Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of detergents, in particular to a quick-drying additive composition for fabrics and a fabric detergent containing the same.
Background
In fabric treatment, washing-dewatering-drying is a very common procedure. For example, in a household washing process, the fabric needs to be dried after being dehydrated, a heating drying mode consumes a large amount of energy, and a hanging drying mode consumes a large amount of time of consumers, especially in a high-humidity environment in a plum rain season. In a humid environment, the fabric is also easy to breed bacteria/mould, and the health of the clothes is affected. The drying time of the fabric is shortened, energy conservation and carbon reduction can be realized, the production efficiency is improved, the fabric is applied to washing products, the life quality of consumers can be improved, and the fabric has social effects and market demands. Many factors influence the drying speed of the fabric, but researches show that the liquid carrying rate of the dehydrated fabric has great influence on the drying time of the fabric. The lower the liquid pick-up, the shorter the relative drying time.
Patent CN 103764811A proposes that the use of a catalyst comprises N- (-CH)2-CH(OH)-CH2-Cl)2The drying time of the fabric can be reduced by washing the fabric at least 3 times with a composition of a linear polyether polymer having a terminal weight average molecular weight of less than 5000 to deposit the linear polyether polymer on the fabric. However, the composition needs to be effective after accumulation treatment, has low efficiency, and has poor biodegradability of beneficial components, which is not beneficial to environmental protection. Moreover, the composition is used as a fabric softener, and a using process is required to be added. Therefore, there is a market demand for washing laundry directly using a detergent and obtaining an effect of shortening a drying time of the fabric.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a fabric quick-drying additive composition and a fabric detergent containing the same, wherein microcrystalline cellulose with a specific specification is suspended and dispersed in a system, the microcrystalline cellulose is conveniently added into various products, and the microcrystalline cellulose is deposited on the surface of the fabric in the treatment process, so that the liquid carrying rate of the fabric after dehydration can be obviously reduced, the drying time is further shortened, and the quick-drying effect is realized.
The specific technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
in a first aspect, the invention provides a fabric quick-drying additive composition, which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 10-20% of microcrystalline cellulose, 0.1-5% of dispersion stabilizer and 1-10% of surfactant; the balance being water.
The wet pick-up of the treated fabric is a key factor affecting the drying time. Therefore, the liquid carrying rate of the fabric is reduced, and the drying time of the fabric can be obviously shortened. The invention further discovers in the research process that: the use of microcrystalline cellulose of a particular specification significantly reduces the liquid pick-up of the fabric during the laundering process. The general principle is as follows: in the rinsing process, the microcrystalline cellulose is deposited on the fabric, so that the hydrophobicity of the fabric is increased, the adsorption and combination capacity of the fabric to water is weakened, the liquid carrying rate of the fabric after dehydration is reduced, meanwhile, in the airing or drying link, the acting force of the fabric and the water is weak, the moisture is more easily volatilized, and the drying time is further shortened.
However, microcrystalline cellulose is a highly ordered crystalline structure, and the interior thereof forms a strong acting force under the action of hydrogen bonds, so that the microcrystalline cellulose is difficult to dissolve in an aqueous solution, and is easy to settle under the action of gravity when directly added due to large particle size. Therefore, the microcrystalline cellulose is stably dispersed into the system by screening and using the proper dispersion stabilizer, so that the microcrystalline cellulose is endowed with good use convenience; the finally obtained fabric quick-drying additive composition has good stability and fluidity, can be conveniently added into products in various forms, and endows the products with quick-drying effect. For example, the addition of the fabric quick-drying additive composition to a fabric detergent can significantly reduce the liquid carrying rate of the fabric during the washing process and shorten the drying time.
Preferably, the microcrystalline cellulose is cellulose I type, the average particle size is 10-100 μm, the crystallinity is 55-85%, and the degree of polymerization is 100-250.
More preferably, the microcrystalline cellulose has an average particle size of 30 to 80 μm, a crystallinity of 60 to 80%, and a degree of polymerization of 150-225.
The invention group finds that the microcrystalline cellulose with any specification can not obtain ideal effect, and experiments show that the size of the microcrystalline cellulose has great influence on the quick-drying effect, and the quick-drying effect is more obvious only when the microcrystalline cellulose is within the specific size range. Microcrystalline cellulose which is not within the specified specification range has little or no quick-drying effect (even has adverse effects, see the detailed description) and may be dependent on deposition, film-forming, hydrophobing and other factors.
Preferably, the dispersion stabilizer is one or more of a hydrophobically modified polyacrylate polymer, a hydrophobically modified polyurethane polymer, a polyamide wax, a polyacrylic polymer, a polyester polyether polymer, and xanthan gum.
The dispersion stabilizer can form a three-dimensional grid structure in a system through interaction among various molecules such as hydrophobic chain entanglement, hydrogen bonds, secondary acting force and the like, and plays a role in suspension and sedimentation prevention on microcrystalline cellulose particles.
Preferably, the surfactant is one or more of hydrogenated castor oil polyoxyethylene ether, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, alkyl glycoside, polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene block polyether and polyoxyethylene sorbitan.
Preferably, the composition has a yield stress value of not less than 0.5Pa at 25 ℃.
Microcrystalline cellulose is water insoluble particles, so a certain yield stress needs to be maintained in the system to ensure that the microcrystalline cellulose can be well suspended and stabilized in the system. If the yield stress value of the system is too small, the microcrystalline cellulose will settle out.
In a second aspect, the present invention provides a method for preparing the above composition, comprising the steps of: dissolving the dispersion stabilizer and the surfactant with a proper amount of water, adding microcrystalline cellulose, stirring uniformly, and then adjusting the pH value of the system to be between 5.0 and 9.0.
In a third aspect, the present invention provides the use of the above composition: the composition can be used in combination with a detergent directly, or added into a liquid detergent, or embedded in a multi-cavity laundry bead, or directly mixed with laundry powder slurry and then sprayed to granulate.
In a fourth aspect, the invention provides a fabric detergent containing the composition, wherein the composition accounts for 1-10% of the fabric detergent by mass, and the fabric detergent comprises at least one base surfactant except the surfactant in the composition, and the base surfactant is one or more of an anionic surfactant, a nonionic surfactant and a zwitterionic surfactant.
The team of the invention finds that the detergent can have quick drying effect only by adding at least 1% of the fabric quick-drying additive composition with microcrystalline cellulose with a specific specification into the detergent, and the effect is gradually obvious with the increase of the additive amount, but also gradually reaches a platform.
Preferably, the fabric detergent further comprises a detergency builder selected from one or more of perfumes, enzyme preparations, polymers, opacifiers, salts, brighteners, preservatives, chelants and pigments.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following technical effects: the invention can obviously reduce the liquid carrying rate of the fabric in the washing process by using the microcrystalline cellulose with a specific specification; meanwhile, the microcrystalline cellulose is stably dispersed into the system by using a proper dispersion stabilizer, so that the microcrystalline cellulose is endowed with good use convenience; the finally obtained fabric quick-drying additive composition has good stability and fluidity, can be conveniently added into products in various forms, and endows the products with quick-drying effect.

Examples 1-6 were prepared as follows: dissolving the dispersion stabilizer and the surfactant with a proper amount of water, adding microcrystalline cellulose, stirring uniformly, and then adjusting the pH value of the system to 7.5 +/-0.3.
Examples 1 to 6 | |
Hydrophobically modified polyacrylate polymers | 0.5 |

The yield stress of the fabric fast drying additive composition was measured at 25 ℃ using a rheometer with the conditions: 50mm vertebral plate, angle 1 degree, measuring interval 98 μm, keeping temperature for two minutes, and shear rate range 0.01-1000s-1. The yield stress value of the additive composition is 1.5 +/-0.2 Pa.
The stability of the fabric fast drying additive composition proceeds as follows: the composition is placed in a thermostat with the temperature of 45 +/-2 ℃ for 24 hours, taken out and restored to the room temperature for observation.
The results show that the compositions of examples 1-6 all have good stability, and the system does not precipitate and separate.
The fabric fast dry additive compositions were prepared in the following proportions, namely examples 7-15:
from the above results, it can be seen that when the content of microcrystalline cellulose in the fabric quick-drying additive composition exceeds 20%, the system has no flowability, and the use effect of the system is greatly influenced. When the yield stress value of the system is less than 0.5Pa, the stability of the system is poor, and the microcrystalline cellulose can be precipitated and separated out under the high-temperature condition.
The fast drying effect of the fabric fast drying additive composition in a detergent was determined using the following method:
1. with a hardness of 250ppm (Ca)2+∶Mg2+3: 2) of hard water to prepare 1000ml of a 0.2% detergent, and put a cloth sample (W by weight)0) And washing the mixture for 20min at 30 ℃ and 75rpm in a vertical decontamination machine.
2. 1000ml of a material having a hardness of 250ppm (Ca)2+∶Mg2+3: 2) hard water rinse 3 times.
3. Dewatering with a drum washing machine at 1000rmp for 7 min.
4. The dehydrated fabric of step 3 is weighed (by weight W)1) Calculating the liquid carrying rate of the fabric, drying at the humidity of 70-80% and the temperature of 25 +/-1 ℃, weighing the weight of the fabric at intervals, converting the weight into the real-time liquid carrying rate of the fabric, and calculating the drying time by taking 8% as a drying end point.
The liquid carrying rate calculation formula is as follows: liquid carrying rate ═ W1-W0)/W0×100%。
Evaluation of fast drying Effect of fabric fast drying additive compositions in powder detergents evaluated according to the above method, the powder detergents used were as follows:
the fast drying results for each group were as follows:

The fast drying results for each group were as follows:
liquid carrying rate | Drying time
Test example 7 (containing the composition of example 1) | 182% | 180min |
Test example 8 (containing the composition of example 2) | 178% | 176min |

Test example 12 (containing the composition of example 6) | 208% | 215min |
Comparative example 2 | 201% | 208min |
From the above results, it can be seen that: only the fabric quick-drying additive composition (examples 1-4) added with microcrystalline cellulose with specific specifications can enable the detergent to have obvious quick drying effect, and when the fabric quick-drying additive composition is added into a powdery detergent or a liquid detergent, the liquid carrying rate of the fabric after washing and dehydration is obviously reduced, and the drying time is obviously shortened; however, if the particle size and crystallinity of the microcrystalline cellulose are not within the specific ranges (the particle size in example 5 is large, and the crystallinity in example 6 is low), the effect of quick drying is hardly obtained.
Example 3 the quick drying performance of fabric washing was evaluated at various levels of addition to the liquid detergent as follows:
the quick drying results were as follows:
liquid carrying rate | Drying time
Test example 13 | 190% | 189min |
Test example 14 | 185% | 183min |
Test example 15 | 173% | 174min |
Test example 16 | 171% | 168min |
Comparative example 2 | 201% | 208min |
From the above results, it can be seen that the addition of at least 1% of a fabric fast drying additive composition having microcrystalline cellulose of a specific specification to a detergent provides a fast drying effect to the detergent, and the effect becomes more pronounced with increasing amounts of the additive, but gradually reaches a plateau.
The raw materials and equipment used in the invention are common raw materials and equipment in the field if not specified; the methods used in the present invention are conventional in the art unless otherwise specified.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention, and all simple modifications, alterations and equivalents of the above embodiments according to the technical spirit of the present invention are still within the protection scope of the technical solution of the present invention.
