Abstract
The invention relates to a hemispherical explosion-proof camera with an easily-adjustable angle, which comprises a sealed shell, wherein inert gas is filled in the sealed shell, a hemispherical camera is arranged at the lower end in the sealed shell, an adjusting turntable is horizontally and rotatably arranged at the upper end in the sealed shell, and a rotary gear is coaxially connected with the upper end of the adjusting turntable; an installation gap exists between the adjusting turntable and the inner top of the sealed shell, and a rack for driving the rotating gear to rotate, a piston assembly for driving the rack to move transversely and a first micro air pump for inflating and deflating the piston assembly are arranged in the installation gap; the lower end of the adjusting rotary disc is connected with a hinge at the top of the camera, the lower end of the adjusting rotary disc is provided with an adjusting air bag positioned above the lens of the camera, and the adjusting air bag is connected with the edge of the upper end of the camera and extrudes the edge position of the camera downwards when being inflated; a second micro air pump for adjusting the inflation and deflation of the air bag is arranged on the adjusting turntable; the structure is very compact and stable, and the safety is high while the electrification standard is met.

Technical Field

Background
The explosion-proof camera is a special security monitoring camera, is usually arranged in a flammable and explosive area, and needs to have a strict electrical standard;

The hemispherical explosion-proof camera with the easily-adjustable angle is characterized in that a limiting sleeve sleeved on the periphery of the adjusting air bag is arranged at the top of the camera.
The angle-adjustable hemispherical explosion-proof camera is characterized in that a positioning rubber wheel for closely positioning the rack is arranged at the inner top of the sealed shell, and the rotating gear and the positioning rubber wheel are respectively positioned at two sides of the rack.
The angle-adjustable hemispherical explosion-proof camera provided by the invention has the advantages that the rack can drive the rotating gear to rotate for one circle at least when moving in a single direction.
The angle-adjustable hemispherical explosion-proof camera is characterized in that a bearing seat which is rotatably connected with the adjusting turntable is arranged on the inner wall of the sealed shell.
The angle-adjustable hemispherical explosion-proof camera is characterized in that the lower part of the sealing shell is hemispherical and concentric with the camera.
The angle-adjustable hemispherical explosion-proof camera comprises a piston assembly, a lens assembly and a lens assembly, wherein the piston assembly comprises a piston sleeve and a piston rod arranged in the piston sleeve; one end of the piston sleeve is hermetically connected with the air outlet end of the first miniature air pump, and the other end of the piston sleeve is provided with a guide sleeve for movably guiding the piston rod; the piston rod is fixedly connected with the rack.

when the rotation adjustment is needed, the first micro air pump 14 is controlled to inflate the piston assembly 13, the driving rack 12 extends out to drive the rotating gear 11 to rotate, and then the adjusting turntable 10 is driven to rotate, and further the hinge 15 drives the camera 2 to perform transverse rotation movement; when the camera needs to be longitudinally rotated and adjusted, the second micro air pump 17 is controlled to inflate the adjusting air bag 16, the adjusting air bag 16 is inflated to extrude the edge of the camera 2, the camera 2 is driven to rotate around the hinge 15, and the longitudinal rotation adjustment of the camera 2 is realized; the structure is very compact and stable, the strength is high, the safety is high, and the weight is light while the electrification standard is met.
Preferably, the top of the camera 2 is provided with a limiting sleeve 20 which is sleeved on the periphery of the adjusting air bag 16; the deformation of the adjusting air bag 16 is conveniently limited in direction, and the adjusting reliability is improved.
Preferably, a positioning rubber wheel for closely positioning the rack 12 is arranged at the inner top of the sealed shell 1, and the rotating gear and the positioning rubber wheel are respectively positioned at two sides of the rack; the meshing reliability of the rack and the rotating gear is guaranteed.
Preferably, the rack 12 can drive the rotating gear 11 to rotate for at least one circle when moving in one direction; can rotate 360 degrees when being convenient for to adjust and rotate.
Preferably, the inner wall of the sealed shell 1 is provided with a bearing seat 18 which is rotatably connected with the adjusting turntable 10; high smooth rotation and small resistance.
Preferably, the lower part of the sealing shell 1 is in a hemispherical shape concentric with the camera 2; the shooting stability during longitudinal rotation is guaranteed.
Preferably, the piston assembly 13 includes a piston sleeve and a piston rod disposed therein; one end of the piston sleeve is hermetically connected with the air outlet end of the first miniature air pump, and the other end of the piston sleeve is provided with a guide sleeve for movably guiding the piston rod; the piston rod is fixedly connected with the rack; reasonable and compact structure and good transmission stability.

Claims (8)
1. The hemispherical explosion-proof camera with the easily-adjustable angle is characterized by comprising a sealed shell filled with inert gas, wherein the lower end of the inside of the sealed shell is provided with the hemispherical camera; an installation gap exists between the adjusting turntable and the inner top of the sealed shell, and a rack for driving the rotating gear to rotate, a piston assembly for driving the rack to move transversely and a first micro air pump for inflating and deflating the piston assembly are arranged in the installation gap; the lower end of the adjusting rotary disc is connected with a hinge for installing the top of the camera, the lower end of the adjusting rotary disc is provided with an adjusting air bag positioned above the lens of the camera, and the adjusting air bag is connected with the edge of the upper end of the camera and downwards extrudes the edge position of the camera when being inflated; and a second micro air pump for inflating and deflating the adjusting air bag is arranged on the adjusting turntable.
2. The hemispherical explosion-proof camera with the easily adjustable angle as claimed in claim 1, wherein a limiting sleeve is arranged at the top of the camera and sleeved on the periphery of the adjusting airbag.

The angle-adjustable hemispherical explosion-proof camera according to claim 1, wherein a positioning rubber wheel for closely positioning the rack is arranged at the inner top of the seal housing, and the rotary gear and the positioning rubber wheel are respectively positioned at two sides of the rack.
