Abstract
The invention discloses an environment-friendly water-based gear broaching fluid with high lubrication and high cleaning rate, which consists of organic acid, organic amine, a corrosion inhibitor, a lubricating additive, a surfactant, base oil, water and a defoaming agent. The invention selects surfactant groups with excellent performance, such as ethylenediamine polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene condensation compound, secondary alkanol polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene block polyether and the like, and when the product is 5% of diluent, the cleaning rate of residues on the surface of a workpiece is more than or equal to 99.3%, and the cleaning rate is high.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a water-based gear broaching fluid.
Background
Broaching refers to cutting a very thin metal layer from a workpiece in sequence tooth by using a special broach so that the surface reaches higher dimensional accuracy and lower roughness. This is a highly efficient processing method.
Since the cutting speed of the broaching is low and the increase in cutting temperature is small, the relief angle is preferably small in consideration of the regrinding, but this makes it difficult for the broaching oil to penetrate, and makes it complicated in terms of the generation of the chips, the surface quality, and the machining accuracy, and therefore, it is very important to select an appropriate and high-performance broaching oil. For a long time, users have traditionally used oily broaching oils, which have the advantages: the preparation process is mature, the use history is long, the wear resistance, extreme pressure property and lubricity are good, and the product is not aged or deteriorated and can be used for a long time. But there are some outstanding drawbacks: firstly, the cooling performance is poor, the workpiece is easy to deform due to the heat generated by the accumulation during broaching, and the work error occurs; secondly, the broaching resistance is large, chips are not easy to remove, the surface of a workpiece is easy to scratch (the smoothness is affected) and the broach is easy to scrape (the service life is shortened); thirdly, the cleaning performance is poor, and the workpiece and the broach are easy to rust. The aqueous broaching solution which is marketed in the last decade not only overcomes the disadvantages, but also is easy to treat (environment-friendly) due to low resource consumption (low carbon) and low waste liquid, and is favored by users. However, the current commercial aqueous broaching fluids also have some problems to be solved: firstly, the lubricating property is poor, the cleaning rate is low, and the use requirements of the gear broaching processing technique which is continuously promoted by customers are difficult to meet; secondly, the formula contains toxic and harmful substances such as chlorine, phosphorus and the like, is poor in safety and sanitation quality, and cannot meet the increasingly concerned environment-friendly requirement of people. These drawbacks seriously affect and restrict the application of aqueous broaching fluids in the market, especially in the high-end market.

The organic acid is lauric acid, C10~C12One or more of straight chain dibasic acid, sulfamic acid compound, tall oil fatty acid, polymerized ricinoleic acid, erucic acid and vegetable oleic acid.
The organic amine is one or more of triisopropanolamine, monoisopropanolamine and diethylaminoethanol.
The lubricant additive is one or more of high base number synthetic calcium sulfonate (base number 300mgKOH/g, 400mgKOH/g, 500 mgKOH/g).
The corrosion inhibitor is one or more of benzotriazole and 2-mercaptobenzothiazole.
The surfactant is one or more of ethylenediamine polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene condensation compound, secondary alkanol polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene block polyether and castor oil polyoxyethylene ether.
The defoaming agent is one or more of emulsified silicone oil and methyl silicone oil.
The product of the invention selects a special lubricant calcium petroleum sulfonate and a long-chain organic acid group. Maximum no-seizing load P at 5% dilution of the productB1972N, sintering load PD>7848N, excellent lubricating property.
The invention selects surfactant groups with excellent performance, such as ethylenediamine polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene condensation compound, secondary alkanol polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene block polyether and the like. When the product is diluted by 5 percent, the cleaning rate of residues on the surface of the workpiece is more than or equal to 99.3 percent, and the cleaning rate is high.
