A high-beam and low-beam integrated headlamp comprises a lamp body, an LED substrate, a first LED chip, a first reflector, a second LED chip, a second reflector and a lens; a multifunctional light barrier is arranged in front of the LED substrate, a low-beam forming surface for forming a low-beam light type is arranged on the top surface of the multifunctional light barrier, and emergent light rays of the first LED chip are reflected by the first reflecting cover, blocked by the low-beam forming surface and refracted by the lens in sequence to form the low-beam light type; the bottom surface of multi-functional barn door is equipped with the plane of reflection on curved surface or inclined plane, and the emergent ray of second LED chip forms central facula after the reflection of second bowl, plane of reflection and the refraction of lens in proper order, and the low beam type combines with central facula to form the high beam type. Utilize original barn door, process in the bottom of barn door and form the plane of reflection for the spotlight effect can be strengthened behind this plane of reflection to the light of second LED light source, remedies the not enough problem of low beam type central light intensity.

The principle of the invention is as follows: the reflection surface is processed and formed at the bottom of the light barrier by utilizing the original light barrier, so that the light condensing effect can be enhanced after the light of the second LED light source passes through the reflection surface, the problem of insufficient central light intensity of a low-beam light type is solved, and a high-beam light type is realized; the structure is simple, the assembly difficulty is small, the reliability is high, and the cost is low.
As an improvement, two sides of the front end of the lamp body extend forwards to form fork arms, and the multifunctional reflecting plate is arranged between the two fork arms.

As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the multifunctional light barrier 5 is an aluminum alloy plate, one side of the multifunctional light barrier 5 facing the LED substrate 2 is straight, and one side facing the lens 6 is arc-shaped; the top surface of the multifunctional light barrier 5 is provided with a low-beam forming surface for forming a low-beam light type, the bottom surface of the multifunctional light barrier 5 is provided with a reflecting surface with a curved surface or an inclined surface, the low-beam forming surface and the reflecting surface are both formed by surface processing or stamping, and in order to improve the reflecting effect of the reflecting surface, an electroplated layer can be added on the surface of the reflecting surface after the reflecting surface is formed; the emergent light of the first LED chip 3 is reflected by the first reflector 4, blocked by the low-beam forming surface and refracted by the lens 6 in sequence to form a low-beam type; the emergent light of second LED chip 9 forms central facula after the reflection of second bowl 8, the reflection of plane of reflection and the refraction of lens 6 in proper order, and the low beam type combines with central facula to form the high beam type.
