技术领域
本发明涉及陶瓷堆雕技术领域,具体来说,涉及一种釉上透明堆雕的制作工艺。
背景技术
堆雕亦称"凸雕"、"凸花"。是采用各种方法,如堆、贴、刻等,使陶瓷表面产生凸起的纹样。一般分为高浮雕和浅浮雕两种,也有两者相结合的。现有技术中的堆雕工艺多以单层为主,产品的样式较为单一,立体感不强,层次不分明,难以满足消费者的需求,并且在烧制过程中,也极易因为受热不均匀而使坯体收缩不一致裂开,导致废品率较高。
针对相关技术中的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种釉上透明堆雕的制作工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种釉上透明堆雕的制作工艺包括以下步骤:
步骤一、制坯泥:将瓷土基料粉碎后放入磨机,加入混合原料总重量30%的水,开机湿磨16小时,经过湿磨的料浆过200目筛,取出静置24小时,然后将泥浆倒入压滤机,将泥浆内的水份过滤,再将泥浆送入真空炼泥机进行炼泥,直至泥浆含水量达到23%为止,制得泥坯,取出,进行揉泥,制得泥头,备用;
步骤二、制釉:将釉原料混合放入球磨机内,研磨19小时,向研磨后的原料内加入混合原料总重量30%的水制得外釉料浆,搅拌均匀,用滤网过滤后使釉水内没有杂质后,向料浆内加水,将料浆的含水量调整为60%,备用;
步骤三、制坯:将上述泥头放入盘型滚压模具中,操作设备滚压制得坯体,坯体在一定程度干燥后把坯体从模具中取出,修整,备用;
步骤四、素烧:将上述修整完成的坯体放入窑内,进行焙烧,在1000℃下烧制7小时,并在1000℃时恒温1小时,制得素坯,备用;
步骤五、施釉:取出素坯,借助上釉工具,拇指按住坯体,由上而下快速放入釉水中,迅速拿出,晾干,晾干后把坯体底部的釉水擦干净,备用;
步骤六、锻烧:对上述坏体进行补坯,补坯后的产品放入窑内,装好后开始窑煅烧,窑盖不能盖严,留30公分缝隙,打开电源,全程电压输出为100开始烧制,设置到达550℃烧制120分钟,到达1000℃烧制180分钟,到达1000℃恒温60分钟,到达1230℃烧制240分钟,到达1360℃烧制180分钟,到达1360℃恒温120分钟,然后把窑盖打开20公分,经12小时后,开始逐渐降温到200℃,把窑盖全部打开,降温1小时,降到100℃以下后,开始出窑,煅烧完毕;
步骤七:用市面上的用熔点大于1000℃ 的黑色釉上颜料加入乳香油,进行研磨12小时,研磨细腻,取出部分颜料,然后对烧制的坯体进行轮廓线的勾勒,用超细海绵在需要上色的区域渐变地拍出黑色底色,待干燥后再放入窑内在800℃下进行烧制,550℃烧制120分钟,到800℃烧制150分钟,800℃保温10分钟,电压输出全部100,烧制结束完成第一道上色工序;
步骤八:在完成第一道工序的时候,用橄榄绿釉上彩原料加入乳香油调和,两种颜料进行研磨12小时,研磨细腻,取出部分颜料,用超细海绵在所上色区域进行由重到轻进行上色,待干燥后再放入窑内在780℃下进行烧制,550℃烧制120分钟,到780℃烧制150分钟,780℃保温10分钟,电压输出全部100,烧制结束完成第二道上色工序;
步骤九:在完成第二道工序的时候,透明堆雕颜料按照3:1加入水进行调和,研磨1小时,在所需要上色的地方,用笔蘸取原料堆出0.2厘米的厚度,待干燥后再放入窑内在820℃下进行烧制,550℃烧制120分钟,到820℃烧制200分钟,800℃保温10分钟,电压输出全部100,烧制结束完成第三道堆雕工序。
进一步的,上述的瓷土基料由二氧化硅、氧化铝、氧化铁、氧化钙、氧化镁、氧化钾、氧化钠、二氧化钛和石英组成,各原料加入量的重量百分比为:氧化铝24.89%、氧化铁0.02%、氧化钙0.12%、 氧化镁0.26%、氧化钾3.99%、氧化钠2.41%、二氧化钛0.03%和石英62.27%。
进一步的,上述的釉原料由白长石、石英、方解石、高岭土、氧化铝、白土、瓷石和钾长石组成,主要原料组成按照质量百分比:氧化铝12.46%、氧化铁0.31%、氧化钙8.66%、 氧化镁1.34%、氧化钾2.08%、氧化钠1.14%、二氧化钛0.02%和石英60.15%。
进一步的,上述的橄榄绿釉上彩原料包括以下原料组份:氧化铝6.16%、二氧化硅32.88%、氧化铁0.07%、氧化钙0.32%、 氧化镁0.05%、二氧化锆1.07%、氧化钡0.40%、三氧化二锑1.20%、氧化锂1.65%、三氧化二硼11.91%、五氧化二磷0.01%、一氧化铅26.37%、氧化锌2.61%、三氧化硫0.03%、氧化钾1.08%、氧化钠2.75%、二氧化钛3.18%、三氧化二铬3.92%、二氧化锡0.51%、一氧化钴1.40%、氧化镍0.49%、氧化镉0.59%、氧化锶0.23%、极其微量的氧化铜和锰。

S101、制坯泥:将瓷土基料粉碎后放入磨机,加入混合原料总重量30%的水,开机湿磨16小时,经过湿磨的料浆过200目筛,取出静置24小时,然后将泥浆倒入压滤机,将泥浆内的水份过滤,再将泥浆送入真空炼泥机进行炼泥,直至泥浆含水量达到23%为止,制得泥坯,取出,进行揉泥,制得泥头,备用;
S103、制釉:将釉原料混合放入球磨机内,研磨19小时,向研磨后的原料内加入混合原料总重量30%的水制得外釉料浆,搅拌均匀,用滤网过滤后使釉水内没有杂质后,向料浆内加水,将料浆的含水量调整为60%,备用;
S105、制坯:将上述泥头放入盘型滚压模具中,操作设备滚压制得坯体,坯体在一定程度干燥后把坯体从模具中取出,修整,备用;

S111、锻烧:对上述坏体进行补坯,补坯后的产品放入窑内,装好后开始窑煅烧,窑盖不能盖严,留30公分缝隙,打开电源,全程电压输出为100开始烧制,设置到达550℃烧制120分钟,到达1000℃烧制180分钟,到达1000℃恒温60分钟,到达1230℃烧制240分钟,到达1360℃烧制180分钟,到达1360℃恒温120分钟,然后把窑盖打开20公分,经12小时后,开始逐渐降温到200℃,把窑盖全部打开,降温1小时,降到100℃以下后,开始出窑,煅烧完毕;
S113:用市面上的用熔点大于1000℃ 的黑色釉上颜料加入乳香油,进行研磨12小时,研磨细腻,取出部分颜料,然后对烧制的坯体进行轮廓线的勾勒,用超细海绵在需要上色的区域渐变地拍出黑色底色,待干燥后再放入窑内在800℃下进行烧制,550℃烧制120分钟,到800℃烧制150分钟,800℃保温10分钟,电压输出全部100,烧制结束完成第一道上色工序;
S115:在完成第一道工序的时候,用橄榄绿釉上彩原料加入乳香油调和,两种颜料进行研磨12小时,研磨细腻,取出部分颜料,用超细海绵在所上色区域进行由重到轻进行上色,待干燥后再放入窑内在780℃下进行烧制,550℃烧制120分钟,到780℃烧制150分钟,780℃保温10分钟,电压输出全部100,烧制结束完成第二道上色工序;
S117:在完成第二道工序的时候,透明堆雕颜料按照3:1加入水进行调和,研磨1小时,在所需要上色的地方,用笔蘸取原料堆出0.2厘米的厚度,待干燥后再放入窑内在820℃下进行烧制,550℃烧制120分钟,到820℃烧制200分钟,800℃保温10分钟,电压输出全部100,烧制结束完成第三道堆雕工序。
在进一步的实施例中,上述的瓷土基料由二氧化硅、氧化铝、氧化铁、氧化钙、氧化镁、氧化钾、氧化钠、二氧化钛和石英组成,各原料加入量的重量百分比为:氧化铝24.89%、氧化铁0.02%、氧化钙0.12%、 氧化镁0.26%、氧化钾3.99%、氧化钠2.41%、二氧化钛0.03%和石英62.27%。
在进一步的实施例中,上述的釉原料由白长石、石英、方解石、高岭土、氧化铝、白土、瓷石和钾长石组成,主要原料组成按照质量百分比:氧化铝12.46%、氧化铁0.31%、氧化钙8.66%、 氧化镁1.34%、氧化钾2.08%、氧化钠1.14%、二氧化钛0.02%和石英60.15%。
在进一步的实施例中,上述的橄榄绿釉上彩原料包括以下原料组份:氧化铝6.16%、二氧化硅32.88%、氧化铁0.07%、氧化钙0.32%、 氧化镁0.05%、二氧化锆1.07%、氧化钡0.40%、三氧化二锑1.20%、氧化锂1.65%、三氧化二硼11.91%、五氧化二磷0.01%、一氧化铅26.37%、氧化锌2.61%、三氧化硫0.03%、氧化钾1.08%、氧化钠2.75%、二氧化钛3.18%、三氧化二铬3.92%、二氧化锡0.51%、一氧化钴1.40%、氧化镍0.49%、氧化镉0.59%、氧化锶0.23%、极其微量的氧化铜和锰。
在进一步的实施例中,上述的透明堆雕原料包括以下原料组份:氧化铝7.87%、氧化铁0.01%、氧化钙0.01%、 氧化镁0.26%、二氧化锆0.03%、三氧化二硼7.17%、一氧化铅46.88%、氧化锌4.36%、三氧化硫0.72%、氧化钾0.01%、氧化钠0.02%、二氧化钛0.01%、二氧化硅32.65%和极其微量的氧化钡、氧化铜、一氧化钴、一氧化镍、一氧化镉、一氧化锶。
通过本发明的上述方案,通过设置底色后在进行上色,最后在进行透明堆雕,能够使得产生层次强烈的堆雕效果,立体感强,层次分明,并且严格控制烧制时的温度,能够使得烧制受热均匀,产品质量均一、成品率高,而且能够对上色层进行防霉、防刮、防变形,而且堆雕细腻光泽、形象逼真。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (1)

1.一种釉上透明堆雕的制作工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、制坯泥:将瓷土基料粉碎后放入磨机,加入混合原料总重量30%的水,开机湿磨16小时,经过湿磨的料浆过200目筛,取出静置24小时,然后将泥浆倒入压滤机,将泥浆内的水份过滤,再将泥浆送入真空炼泥机进行炼泥,直至泥浆含水量达到23%为止,制得泥坯,取出,进行揉泥,制得泥头,备用;
步骤二、制釉:将釉原料混合放入球磨机内,研磨19小时,向研磨后的原料内加入混合原料总重量30%的水制得外釉料浆,搅拌均匀,用滤网过滤后使釉水内没有杂质后,向料浆内加水,将料浆的含水量调整为60%,备用;
步骤三、制坯:将上述泥头放入盘型滚压模具中,操作设备滚压制得坯体,坯体在一定程度干燥后把坯体从模具中取出,修整,备用;
步骤四、素烧:将上述修整完成的坯体放入窑内,进行焙烧,在1000℃下烧制7小时,并在1000℃时恒温1小时,制得素坯,备用;
步骤五、施釉:取出素坯,借助上釉工具,拇指按住坯体,由上而下快速放入釉水中,迅速拿出,晾干,晾干后把坯体底部的釉水擦干净,备用;
步骤六、煅烧:对上述坏体进行补坯,补坯后的产品放入窑内,装好后开始窑煅烧,窑盖不能盖严,留30公分缝隙,打开电源,全程电压输出为100开始烧制,设置到达550℃烧制120分钟,到达1000℃烧制180分钟,到达1000℃恒温60分钟,到达1230℃烧制240分钟,到达1360℃烧制180分钟,到达1360℃恒温120分钟,然后把窑盖打开20公分,经12小时后,开始逐渐降温到200℃,把窑盖全部打开,降温1小时,降到100℃以下后,开始出窑,煅烧完毕;
步骤七:用市面上的熔点大于1000℃的黑色釉上颜料加入乳香油,进行研磨12小时,研磨细腻,取出部分颜料,然后对烧制的坯体进行轮廓线的勾勒,用超细海绵在需要上色的区域渐变地拍出黑色底色,待干燥后再放入窑内在800℃下进行烧制,550℃烧制120分钟,到800℃烧制150分钟,800℃保温10分钟,电压输出全部100,烧制结束完成第一道上色工序;
步骤八:在完成第一道工序的时候,用橄榄绿釉上彩原料加入乳香油调和,进行研磨12小时,研磨细腻,取出部分颜料,用超细海绵在所上色区域进行由重到轻进行上色,待干燥后再放入窑内在780℃下进行烧制,550℃烧制120分钟,到780℃烧制150分钟,780℃保温10分钟,电压输出全部100,烧制结束完成第二道上色工序,;上述的橄榄绿釉上彩原料包括以下原料组份:氧化铝6.16%、二氧化硅32.88%、氧化铁0.07%、氧化钙0.32%、氧化镁0.05%、二氧化锆1.07%、氧化钡0.40%、三氧化二锑1.20%、氧化锂1.65%、三氧化二硼11.91%、五氧化二磷0.01%、一氧化铅26.37%、氧化锌2.61%、三氧化硫0.03%、氧化钾1.08%、氧化钠2.75%、二氧化钛3.18%、三氧化二铬3.92%、二氧化锡0.51%、一氧化钴1.40%、氧化镍0.49%、氧化镉0.59%、氧化锶0.23%、极其微量的氧化铜和锰
步骤九:在完成第二道工序的时候,透明堆雕原料按照3:1加入水进行调和,研磨1小时,在所需要上色的地方,用笔蘸取原料堆出0.2厘米的厚度,待干燥后再放入窑内在820℃下进行烧制,550℃烧制120分钟,到820℃烧制200分钟,800℃保温10分钟,电压输出全部100,烧制结束完成第三道堆雕工序;上述的透明堆雕原料包括以下原料组份:氧化铝7.87%、氧化铁0.01%、氧化钙0.01%、氧化镁0.26%、二氧化锆0.03%、三氧化二硼7.17%、一氧化铅46.88%、氧化锌4.36%、三氧化硫0.72%、氧化钾0.01%、氧化钠0.02%、二氧化钛0.01%、二氧化硅32.65%和极其微量的氧化钡、氧化铜、一氧化钴、一氧化镍、一氧化镉、一氧化锶。
