Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of washing machine control, and particularly relates to a drying control method of a drum washing machine, which can reduce the consumption of hydroelectric energy.
Background
At present, drum type washing machines with condensing drying function on the market mostly have the following working principles: firstly, blowing hot air into the barrel through a heating pipe of a drying tunnel, evaporating moisture in clothes into the hot air in the barrel to form damp and hot air; and then, the damp and hot air is taken to the condensing device through circulating air in the barrel, condensed water is formed through condensation, flows to the bottom of the barrel and is finally discharged by a drainage pump, and the effect of continuous drying is realized through circulation. In this process, the heating pipe consumes a large amount of electricity and the condensing device consumes a large amount of water continuously. Some manufacturers can increase the temperature range of heating pipes of the drying tunnel so as to increase the ambient temperature in the barrel to improve the drying efficiency and shorten the drying time, thereby reducing the water and electricity consumption in the drying process; some manufacturers can reduce the temperature range of the heating pipe, and shorten the drying time by a way of drying in advance and judging and stopping, so as to reduce the water and electricity consumption in the drying process.
Although the drying efficiency can be improved to a certain extent by the method for improving the temperature interval of the heating pipe of the drying tunnel, the temperature interval of the heating pipe is improved, the working time of the heating pipe is inevitably prolonged, and the power consumption of the heating pipe is also synchronously improved; for the method of reducing the temperature interval of the heating pipe, the temperature in the barrel is correspondingly lower due to the reduction of the temperature interval, the drying efficiency is reduced, the drying time is prolonged to a certain extent, the water consumption is increased, and if the drying time is shortened by a method of judging and stopping drying in advance, the situation that the load is not dried easily occurs.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a drying control method of a drum washing machine, which can reduce the consumption of electric energy, and can effectively reduce the consumption of condensed water in the drying process and save water by reducing the flow of a condensing valve; a higher ambient temperature in the barrel can be manufactured by reducing the flow of the condensing valve, so that the drying efficiency is improved, and the drying time is shortened; through shortening the drying time, under the condition that the working state of the heating pipe of the drying tunnel is not changed, the power consumption in the drying process is effectively reduced, and the effect of saving power is achieved.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the invention relates to a drying control method of a drum washing machine capable of reducing the consumption of hydroelectric energy, which comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: starting a drying program of the washing machine, and controlling the flow of a condensing valve of the washing machine to be 0.2-0.3L/min; when the heat exchange in the barrel reaches dynamic equilibrium, the temperature T of the water heating pipe ntc tends to be a stable temperature interval;
step two: after the drying program is started for 30min, the controller starts to collect the temperature T of the water heating pipe ntc in real time, and selects the maximum value from the collected temperature T of the water heating pipe ntc as Tmax;
step three: the temperature T of the water heating pipe ntc begins to decrease after reaching the maximum value Tmax; the real-time calculation of the difference value Δ T between the temperature T of the water heating pipe ntc and the maximum value Tmax thereof is started, when the difference value Δ T reaches a set value, it is determined that the laundry is dried at this time, and the controller turns off the drying program of the washing machine.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
the invention can effectively reduce the consumption of condensed water in the drying process and save water by reducing the flow of the condensing valve; a higher ambient temperature in the barrel can be manufactured by reducing the flow of the condensing valve, so that the drying efficiency is improved, and the drying time is shortened; through shortening the drying time, under the condition that the working state of the heating pipe of the drying tunnel is not changed, the power consumption in the drying process is effectively reduced, and the effect of saving power is achieved.
Of course, it is not necessary for any product in which the invention is practiced to achieve all of the above-described advantages at the same time.

Referring to fig. 1, the present invention is a drying control method for a drum washing machine capable of reducing the consumption of electric energy, including the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: starting a drying program of the washing machine, and controlling the flow of a condensing valve of the washing machine to be 0.2-0.3L/min; when the heat exchange in the barrel reaches dynamic equilibrium, the temperature T of the water heating pipe ntc tends to be a stable temperature interval; in the drying process, because the flow of the condensing valve is small, the heat quantity taken away by the condensed water is small, the temperature in the barrel is increased, and the drying efficiency is correspondingly improved;
step two: after the drying program is started for 30min, the controller starts to collect the temperature T of the water heating pipe ntc in real time, and selects the maximum value from the collected temperature T of the water heating pipe ntc as Tmax;
step three: as the drying process progresses, the moisture content of the clothes is less and less, the heat quantity provided by the heating pipe of the drying tunnel is larger than the heat quantity required by the evaporation of the moisture on the surface of the clothes, the heat exchange balance is gradually broken, the content of the hot and humid air in the barrel starts to decrease, and as the hot and humid air in the barrel decreases, the temperature T of the water heating pipe ntc starts to decrease after reaching the maximum value Tmax; the real-time calculation of the difference value Δ T between the temperature T of the water heating pipe ntc and the maximum value Tmax thereof is started, when the difference value Δ T reaches a set value, it is determined that the laundry is dried at this time, and the controller turns off the drying program of the washing machine.
The first embodiment is as follows: as shown in fig. 1, the load with the same mass and initial moisture content is respectively put into a washing machine using a large flow valve and a washing machine using a small flow valve of the present application for drying; experiments can obtain that: for loads with the same mass and initial water content, the balance temperature of the lower water heating pipe ntc of the small-flow condensation valve is higher than that of the lower water heating pipe ntc of the large-flow condensation valve, namely, the temperature in the lower barrel of the small-flow condensation valve is higher, and the drying efficiency is higher; as the drying process proceeds, the temperature of the low flow valve sewer heating pipe ntc will decrease first and stop before the high flow valve, i.e. the low flow valve is shorter in drying. In summary, under the same heating pipe power, the drying time of the small flow condensing valve is obviously shorter than that of the large flow condensing valve, and after the temperature variation of the water heating pipe ntc is judged to stop, the consumed water amount and the electric energy are lower, so that the energy consumption of water and electricity in the drying process of the drum washing machine is reduced.
