Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a multifunctional ice-sand cup which can simultaneously provide two using modes of a vacuum cup and an ice-sand cup.
The cup comprises an outer layer whole cup and an inner layer whole cup, wherein the outer layer whole cup comprises a first shell and a first inner container in the first shell, the inner layer whole cup comprises a second shell and a second inner container in the second shell,
the inner wall of the cup opening of the first shell is welded with the outer wall of the opening of the first inner container, the inner wall of the cup opening of the second shell is welded with the outer wall of the opening of the second inner container, the second shell is screwed in the first inner container,
a vacuum heat-insulating layer is arranged between the first shell and the first inner container, and a refrigerant filling layer is arranged between the second shell and the second inner container.
Furthermore, an insulating layer is arranged between the second outer shell and the second inner container.
Further, the cup cover is arranged on the cup opening of the outer-layer whole cup, the cup cover is in threaded connection with the cup opening of the outer-layer whole cup, the cup cover is provided with a water outlet, a turning piece used for opening and closing the water outlet is arranged at the upper end of the cup cover, a sealing plug is arranged at the lower end of the turning piece, and the sealing plug is in interference fit with the water outlet when the turning piece is closed.
Further, it still includes the fixed cover of locating the whole cup rim of a cup of inlayer, fixed cover includes the connecting piece and overlaps the rubber coating cover of locating the connecting piece upper end, the connecting piece passes through threaded connection with the whole cup rim of a cup of inlayer, places the mouth for possessing elastic beverage in the middle of the rubber coating cover.
Furthermore, the diameter of the section of the second inner container is gradually reduced from top to bottom, and the inner wall of the second inner container is provided with a first limiting step for placing beverages with different sizes.
Furthermore, a second limiting step is arranged at a position corresponding to the first limiting step on the outer-layer whole cup, and the first limiting step is attached to the second limiting step when the outer-layer whole cup is connected with the inner-layer whole cup.
Furthermore, the outer side of the cup opening of the inner-layer whole cup is provided with an external thread, the upper end of the external thread extends outwards to form an annular limiting part, and when the inner-layer whole cup is connected with the outer-layer whole cup, the limiting part is attached to the top end of the outer-layer whole cup.
By adopting the structure, the invention has the following gain effects:
1. the cup is provided with the inner layer whole cup and the outer layer whole cup which are detachably connected, and can be used as one cup or two cups in practical application, so that more use modes are provided.
2. The whole cup of inlayer installs refrigerant filling layer additional and can regard as the refrigeration cup to use, and the whole cup of inlayer installs the heat preservation additional and can regard as the thermos cup to use, is connected with the whole cup of skin, and refrigeration effect or heat preservation effect are better.
3. The inner-layer whole cup is internally provided with a first limiting step for placing beverages with different sizes, and the beverages can be refrigerated by fixing the inner-layer whole cup through the rubber coating sleeve.
4. Be equipped with the spacing step of second in the whole cup of skin, play limiting displacement to the whole cup of inlayer, optimized the structure of the whole cup of skin when preventing that the whole cup of inlayer from dropping in the whole cup of skin inside, the spacing step of second has played the antiskid effect for the whole cup of skin person of facilitating the use holds more.

the inner wall of the cup opening of the first shell 101 is welded with the outer wall of the opening part of the first liner 102, the inner wall of the cup opening of the second shell 201 is welded with the outer wall of the opening part of the second liner 202, the second shell 201 is screwed in the first liner 102,
a vacuum insulation layer is arranged between the first casing 101 and the first inner container 102, and a refrigerant filling layer is arranged between the second casing 201 and the second inner container 202.
As one embodiment of the invention, the inner layer whole cup 2 and the outer layer whole cup 1 are arranged and detachably connected, and can be used as one cup or two cups in practical application.
The multifunctional ice-sand cup provided by the invention combines two types of water cups which are hot at present, namely the ice-sand cup and the vacuum cup, the outer layer whole cup 1 and the inner layer whole cup 2 are of a detachable connection structure, the inner layer whole cup 2 can be used alone or the inner layer whole cup 2 and the outer layer whole cup 1 are assembled for use and can be used as the ice-sand cup, and the ice-sand cup has a refrigeration function by matching a self-contained refrigerant filling layer with a refrigerator; the outer layer whole cup 1 can be used as a vacuum cup independently, and is insulated through a vacuum insulation layer of the cup.
In one embodiment of the present invention, an insulating layer is disposed between the second outer shell 201 and the second inner container 202. Use as the thermos cup, different from the thermos cup that the last embodiment provided, this embodiment adopts the structure of the whole cup 2 of inlayer and the whole cup 1 equipment of skin, and the heat preservation of the whole cup 2 of inlayer and the cooperation of the vacuum heat preservation layer of the whole cup 1 of skin can further improve the heat preservation effect, and is equipped with at least 3 cm's interval between the whole cup 2's of inlayer bottom and the whole cup 1 of skin, can play further thermal-insulated effect when placing hot water in the whole cup 2 of inlayer.

One end of the turnover piece extends beyond the edge of the cup cover 3 to form a structure which is convenient for a user to open the turnover piece, the cup cover 3 is further provided with an air outlet, a position corresponding to the air outlet on the turnover piece is provided with a convex point, when the turnover piece is closed, the convex point is clamped in the air outlet, when the turnover piece is opened, the air outlet and the water outlet are opened simultaneously, and when the turnover piece is closed, the air outlet and the water outlet are closed simultaneously. The embodiment can regard as the thermos cup to use, and different from the above-mentioned embodiment, this embodiment is not under the whole cup 2's of inlayer condition, has installed bowl cover 3 additional at the whole cup 1 rim of a cup of skin, keeps warm through the whole cup 1 vacuum insulation layer of taking certainly of skin.
Specifically, it still includes the fixed cover 4 of locating the whole 2 rim of a cup of inlayer, fixed cover 4 includes connecting piece and the rubber coating cover of locating the connecting piece upper end, the connecting piece passes through threaded connection with the whole 2 rim of a cup of inlayer, places the mouth for possessing elastic beverage in the middle of the rubber coating cover.
As one embodiment of the invention, as shown in figure 5, the cup comprises an outer-layer whole cup 1, an inner-layer whole cup 2 and a fixing sleeve 4, wherein the fixing sleeve 4 comprises a connecting piece and an encapsulating sleeve sleeved at the upper end of the connecting piece, the connecting piece is in threaded connection with the cup mouth of the inner-layer whole cup 2, and the middle of the encapsulating sleeve is provided with an elastic beverage placing mouth. A refrigerant is filled between the second outer shell 201 and the second inner container 202, and the inner cup 2 forms a structure capable of refrigerating. In practical application, the ice-cream cup is placed in a refrigerator for 24 hours and then taken out, and the refrigerant is cooled, and the difference from the ice-cream cup provided in the embodiment is that the fixing sleeve 4 is additionally arranged at the cup opening of the inner-layer whole cup 2, as shown in fig. 4, the beverage can is placed in the inner-layer whole cup 2, the outer wall of the beverage can is contacted with the second inner container 202, the can body is clamped at the beverage placing opening, and the refrigerant in the inner-layer whole cup 2 exchanges heat with the beverage can to play a role in refrigeration; or the beverage is directly led into the inner layer whole cup 2, and the beverage can be directly cooled and even frozen into a sand ice state under the refrigeration effect of the refrigerant.
Specifically, the diameter of the cross section of the second liner 202 is gradually reduced from top to bottom, and the inner wall of the second liner 202 is provided with a first limiting step for placing beverages of different sizes. As shown in fig. 4, the canned beverage shown in the figure is placed, the bottom of the beverage can is clamped on the first limit step of the second liner 202, and the bottom of the beverage can is suspended, so that the upper end of the beverage can is exposed out of the whole inner cup 2 for a user to take; when bottled beverages are placed, the bottom of the beverage bottle is attached to the second inner container 202, and the upper end of the beverage bottle is exposed out of the inner layer of the whole cup 2 so as to be convenient for a user to take.
Specifically, the outer side of the cup opening of the inner-layer whole cup 2 is provided with an external thread, the upper end of the external thread extends outwards to form an annular limiting part, and when the inner-layer whole cup 2 is connected with the outer-layer whole cup 1, the limiting part is attached to the top end of the outer-layer whole cup 1. The limiting part of the inner-layer whole cup 2 and the inner-layer whole cup part where the limiting part is located are exposed outside the outer-layer whole cup 1, the limiting part serves as a stress point of a user for screwing the inner-layer whole cup 2 and the outer-layer whole cup 1, and meanwhile, the situation that the inner-layer whole cup 2 falls into the outer-layer whole cup 1 and cannot be taken out due to excessive screwing when the inner-layer whole cup 2 and the outer-layer whole cup 1 are assembled can be prevented, the outer-layer whole cup 1 is further provided with a second limiting step, when the inner-layer whole cup 2 is connected with the outer-layer whole cup 1, the first limiting step of the inner-layer whole cup 2 is attached to the second limiting step of the outer-layer whole cup 1, and the limiting effect that the inner-layer whole cup 2 falls into the outer-layer whole cup 1 is also achieved; the overall structure of the outer whole cup 1 is also improved while the second limit step plays a limiting role, so that the section radius of the lower end of the outer whole cup 1 is smaller than that of the upper end of the outer whole cup 1, the upper end and the lower end of the outer whole cup 1 can adapt to the sizes of the hands of different users, and meanwhile, the second limit step also plays an anti-skidding role, and is more suitable for the user to hold.
