4-6 also have predetermined elasticity, so that when the deformable connecting piece 4 is pressed to be passively deformed, the lacing bars 4-6 and the positioning lacing bars 4-8 can be deformed accordingly to adapt to the deformation of the whole body and play a role in restraining the deformation of the whole body and reinforcing the structure.
The left side and the right side of the deformable connecting piece 4 are provided with air outlets 4-5, the air outlets 4-5 are used for quickly discharging air in the deformable connecting piece 4 when slurry is injected, so that the grouting process is quick and smooth, and the air outlets 4-5 have a heat dissipation function, so that the slurry is quickly cured.
As a further optimization, the external fracture fixation frame provided by the invention also comprises a plurality of annular fixed traction frames, and the annular fixed traction frames are only used for assisting correction in an operation and can be detached after correction.

The fixed plate connecting block 5 comprises a connecting block body 5-1, positioning rods 5-2 are fixedly arranged on the left side and the right side of the connecting block body, a connecting lug plate 6-2 is arranged at the upper end of the arc-shaped fixed plate 6, the connecting lug plate 6-2 is fixedly connected with the positioning rods 5-2 through nuts 5-3, and the diameter of the fixed traction frame can be adjusted by adjusting the positions of the connecting lug plate 6-2 and the positioning rods 5-2, so that the fixed traction frame is in close contact with limbs.
A plurality of connecting holes 6-1 are uniformly distributed on the arc-shaped fixing plate 6, the traction connecting rod 7 is fixed on the fixed traction frame through the connecting holes 6-1 and is connected with all the fixed traction frames, and the length of the traction connecting rod 7 can be adjusted through a second length adjusting mechanism 7-1 on the traction connecting rod 7 so as to realize auxiliary correction of the fracture position. The structure of the second length adjusting mechanism 7-1 is the same as that of the first length adjusting mechanism 3-1.
Example 2
The application method of the combined external fracture fixation frame in the embodiment 1 comprises the following steps:
step 1: two fixing nails 1 are respectively fixed on bones at two sides of the fracture, and the four fixing nails are kept parallel to each other as much as possible and are positioned on the same plane.

1. A combined external fixation frame for fracture is characterized by comprising:
a plurality of fixing nails (1) which are respectively used for fixing on bones at two sides of a fracture;
the number of the fixed connecting pieces (2) corresponds to that of the fixed nails (1), and the fixed connecting pieces are used for being fixed on the fixed nails (1) and providing a structure connected with the fixed connecting rods (3);
the two fixed connecting rods (3) are respectively and fixedly connected with the fixed nails (1) at the two sides of the fracture part through the fixed connecting pieces (2);
the deformable connecting piece (4) is in a hollow tubular shape, and two ends of the deformable connecting piece are respectively connected with the near ends of the two fixed connecting rods (3) so that the two fixed connecting rods (3) are connected to form an integral structure;
be provided with slip casting mouth (4-3) on deformable connecting piece (4), after adjusting fixed link (3) position, through slip casting mouth (4-3) to but pour into the thick liquids of normal atmospheric temperature rapid solidification sclerosis in deformable connecting piece (4), realize the solidification of deformable connecting piece (4), make it can not warp.
