技术领域    本发明涉及一种焊接工具,特别是涉及一种电焊钳。
背景技术    到处可见的电焊钳都用紫铜或铜合金制造,目的是希望其良好的导电和散热。该种电焊钳的夹持方法都是用弹簧力夹紧焊条,在实际使用中焊条熔化时产生的高温粉尘和飞溅的熔珠逐渐玷污了该种电焊钳的夹持口,随着工作时间的延长焊钳与焊条的接触状况不断恶化,导致起弧困难、不稳定,电焊钳的发热量不断上升,甚至使焊工无法操作,而且过份发热浪费了电能。
发明内容    本发明的目的在于提供一种克服弹簧夹持式电焊钳的诸多缺限,如接触状况不良、超弧不稳、容易玷污和发热、夹持不紧等的新的铰入夹持式电焊钳。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的。该电焊钳包括上、下可以绕销轴铰合的柄体、销轴、板簧及上、下柄体上分段的绝缘护套,上、下柄体尾部的定位棘爪及棘齿等,其特征在于上、下柄体前端制有刃口,该刃口在夹持电焊条时依靠电焊工对上、下柄体的握紧铰开电焊条表面,切入电焊条头部深达直径的一半左右。同时由柄体尾部的定位棘爪和棘齿在该铰紧位置自动定位。用拇指按动定位棘爪上、下柄体在板簧作用下分开,焊条与焊钳脱离。

具体实施方式    在图1中,上柄体(3)通过销轴(2)与下柄体及棘齿(10)铰接,板簧(4)的一端与上柄体(3)固定连接,棘爪片弹簧(9)的一端也与上柄体(3)固定连接,棘爪(6)通过小销轴与上柄体(3)的后端铰接,各绝缘套用螺钉紧固在相应部位。焊条可以任何角度置于下柄体刃口(11)与上柄体刃口(12)之间,握紧上柄体(3)和下柄体及棘齿(10)使它们相互靠拢,这样下柄体刃口(11)与上柄体刃口(12)将同时切开焊条表面并切入焊条头部直径的一半左右,同时棘爪(6)在棘爪片弹簧(9)作用下,和下柄体及棘齿(10)在该铰紧位置自动定位。用拇指按动棘爪(6)使上柄体(3)和下柄体及棘齿(10)在板簧(4)作用下绕销轴(2)分开,同时下柄体刃口(11)与上柄体刃口(12)也绕销轴(2)分开,焊条自动脱离焊钳。
由于采用上述方案,焊接电流通过柄体从刃口切入焊条处通入焊条中,无论把焊条放在上、下刃口的哪个位置或与上、下刃口成什么角度,都因为刃口的铰入挤压作用使刃口上玷污的粉尘及熔珠与刃口完全剥离,从而保持焊钳夹钳口不被逐渐玷污,减少焊钳发热量,延长焊钳使用寿命。

1、一种电焊钳,在前、后、上、下绝缘护套中,包括有上、下可以绕销轴铰合的柄体、销轴、板簧及其尾端的定位棘爪和棘齿,其特征是:所说电焊钳的钳口处制有刃口,该刃口在夹持焊条时铰开焊条表面切入焊条中,同时,由铰接在上柄体尾端的定位棘爪和固定在下柄体尾部的棘齿在该铰紧位置自动定位。
