Technical Field
The invention relates to a fiberboard preparation process, in particular to a green and efficient preparation method of a camphorwood fiberboard.
Background
The fiberboard is also named as a density board, which is an artificial board made of wood fiber or other plant cellulose fiber as a raw material and urea formaldehyde resin or other suitable adhesives. During the manufacturing process, adhesives and/or additives may be applied. The fiber board has the advantages of uniform material, small longitudinal and transverse strength difference, difficult cracking and the like, and has wide application. At present, the fiber board is an important artificial board product and is widely applied to the fields of furniture, decoration, packaging and the like; compared with other types of artificial boards, the fiberboard has lower requirements on raw materials, and wood processing residues and wood branches can be used for producing the fiberboard. The attribute greatly improves the comprehensive utilization rate of the wood material.
The method for producing the fiberboard by taking the camphor wood as the raw material is an important method for solving the problem of difficult utilization of the camphor wood. The camphorwood-based fiberboard has natural camphorwood smell, has the effects of insect prevention and insect repelling, and is a wood-based board product accepted in the market. The camphor wood oil brings the advantages to the camphor wood-based product, and increases the processing difficulty of the camphor wood fiber board. Particularly, the camphor wood oil is easy to carbonize and agglomerate under the high-temperature condition, the camphor wood oil is easy to adhere to the surface of a press pressing plate after being mixed with an adhesive, the surface of the press after the adhesive is agglomerated is not smooth any more, and the heat-conducting property is also influenced. The above phenomena can cause the surface of the pressed fiberboard to be uneven, and the product quality is difficult to control; in order to improve the surface smoothness, the surface of the prior camphorwood fiber board generally needs to be subjected to deep sanding before leaving a factory. Meanwhile, production enterprises can not stop at irregular time and clean the press pressing plates, so that the production efficiency of the enterprises is greatly reduced, and the service life of the press pressing plates is also shortened. Therefore, the prior art can not effectively solve the problem that the camphorwood fiber board is easy to be glued in the hot pressing process.

A. uniformly spraying a limestone powder layer on the lower surface of the pressing plate of the hot press to obtain an improved hot press A;
B. preparing a camphorwood fiberboard blank, and spraying a limestone powder layer on the upper surface of the camphorwood fiberboard blank to obtain a board blank B;
C. carrying out hot press molding on the board blank B by using a hot press A to obtain a camphorwood fiberboard semi-finished product;
D. and sanding the surface of the camphor wood fiberboard semi-finished product to obtain a camphor wood fiberboard finished product.
In the green and efficient preparation method of the camphorwood fiberboard, the limestone powder layer in the step A and the limestone powder layer in the step B are uniformly sprayed on corresponding positions in a vacuum spray gun mode.
In the green and efficient preparation method of the camphorwood fiberboard, the mesh number of the limestone powder is less than 2000 meshes.

Compared with the prior art, the invention prepares the camphorwood fiber board by laying a layer of limestone powder layer on the upper surface of the plate blank and the lower surface of the pressing plate of the hot press and reducing the glue application amount and the hot pressing time, thereby effectively relieving the gluing phenomenon of the camphorwood oil, greatly reducing the periodic cleaning period of the pressing plate of the hot press, improving the production efficiency and prolonging the service life of the pressing plate of the hot press. Meanwhile, the internal bonding strength and the surface bonding strength of the fiber board prepared by the method can be improved (the internal bonding strength is 1.0MPa, the surface bonding strength is 1.1MPa), and the water absorption thickness expansion rate is lower (the water absorption thickness expansion rate is 8%); and the surface sanding thickness can be reduced, the surface flatness is better, and no black spots exist (the surface sanding depth is only 1.4-1.6 mm).
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) under the conditions of the same hot pressing temperature and the same hot pressing pressure, the hot pressing time can be shortened by 4 percent, and the using amount of the adhesive is reduced by 5 percent;
(2) the internal bonding strength of the product is improved by 20 percent, the surface bonding strength is improved by 18 percent, and the water absorption thickness expansion rate is reduced by 20 percent;
(3) the sanding thickness of the product before leaving factory is reduced by 40 percent, and the surface of the fiber board is smooth and flawless (as shown in figure 2);
(4) the phenomenon of the glue bonding of the press plate of the press is effectively relieved, the stop period for cleaning the glue bonding of the press plate of the press is prolonged by 3 times, and the time consumption for cleaning the press plate once is reduced by 70%.

Example 1. A green and efficient preparation method of a camphorwood fiberboard comprises the following steps:
A. uniformly spraying a limestone powder layer on the lower surface of the pressing plate of the hot press to obtain an improved hot press A;
B. preparing a camphorwood fiberboard blank, and spraying a limestone powder layer on the upper surface of the camphorwood fiberboard blank to obtain a board blank B;
C. carrying out hot press molding on the board blank B by using a hot press A to obtain a camphorwood fiberboard semi-finished product;
D. and sanding the surface of the camphor wood fiberboard semi-finished product to obtain a camphor wood fiberboard finished product.
And D, uniformly spraying limestone powder on corresponding positions of the limestone powder layer in the step A and the limestone powder layer in the step B in a vacuum spray gun mode.
The mesh number of the limestone powder is less than 2000 meshes.

As can be seen from tables 1 and 2, the internal bonding strength of the camphorwood fiberboard product prepared in example 2 of the present invention is improved by 20%, the surface bonding strength is improved by 18%, and the water absorption thickness expansion rate is reduced by 20%; the sanding thickness of the product before leaving factory is reduced by 40 percent. The phenomenon of the glue bonding of the press plate of the press is effectively relieved, the stop period for cleaning the glue bonding of the press plate of the press is prolonged by 3 times, and the time consumption for cleaning the press plate once is reduced by 70%.
