Background
Air cleaners are important accessories in mobile machines for filtering large particles in air. The power supply is widely applied to mining machinery, engineering machinery, heavy trucks and large-scale mobile power supply equipment in severe outdoor environments. The conventional air filter has two main types: the filter type air filter guides air to flow through a metal filter screen or filter paper and the like, and blocks particles and impurities and adheres to a filter element; the filter has the advantages of high filtering efficiency, simple structure, light weight, low cost, convenient maintenance and the like, but has short service life and unreliable work under severe environmental conditions. The other is an oil bath type air filter, which is provided with an engine oil tray at the bottom of the air filter, uses the sharp rotation of the air flow to impact the engine oil, separates particles and impurities and sticks the particles and the impurities in the engine oil, and the splashed engine oil fog drops flow through a filter element along with the air flow and are adhered to the filter element. The air flow can further adsorb impurities when filtering the core, thereby achieving the purpose of filtering. The filter has the advantages of small air inlet resistance, long service life and the like, can adapt to dusty and sandy working environment, but has lower filtering efficiency, large weight, high cost, inconvenient maintenance and gradual elimination.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a centrifugal air filter, which realizes effective separation of air and particles, can adapt to dusty and sandy working environment, can be used as a front-stage filter in combination with a filter type air filter and an oil bath type air filter, and greatly prolongs the service life of the filter on the basis of improving the filtering efficiency.

the invention provides a centrifugal air filter which comprises a shell, wherein a plurality of medium inlet holes are formed in the side wall of the shell, a plurality of centrifugal filtering pipelines are arranged in the shell, the upper ends of the centrifugal filtering pipelines are gas outlets, and the lower ends of the centrifugal filtering pipelines are particle outlets.
Preferably, the plurality of medium inlet holes are uniformly arranged on the shell close to the gas outlet along the axial direction and the circumferential direction of the shell, and the medium inlet holes are in a diamond shape.
Preferably, the centrifugal filtration pipeline is including filtering the tubule and filtering the thick pipe, the lower extreme of filtering the tubule stretches into extremely in the filtration thick pipe, the upper end of filtering the tubule does the gas outlet, the lower extreme of filtering the tubule is gas inlet, the lower extreme of filtering the thick pipe does the granule export, filter the tubule with be provided with a plurality of stator between the filtration thick pipe.
Preferably, the stator is the axial-flow type stator, the stator is followed the outer wall of filtering the tubule is evenly laid.
Preferably, the particle outlet is in the shape of an inverted cone.
Preferably, a front end cover is arranged at one end of the shell, a first through hole is formed in the front end cover, and the upper end of the centrifugal filtering pipeline penetrates through the first through hole and is in sealing connection with the front end cover.
Preferably, one end of the shell is provided with a rear end cover, the rear end cover is provided with a second through hole, and the lower end of the centrifugal filter pipeline penetrates through the second through hole and is in sealing connection with the rear end cover.
Preferably, a plurality of centrifugal filtering pipelines are arranged in a plum blossom shape.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following technical effects:
when the centrifugal separation device is used, a medium (a mixture of air and particles) enters the shell through the medium inlet hole, the particles are rotated along with the air by centrifugal force under the action of the centrifugal filtering pipeline, the particles are separated from an air flow, the air is discharged through the gas outlet at the upper end because the density of the particles is higher than that of the air, and the particles are discharged through the particle outlet at the lower end, so that the separation of the air and the particles is realized. The invention can adapt to dusty and sandy working environment, can be used in combination with a filter type air filter and an oil bath type air filter as a front-stage filter, and greatly prolongs the service life of the filter on the basis of improving the filtering efficiency. The invention has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, high filtering efficiency, convenient maintenance, suitability for dusty and sandy working environment and long service life.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without inventive effort based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 1-8: the embodiment provides a centrifugal air filter, which comprises a shell 3, wherein a plurality of medium inlet holes 9 are formed in the side wall of the shell 3, a plurality of centrifugal filter pipelines are arranged in the shell 3, the upper ends of the centrifugal filter pipelines are gas outlets 10, and the lower ends of the centrifugal filter pipelines are particle outlets 6. In use in this embodiment, the media (mixture of air and particles) enters the housing 3 through the media inlet port 9, the particles are separated from the air stream by centrifugal force causing the particles to rotate with the air under the action of the centrifugal filter tube, the air is discharged through the gas outlet 10 at the upper end and the particles are discharged through the particle outlet 6 at the lower end, thereby achieving separation of the air from the particles.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the plurality of centrifugal filter pipes are arranged in a quincuncial pattern, and the number of the centrifugal filter pipes is determined by the air intake amount of the engine.
In this embodiment, the plurality of medium inlet holes 9 are uniformly arranged on the casing 3 near the gas outlet 10 along the axial direction and the circumferential direction of the casing 3, the medium inlet holes 9 of this embodiment are arranged in 29 rows in the axial direction of the casing 3, each row is arranged in 72 rows along the circumferential direction of the casing 3, and the medium inlet holes 9 are rhombic and have a side length of 5 mm.
In this embodiment, the centrifugal filtration pipeline is including filtering tubule 2 and filtering thick pipe 4, filters tubule 2 and filters thick pipe 4 and is the hollow tube, and the lower extreme that filters tubule 2 stretches into to filtering thick pipe 4 in, and the upper end that filters tubule 2 is gas outlet 10, and the lower extreme that filters tubule 2 is gas inlet 7, and the lower extreme that filters thick pipe 4 is granule export 6, filters tubule 2 and filters and is provided with a plurality of stator 8 between the thick pipe 4.
In this embodiment, the guide vanes 8 are axial flow guide vanes, 6 to 8 guide vanes 8 are uniformly arranged along the outer wall of the filter tubule 2, and each guide vane 8 is located on the same circumference.
In this embodiment, the particle outlet 6 is an inverted cone, which facilitates the discharge of particles.
In this embodiment, one end of the casing 3 is provided with the front end cover 1, the front end cover 1 is connected with the casing 3 in a sealing manner, the front end cover 1 is provided with a first through hole, the upper end of the centrifugal filter pipeline passes through the first through hole and is connected with the front end cover 1 in a sealing manner, and the gas outlet 10 is located above the front end cover 1.
In this embodiment, one end of the housing 3 is provided with the rear end cap 5, the rear end cap 5 is connected to the housing 3 in a sealing manner, the rear end cap 5 is provided with a second through hole, the lower end of the centrifugal filter pipeline penetrates through the second through hole and is connected to the rear end cap 5 in a sealing manner, and the particle outlet 6 is located below the rear end cap 5.
When the air-suction type air-suction filter is used, the front end cover 1 is connected with an engine, the rear end cover 5 is communicated with the outside, negative pressure is generated in the air suction process of the engine, a medium (a mixture of air and particles) enters the space between the shell 3 and the filter tubule 2 through the medium inlet hole 9, the medium enters the process of the filter tubule 4 downwards, the axial flow type guide vane generates vortex, the particles rotate along with the air under the action of centrifugal force, the particles are separated from air flow, the density of the particles is greater than that of the air, the air passes through the guide vane 8, the negative pressure is sucked into the filter tubule 2 through the air inlet 7 and is discharged into the engine through the air outlet 10 at the upper end of the filter tubule 2, the particles are discharged through the particle outlet 6 at the lower end of the filter tubule 4, and the separation of the air and the particles is realized. The embodiment can adapt to the working environment with dustiness and sand, can be used in combination with a filtering type air filter and an oil bath type air filter as a front-stage filter, and greatly prolongs the service life of the filter on the basis of improving the filtering efficiency. Compared with the prior art, the dust-removing filter has the advantages of compact and simple structure, low cost, high filtering efficiency, convenience in maintenance, capability of adapting to a dusty and sandy working environment and long service life.
