Referring to fig. 2 and 9, the inner lid 13 is further provided with a terminal groove 133 and a terminal cover 134, the terminal cover 134 is clamped on the terminal groove 133, the terminal groove 133 is provided with a fifth opening 135 matched with the connection terminal 53, when a connection is required, the terminal cover 134 is opened, and the circuit can be connected with the connection terminal 53 through the fifth opening 135.
Referring to fig. 2, a pulling handle 31 is disposed at an end of the pull rope 3 away from the housing 1, so that a person can pull the pull rope 3 with his hand.

Claims (9)

1. A novel pull rope dimming system comprises a load and a dimmer for controlling the load, wherein the load and the dimmer are connected in series between a live wire and a zero wire of an alternating current source,
the light modulator is a pull rope light modulator which comprises a shell, a pull rope reverse swing piece, a pull rope, a transmission assembly and a light modulation PCB assembly;
the dimming PCB assembly is arranged in the shell, a microswitch is arranged on the dimming PCB assembly, and the microswitch is electrically connected with a dimming circuit on the dimming PCB assembly;
the transmission assembly comprises a pull rope fixing seat and a pull rope sliding guide piece;
the pull rope sliding guide piece is arranged in the pull rope fixing seat, and a rotating shaft is arranged on the side wall of the pull rope fixing seat;
a sliding groove is formed in the side wall of the pull rope fixing seat, a force arm is arranged on one side of the pull rope sliding guide piece, and one end of the force arm penetrates through the sliding groove and is driven by the pull rope to slide along the sliding groove;
The pull rope reverse swing piece comprises a hollow rotating column, a first swing arm and a second swing arm, the hollow rotating column is rotatably sleeved on the rotating shaft, the first swing arm and the second swing arm are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the hollow rotating column, the first swing arm is arranged on a sliding path of the force arm, and the microswitch is arranged on a rotating path of the second swing arm;
when the pull rope is pulled, the pull rope reverse swing piece touches the micro switch, and different control signals are sent to the light adjusting circuit according to the touching time length, so that the on/off and light adjusting functions of the load are realized.
2. The novel pull-cord dimming system of claim 1, wherein a first opening is provided below the housing, and wherein one end of the pull cord passes through the first opening and is slidably mounted in the housing;
when the pull rope is pulled downwards, the pull rope drives the pull rope reverse swing piece to rotate around a central axis through the transmission assembly, so that the pull rope reverse swing piece is contacted with the microswitch.
3. The pull-cord dimming system of claim 2, wherein the transmission assembly further comprises a first return spring;
The pull rope fixing seat is arranged in the shell, and a second opening is formed in the bottom of the pull rope fixing seat; the pull rope penetrates through the second opening and is connected with the pull rope sliding guide piece;
the first reset spring is installed in the pull rope fixing seat, one end of the first reset spring is connected with the pull rope sliding guide piece, the other end of the first reset spring is connected with the bottom of the pull rope fixing seat, and the pull rope penetrates through the first reset spring.
4. The novel pull rope dimming system as claimed in claim 3, wherein the end of the rotating shaft away from the pull rope fixing seat is provided with a blocking screw.

The novel pull rope dimming system according to claim 3, wherein the housing comprises a top plate, an inner cover and an outer cover, the outer cover covers the inner cover and is connected with the top plate, and the pull rope reverse swing piece, the transmission assembly and the dimming PCB assembly are arranged in a space defined by the top plate and the inner cover.

The novel pull rope dimming system as claimed in claim 5, wherein a hollow first fixing column with a screw hole is provided on a side wall of the pull rope fixing base, a second fixing column with a screw hole is provided on the top plate, the first fixing column is sleeved on the second fixing column, and the first fixing column and the second fixing column are fixed through a first screw.

The novel pull rope dimming system according to claim 5, wherein a first screw hole is formed in the inner cover, a second screw hole is formed in the dimming PCB assembly, a third screw hole is formed in the top plate, and a second screw passes through the first screw hole, the second screw hole and the third screw hole in sequence to fix the inner cover, the dimming PCB assembly and the top plate.

The novel pull rope dimming system as claimed in claim 5, wherein the top plate and the outer cover are circular, the outer edge of the top plate is provided with an external thread, the inner edge of the outer cover is provided with an internal thread, and the outer cover is fixed with the top plate through the internal thread and the external thread.
9. The pull-cord dimming system of claim 3, wherein the transmission assembly further comprises a rotating member and a second return spring;
the rotating part is rotatably arranged in the pull rope fixing seat and is positioned below the pull rope sliding guide part, a third opening is formed in the middle of the rotating part, the pull rope and the first return spring penetrate through the third opening to be connected with the pull rope sliding guide part, the rotating part is provided with rotating guide parts distributed along the circumferential direction of the third opening, and the pull rope sliding guide part is provided with a rotating guide seat matched with the rotating guide parts;
The second reset spring is installed in the pull rope fixing seat, one end of the second reset spring is connected with the rotating piece, the other end of the second reset spring is connected with the bottom of the pull rope fixing seat, and the pull rope and the first reset spring penetrate through the second reset spring.
