Background
The filter press is a pressurized filtering device with multiple filtering chambers operated intermittently; a movable filter press is a filter press which can be repeatedly disassembled, moved and transferred to a new construction site (commonly called as a transition site) in a short period of time and is convenient to install and utilize, namely, components which need to be disassembled and transported have detachability; the filter mainly comprises a double-beam frame, a filter plate pressing mechanism, a multi-filter-chamber filtering mechanism, a plate pulling and cake unloading mechanism, a filter cloth cleaning mechanism, a liquid receiving and plate turning mechanism and a PLC program control system; the supporting facilities of the movable filter press comprise filter cake transportation equipment (namely a filter cake transportation truck or a filter cake conveyor belt mechanism) and filter press piers; the solid-liquid separation of various suspensions (i.e. mixtures of liquid and solid particles) suitable for mobile construction sites.
The filter press pier column is similar to a pier which is used in a disposable long-term fixed mode and can not be detached and reused, mainly comprises a reinforced concrete structural formula and a non-reusable steel structure which are integrated, the height of the filter press pier column is larger than that of filter cake transportation equipment, and the width of the filter press pier column corresponds to that of two support legs of a filter press; the device is used for installing a filter press at a high position and ensuring that the filter cake transportation equipment has enough operation space, and is not suitable for the transition recycling of the movable filter press. The filter press and the matched facilities thereof have the following relationship: the filter press is arranged on the double pier columns, and the filter cake transportation equipment is positioned below the filter press; the working process of the filter press is as follows: the feeding pump pressurizes and inputs the material into the filtering chamber through the feeding hole, low-pressure static filtration is carried out, particles in the material are intercepted by the filter cloth to form a filter cake in the filtering chamber, the filtrate passes through the filter cloth and flows out of the liquid outlet hole of the filtering chamber, the filter plate is pulled open to realize gravity cake unloading, and the filter cake falls onto the filter cake conveying equipment.
The existing disposable filter press pier column has the following defects: the existing reinforced concrete structural type or integral (integrated) steel structure type filter press pier stud is a disposable long-term fixed-use non-detachable and reusable facility and cannot be recycled along with a mobile filter press, so that not only is the waste of matched facilities caused, but also the occupied site influences the environment, and the requirement of short-term flow operation in the industries such as piling industry, dredging industry, wastewater treatment and the like cannot be met, once the filter press is transferred, repeated investment is required to construct the filter press pier stud, the construction difficulty of constructing the pier stud on site is higher, the construction period is long, and the transfer reuse cost is high; the user of the movable filter press urgently needs a matched movable pier column, which is a technical problem that people are eagerly to solve but are always unsuccessful.
In order to overcome the defects of the existing disposable filter press pier stud and solve the technical problems that the integral steel structure pier stud used for long-term fixation cannot be moved and used along with a movable filter press to cause the waste of matched facilities, the construction of the pier stud needs repeated investment in the transition of the filter press, the construction difficulty of constructing the pier stud on site is higher, the construction period for reconstructing the pier stud is long and the cost is high, the applicant proposes to provide a movable and reusable modularized laminated steel structure box type pier stud (short for being called as a modularized laminated box type pier) matched with the movable filter press. In order to ensure the stability of the modularized laminated box type machine pier, the sand and stones must be filled in the box pier to increase the weight during normal use, and the box door can be opened to unload sand and reduce the weight during movement and recycling, so the sand unloading box door of the box type pier column must be arranged.
Disclosure of Invention

The specific design scheme is as follows: the box pier sand unloading door mainly comprises a sand unloading door frame, a sand unloading door leaf, a safety door lock, a rotary door bolt assembly, a door leaf handle and a door hinge with claws, and is made of stainless steel materials; the sand unloading door frame is a square door frame, and the specification of the sand unloading door frame corresponds to the sand unloading door opening of each layer of box pier; the sand unloading door leaf is a square round angle door leaf, and the specification of the sand unloading door leaf corresponds to that of the sand unloading door frame; the door hinge with the claws is provided with claw wheels corresponding to the latch hooks of the safety door lock; the rotary door bolt assembly comprises a door bolt hook, a rotary door bolt and a door bolt rotating shaft, wherein the door bolt hook is an L-shaped door bolt hook, the rotary door bolt is a strip-shaped door bolt, and a door bolt rotating shaft hole is formed in the left side of the rotary door bolt; the safety door lock comprises a door lock hook, a door lock seat, a clamp spring pin shaft and a door lock handle, wherein the door lock hook is provided with a hook head corresponding to a door hinge wheel claw, and a clamp spring pin shaft hole is formed in the middle of the door lock hook.
The connection relation of the main parts is as follows: (1) the door leaf handle is welded at the middle lower part of the sand unloading door leaf; (2) the double-belt claw door hinge is welded on the sand unloading door frame and the sand unloading door leaf in a matching way; (3) the rotating shaft of the door bolt is welded at the position corresponding to the rotating door bolt, the rotating door bolt is horizontally arranged on the rotating shaft of the door bolt, and the double door bolt hooks are symmetrically welded at the two sides of the sand discharging door frame in a matching way; (4) the safety door lock is assembled at the upper part of the sand unloading door leaf, so that a door lock hook can clamp a door hinge wheel claw to make a door hinge immovable, and a door lock handle is pulled to make a door lock hook unhook for unlocking; (5) the box pier sand unloading door is arranged at the middle lower part of the front surface of each layer of box piers; the door has the performances of automatic door closing, automatic door bolting, manual door locking and door opening.
The invention also provides a modularized laminated steel structure box pier column, namely a movable and reusable modularized laminated steel structure box pier column matched with a movable filter press, and a sand discharge door of the filter press box pier column provided by the invention is used; the box type pier column mainly comprises an upper layer box pier, a middle layer box pier, a lower layer box pier and a box pier sand unloading door which are modularized; the total height of the filter cake conveying device is greater than that of the filter cake conveying device, and the width of the filter cake conveying device is greater than that of the filter press; each layer of box pier has the same specification and different major structures, and is used for installing the movable filter press at a high position and ensuring that the filter cake transportation equipment has enough operation space.

The sand unloading door leaf 22 is a square round angle door leaf, and the specification of the sand unloading door leaf corresponds to that of the sand unloading door frame 21; the sand unloading door leaf 22 is arranged on the sand unloading door frame 21 by using a double-claw door hinge 28; the sand-filling door is used for closing the door and filling sand and opening the door and discharging sand.
The door hinge 28 with the claws is provided with claw wheels corresponding to the door lock hooks of the safety door lock 23; the double-belt claw door hinge 28 is welded on the upper sides of the sand unloading door frame 21 and the sand unloading door leaf 22 in a matching way; is used for movably mounting the sand unloading door leaf 22 on the sand unloading door frame 21 and locking the sand unloading door leaf by matching with a safety door lock 23.

The door leaf handle 27 is a flat n-shaped round steel handle and is welded at the middle lower part of the sand unloading door leaf 22; used for manually opening and closing the door.
The sand discharging door 6 of the filter press box type pier stud has the remarkable advantages of novel structure, bearing pressure, automatic door closing, automatic door bolting, tight door closing, door locking safety and convenience in door opening and sand discharging; the technical problems that the box door must be locked to fill sand and increase weight when the modularized laminated closed box type machine pier is unstable in hollow state, and the box door must be opened to unload sand and reduce weight when the machine pier moves and is reused are solved; the requirement that the user of the mobile filter press for short-term mobile operation can move and recycle the matched facilities is met.

The middle-layer box pier 2 comprises a pier stud main body, a box pier sand unloading door 6, a hanging box hole 7, a single box reinforcing rib 8, four-corner reinforcing ribs 9 and a box stacking positioning plate 10; the main body of the pier column is a closed cuboid pier box, a bottom plate and a top plate of the pier column are provided with double hanging box holes 7, the middle lower part of the front surface of the pier column is provided with a door hole of a sand discharge door 6, a single box reinforcing rib 8 is a bearing vertical reinforcing rib, four corner reinforcing ribs 9 are triangular reinforcing ribs, and a box stacking positioning plate 10 is a right-angle positioning plate; two single-box reinforcing ribs 8 are vertically welded on a bottom plate and a top plate in the pier stud main body at intervals, and the distance between the two single-box reinforcing ribs 8 is equal to the distance between the double-head supporting leg 14 or the double-tail supporting leg 13; the four-corner reinforcing ribs 9 are welded at the lower four corners in the pier column main body; the stack positioning plate 10 is welded at the upper four corners outside the pier stud main body; the box pier sand discharging door 6 is arranged in the door opening of the pier column main body.
