Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cigarette packaging, in particular to an automatic cleaning device for a drying turret of a FOCKE type tobacco packaging machine and a using method thereof.
Background
The ZB418 type packaging machine is a new generation of double aluminum-wrapped hard-box cigarette packaging machine which is independently developed by Shanghai cigarette machine company after the introduction of the German FOCKE packaging machine technology from Chinese tobacco general company and the digestion and absorption technology. The trademark paper packing is one of the important steps for cigarette packet forming, and the packing process comprises the following steps: 1. and the eight-station packaging turret completes most of trademark paper packaging in the clockwise intermittent rotation process. 2. And gluing two side wings of the label paper package. 3. And finally folding and forming. 4. The tobacco bale vertically enters a tobacco bale drying turret, and 68 mould boxes for storing the tobacco bale are arranged on the drying turret; and the tobacco bale is intermittently rotated anticlockwise through 68 stations of the rotating tower, and the final shaping and drying of the tobacco bale after the glue is coated are finished. Then the tobacco bale enters the next packaging procedure.
With the high speed operation of the equipment, a small amount of glue on the two side wings of the cigarette packet is thrown out or extruded out, and the extruded glue can be attached to the inner surface of 68 mould boxes for storing the cigarette packet on the drying rotary tower of the packing machine to form glue scale. When the equipment is operated, a small amount of glue scale is accumulated, and the product quality defects and equipment faults such as scratches on two side wings of the cigarette packet, folding and dislocation of the two side wings of the cigarette packet, conveying and blocking of the cigarette packet and the like can be caused.
Therefore, during routine work, the equipment operator is required to clean the glue deposits on the inner surfaces of the 68 mould boxes storing the cigarette packs of the equipment drying turret during the pre-shift maintenance time and the process maintenance time. Operators currently clean 68 mould box rubber scales for storing cigarette packets by using small hooks and wet cloth made of waste saw blades, and then blow off the falling rubber scales by using high-pressure air. The process takes more than 20 minutes, but the cleaning is not clean enough and thorough; the blown-off glue scale can cause secondary pollution to the equipment; meanwhile, the small hook causes the damage of the die box coating of the drying turret of the equipment, the damage of the drying turret is caused, and the damaged drying turret is easier to retain the glue dirt. In order to prevent defective products from flowing into the market, people are sent to check at the cigarette packet outlet of an ink-jet printer at present, and the condition of missing detection exists; we have devised an automatic cleaning device for a drying turret of a FOCKE type tobacco packaging machine and a method of use thereof to overcome the above disadvantages.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing an automatic cleaning device for a drying turret of a FOCKE type tobacco packaging machine and a using method thereof; the problem of glue scale of the cigarette packet mould box is solved;
in order to solve the problems, the invention adopts the following technical proposal,
an automatic cleaning device for a drying turret of a FOCKE type tobacco packaging machine comprises a drying turret die box and a moving frame capable of moving along the axial direction of the drying turret die box; comprises a glue removing brush arranged on a movable frame; when the drying brick tower mold box is cleaned, the glue removing brush axially reciprocates along the drying rotary tower mold box; the glue removing brush comprises a brush body fixedly connected with the movable frame and bristles fixedly connected with the brush body; the cross section of the brush body is quadrilateral; the cross-sectional shape of the brush body is matched with that of the drying turret die box. The four surfaces of the brush body corresponding to the drying turret die box are provided with brush holes, and the bristles are connected with the brush body through the brush holes.
Further, the bristles are cylindrical, the diameter of each bristle is 0.2mm, and the bristles are made of nylon 612.
The material components of the bristles are 96% of nylon 612 and 4% of silicon carbide.
Furthermore, the device also comprises a dust removal device and an air supply pipe. The dust removal device comprises a dust removal base fixedly connected with the movable frame, a telescopic corrugated pipe with one end fixedly connected with the dust removal base, a dust remover, a dust removal plate and a telescopic rod, wherein the dust remover is communicated with the side wall of one end, close to the dust removal base, of the corrugated pipe; the other end of the telescopic rod is abutted against the end face of the drying turret die box; the dust removing plate is provided with a guide sleeve, and the guide sleeve is connected with the telescopic rod in a sliding manner; the dust removing plate is abutted against the end face of the drying turret die box; and the end face of the drying brick tower, which is opposite to the dust removing plate, is provided with an air supply pipe, the air supply pipe is communicated with the drying brick tower mold box, and the air supply pipe is communicated with compressed air.
A magnet is arranged on one surface of the dust removing plate, which is abutted to the drying turret die box; the dust removing plate is tightly attached to the end face of the drying turret die box through the magnetic force of the magnet.
Further, an automatic cleaning device for a drying rotary tower of a FOCKE type tobacco packaging machine is used as follows:
and starting the drying turret, starting the dust remover, reciprocating the rubber removing brush on the moving frame in the drying turret die box, cleaning the rubber on the side wall of the drying turret die box, and blowing the rubber powder into the dust remover by compressed air of the air supply pipe.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. through the reciprocating motion of the arranged glue removing brush; the rubber scale in the drying turret die box can be cleaned;
2. the rubber scale can be cleaned through the arranged bristles; the bristles are made of 96% of nylon 612 and 4% of silicon carbide; the bristles made of the nylon 612 material have the characteristics of firmness, recoverability and wear resistance; after the silicon carbide particles are added, the wear resistance is improved by more than 3 times, so that the bristles do not need to be frequently replaced;
3, arranging a dust removal device and an air supply pipe; the compressed air of the blast pipe sweeps the rubber scale removed by the rubber removing brush into the dust remover, so that secondary pollution of the rubber scale to equipment is avoided; through setting up the telescopic link has the direction function, avoids scalable bellows when using, because do not lead to and remove the gluey brush and interfere.

Example 1
As shown in fig. 4-5; the drying turret of the FOCKE type tobacco packaging machine comprises a drying turret die box 1 and a moving frame 2 which are arranged on a drying brick tower; in normal times, the cigarette case coated with glue is put into a drying turret die box 1 for drying, and after drying is finished, the dried cigarette case is pushed out by adopting a push rod on a movable frame 2;
as shown in fig. 1-3; an automatic cleaning device for a drying turret of a FOCKE type tobacco packaging machine comprises a glue removing brush 3 arranged on a movable frame 2; when the rubber scale in the dry brick tower mold box 1 needs to be cleaned, the push rod on the movable frame 2 is disassembled, and the rubber removing brush 3 is installed; the rubber removing brush 3 is driven by the moving frame 2 to reciprocate in the drying brick tower mould box 1 to clean rubber scale.
The glue removing brush 3 comprises a brush body 30 fixedly connected with the movable frame 2 and bristles 31 fixedly connected with the brush body 30; the cross section of the brush body 30 is quadrilateral; the cross-sectional shape of the brush body 30 is similar to that of the drying turret die box 1. Four surfaces of the brush body 30 corresponding to the drying turret die box 1 are provided with brush holes 32, and the brush bristles 31 are connected to the brush body 30 through the brush holes 32.
The bristles 31 are cylindrical, the diameter of each bristle 31 is 0.2mm, and the bristles 31 are made of nylon 612.
The material components of the bristles 31 are 96% of nylon 612 and 4% of silicon carbide.
Also comprises a dust removing device 4 and an air supply pipe 6. The dust removing device 4 comprises a dust removing base 40 fixedly connected with the moving frame 2, a telescopic corrugated pipe 41 with one end fixedly connected with the dust removing base 40, a dust remover 5 with one end communicated with the side wall of the corrugated pipe 41 close to one end of the dust removing base 40, a dust removing plate 44 fixedly connected with the other end of the corrugated pipe 41 and a telescopic rod 42 with one end fixedly connected with the dust removing base 40; the other end of the telescopic rod 42 is abutted against the end face of the drying turret die box 1; the dust removing plate 44 is provided with a guide sleeve 43, and the guide sleeve 43 is connected with the telescopic rod 42 in a sliding manner; the dust removing plate 44 abuts against the end face of the drying turret die box 1.
A magnet is arranged on one surface of the dust removing plate 44, which is abutted to the drying turret die box 1; the dust removing plate 44 is closely attached to the end surface of the drying turret die box 1 by the magnetic force of the magnet.
The bristles 31 are made of nylon materials, the nylon 6 is a common material for making the bristles, and the nylon 6 has good recovery, temperature resistance and wear resistance. The wool is widely used on various brush finished products, and is common wool on various brushes in the market. Nylon 66(PA 66): compared with nylon 6, nylon 66 has better hardness, restorability and wear resistance at the same wire diameter, and can resist temperature up to 150 ℃. Nylon 612(PA 612): nylon 612 is a relatively high quality nylon yarn with low water absorption and better recovery and abrasion resistance than nylon 66. In addition, nylon 612 has the characteristics of mildew resistance, bacteria resistance and the like, and the brush wheel, the brush strip and the like made of the nylon 612 are often applied to food, medical treatment and electronic related industries. The above is a common type of nylon, and the present embodiment uses nylon 612 with relatively good performance.
A use method of an automatic cleaning device of a FOCKE type tobacco packaging machine drying rotary tower comprises the following steps:
the device is well installed, the drying turret is started, the dust remover 5 and compressed air of the blast pipe 6 are started, the rubber removing brush 3 on the moving frame 2 reciprocates in the first drying turret die box 1, rubber dirt on the side wall of the drying turret die box 1 is cleaned, and the compressed air of the blast pipe 6 is used for blowing the rubber powder into the dust remover;

the bristles 31 made of the nylon 612 are found in the using process of the bristles 31, the service life is short, the bristles 31 become thin and cannot be used continuously after about 500 times of use, in order to prolong the service life of the bristles 31, a customs team customizes the bristles containing silicon carbide from manufacturers of the nylon 612, and repeated tests show that the bristles have 4% of silicon carbide content, good wear resistance and no reduction of the toughness of the bristles; if the silicon carbide content exceeds 6%, the bristles become almost non-flexible and the bristles are easily broken; therefore, the silicon carbide content of the brush hair 31 is determined to be 4%, and long-term observation shows that the service life of the brush hair can reach 3000 times and the brush hair has good economic benefit; meanwhile, the descaling production efficiency is also improved.
