Background
Unmanned self-service equipment (or self-service retail cabinets, vending machines, self-service cabinets, vending machine rending machines and the like) has the characteristics of working for 24 hours, convenience in use, wide application range and the like, is more and more popular with merchants, and a large number of merchants put in goods in communities, markets, office places, tourist attractions and the like.
At present, common self-service vending equipment in the market is as follows:
1. snakelike goods way machine: snakelike goods way machine is also called S shape goods way, this is the high-end vending machine of selling bottled drink usefulness specially, S shape is piled up goods way material technical requirement height, generally all be high-quality galvanized steel sheet through high accuracy laser cutting process, the cost is than higher, the advantage is that the storage goods volume is big (the beverage 500 bottles can be placed to the majority condition more than), space utilization is high, the heat insulating ability is good, the benefit goods is simple etc. the weak point is that the commodity limitation of selling is great, only can sell bottled drink, can't be applicable to selling of bulky goods.
2. Spring machine, track machine: spring machine: the most applied models on the market at present have various types of marketable commodities, such as various common snacks, daily necessities, noodles with bubbles and the like, and the spring capacity of the motor position on each pallet can be automatically adjusted according to the shape of a sold product, so that bottled beverages can be sold, but the bottled beverages are in risk of being blocked. The crawler machine comprises: the springs are changed into the crawler belt for shipment, the types of sold commodities are prone to being fragile and falling-proof or packing larger products such as eggs, boxed meals, grain and oil and the like, and the crawler belt machine is high in cost and high in price. The number of the spring machines and the belt conveyors (generally more than 40) is equal to the number of the motors, so that a control system is complex.
3. An elevator: the basic principle of the vending machine with the lifting platform is also a spring or a crawler cargo channel.
4. Grid cabinet with multiple doors: the vending machine can sell various commodities with large sizes or irregular shapes, the size of the grids is consistent, the machine can be large or small, the throwing and the transportation are flexible, and the goods can hardly be jammed due to a simple goods delivery mode, but the space utilization rate is limited.
5. The door-opening self-taking cabinet is a novel automatic vending device, is different from the mode that the vending device sells goods and the quantity of the goods is fixed, and provides a large free selection space for users, so that the users can decide the purchase type and quantity according to the seen and sensed product characteristics, and settle accounts according to the type and quantity of the taken goods after closing the door; the common mode of opening the door and getting the cabinet certainly is the gravity-feed tank, calculates through gravity sensor before opening the door and the weight difference after closing the door and calculates and sell the quantity, also has the mode through pasting RFDI label or through camera intelligent judgement on commodity, or the combination of above mode, and it is higher to the judgement algorithm requirement of selling kind and quantity, appears judging the mistake easily, has the risk that miscalculation (to user and trade company) or article are lost (to trade company).
The self-service vending equipment is difficult to be suitable for self-service vending of large and heavy objects, or difficult to realize continuous vending, or high in system complexity.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the embodiment of the present application provides a powerless self-service vending equipment, and a main object is to provide a novel powerless self-service vending equipment suitable for practicality.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the embodiments of the present application mainly provide the following technical solutions:

and the goods settlement part is electrically connected with the control end of the first goods taking device.
The purpose and the technical problem to be solved by the embodiments of the present application can be further achieved by the following technical measures.
Optionally, in the unpowered self-service vending apparatus, the elastic component is a component which generates a thickness dimension variation of the goods to be sold by increasing the weight of the goods to be sold on each layer.
Optionally, aforementioned unpowered self-service vending equipment, wherein elastomeric element is the extension spring, the extension spring is connected respectively main body frame and first year goods support body under the tensile force effect of extension spring, will stack in the top layer of first year goods support body is waited to sell the goods and is maintained main body frame's first goods district of getting.

receiving a water purchasing instruction of a user, and opening a goods taking door of the first goods taking device according to the water purchasing instruction;
receiving a closing signal of a goods taking door of the first goods taking device, and identifying the quantity of goods reduced from the opening period to the closing period of the first goods carrying frame body according to the closing signal;
the user is settled based on the reduced quantity of the items.

in the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the scheme, the main body frame and the first goods carrying frame body are connected by utilizing the linear elastic component, the elasticity of the elastic component meets the requirement that after goods to be sold on the top layer stacked on the first goods carrying frame body are maintained in the first goods taking area of the main body frame, namely, after the goods to be sold on the top layer are taken out by a user in the process of purchasing the goods, the goods to be sold under the goods to be sold on the top layer can automatically rise to the top layer under the action of the elastic component, so that the user can continuously take out all the goods to be sold stacked on the first goods carrying frame body from the first goods taking area under the condition of unpowered carrying of the goods to be sold, compared with the prior art, the unpowered self-service equipment has the advantages of very simplified structure, low cost (manufacturing cost, transportation cost and use cost), no power and low fault rate, the waiting time during selling is shortest, and the goods are in the first goods taking area, a plurality of commodities can be taken out continuously without waiting in the middle. Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
It is to be noted that, unless otherwise specified, technical or scientific terms used herein shall have the ordinary meaning as understood by those skilled in the art to which this application belongs.
In the prior art, most self-service vending machines are controlled by one or more motors, are provided with complex transmission mechanisms and software control, and adopt accurate position control, so that the self-service vending equipment has high cost, high failure rate and complex production and maintenance. The existing control mode of the unpowered door-opening self-taking cabinet has high requirements on a sensor and a software algorithm, is greatly influenced by the installation environment (if the camera mode has high requirements on light rays and is not shielded), and has high production and manufacturing cost. The unpowered grid cabinet has the advantages of low utilization rate of grid space, low replenishment efficiency and inconvenience for purchasing a plurality of similar commodities at one time. Most of the existing self-service vending equipment can sell articles with lighter weight, and are not suitable for selling large-package daily necessities for household daily consumption, such as household package water, boxed milk, large-package rice, large-package noodles, boxed beverages and the like, and the single weight of the articles is generally more than 3 kilograms; most of the existing self-service vending equipment is not suitable for selling articles with unfixed shapes.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, an embodiment of the unpowered self-service device provided in the present application is shown, and referring to fig. 1 to 4, an embodiment of the present application provides a unpowered self-service device including:
the goods taking device comprises a main body frame 10 and a goods taking device, wherein the main body frame is provided with a first goods taking area 11 for a user to take goods, and the first goods taking area 11 is provided with a first goods taking device;
a first carrier body 20 for stacking a plurality of layers of goods 500 for sale in a stacked manner;
at least one linear elastic member 30 respectively connected to the main body frame 10 and the first carrier body 20, wherein a length of the elastic member 30 linearly varies with a weight of the items to be sold stacked in the first carrier body 20, and the top layer of the items to be sold stacked in the first carrier body 20 is maintained at the first pick-up area 11 of the main body frame 10 by an elastic force of the elastic member 30;
and the goods settlement part is electrically connected with the control end of the first goods taking device.
In the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the main body frame 10 and the first goods carrying frame 20 are connected by the linear elastic member 30, the elasticity of the elastic member 30 is such that the top-layer goods to be sold stacked on the first goods carrying frame 20 are maintained in the first goods taking area 11 of the main body frame 10, that is, after the top-layer goods to be sold are taken out by the user during the goods purchase, the goods to be sold under the top-layer goods to be sold will rise to the top layer by self under the action of the elastic member 30, so that the user can continuously take out all the goods to be sold stacked on the first goods carrying frame 20 from the first goods taking area 11 under the condition of unpowered transporting the goods to be sold, compared with the prior art, the structure of the unpowered self-service equipment is very simplified, the cost is low (manufacturing cost, transportation cost, use cost), no power is provided, the failure rate is low, and the waiting time for selling is shortest, the articles themselves are in the first pick-up area 11 and a plurality of articles can be picked up in succession without waiting in between. It is suitable for domestic water, milk, rice, flour and beverage, and has wide application range.
The main body frame 10 is provided with a first goods storage area communicated with the first goods taking area 11, the first goods taking area 11 and the first goods storage area are arranged up and down, and the height of the first goods taking area 11 can be 0.7-1.5 m, so that the human engineering is met, and the use of most people is facilitated. I.e. the first pick-up area 11 is located above the first storage area, and the first carrier bodies 20 are located in the first storage area. The first goods taking area 11 is provided with a first goods taking device which is a goods door, and the goods door opens the goods door after receiving a door opening instruction of the goods settlement part. The user can take the top layer of the goods for sale by himself from the first goods taking area 11 and thereafter close the goods door. The goods settlement part settles the fee for the user after receiving the signal of closing the goods door.
Wherein, the multilayer goods for sale stacked on the first goods carrying shelf body 20 are stacked, after the goods for sale are fully stacked on the first goods carrying shelf body 20, under the elastic force of the elastic component, the bottom area of the goods for sale on the top layer is maintained at the bottom area of the goods taking opening of the first goods taking area of the main body frame.
Each layer of goods for sale can be one, and the height of the goods taking opening of the first goods taking area 11 can be more than or equal to the thickness of the goods for sale. Each layer of goods to be sold can be 2, the height of the goods taking opening of the first goods taking area 11 can be more than or equal to 1.5 times the thickness of the goods to be sold, when a user takes away one goods to be sold from the top layer, the rest goods to be sold on the top layer can rise by 0.5 times the thickness of the goods to be sold, and the top of the rest goods to be sold rises to the top area of the goods taking opening of the first goods taking area 11, so that the user can still take away the rest goods to be sold on the top layer from the goods taking opening of the first goods taking area 11. Or more than 2 goods for sale per layer, depending on the size of the goods for sale and the size of the first carrier body 20. In practice, each layer of the goods to be sold is n, then the height of the goods taking port of the first goods taking area 11 can be greater than or equal to (2n-1)/n thickness of the goods to be sold, when the user takes one goods to be sold from the top layer, the remaining goods to be sold on the top layer can rise by 1/n times the height of the thickness of the goods to be sold, and n is a positive integer greater than or equal to 1.
The first carrier body 20 may be a frame structure, the front side of which is open, and goods may be stacked in the frame structure from the opening layer of the front side. The main body frame 10 is provided with a first storage area communicated with the first goods taking area 11, the first storage area is provided with a vertical sliding rail, and the first goods carrying frame body 20 is slidably arranged on the sliding rail, so that a stable lifting guiding effect is realized.
The elastic member 30 may be a spring, and within the elastic limit, the greater the force applied to the spring, the greater the amount of deformation, and the amount of elongation of the spring is proportional to the tension applied to the spring. The spring force of the spring is matched to the weight of the goods to be sold in the matching process.
For example, the characteristics and the number of the springs are adjusted so that the weight of the sold goods and the height of the sold goods are in a relatively fixed proportional relationship, for example, the weight of the goods is 8 kilograms, and the height of the goods when the goods are stacked is 80mm, the characteristics and the number of the springs are adjusted so that more (less) springs are pulled up by 80mm for each time when one goods (8 kilograms) is added (subtracted), so that the position of the uppermost goods on the first goods shelf body 20 can be kept relatively consistent, and the position of the goods is the position of the goods which can be taken by the user through the first goods taking area 11 when the goods are sold. This feature allows one to more identical articles to be stacked within the height of the main body frame 10 due to the spring elastic property, and the uppermost one is at a vendable height regardless of the removal of several articles by the user. After the first carrier 20 is fully loaded with multiple layers of goods for sale, the spring may maintain the top layer of the goods for sale stacked on the first carrier 20 in the first goods taking area 11 of the main body frame 10.
That is, the elastic member 30 is a member in which the amount of change in the thickness dimension of the article for sale occurs by a force that increases the amount of weight of the article for sale per layer. After the top layer of the goods for sale is sold, the next layer of the goods for sale will rise to the top layer under the elastic force of the elastic member 30 and remain in the first goods taking area 11 for the subsequent user to purchase and take goods.
The springs may be arranged in multiple groups, and the multiple groups of springs are evenly arranged on both sides of the first frame body 20.
In the implementation, the extension spring can be selected for use to the spring, and the extension spring is connected respectively main body frame 10 and first carrier body 20 under the pulling force effect of extension spring, will stack in the top layer of first carrier body 20 is waited to sell the goods and is maintained main body frame 10's first goods district 11 of getting. Or, the spring can select the pressure spring for use, and the pressure spring is connected respectively main body frame 10 and first carrier body 20 under the thrust effect of pressure spring, will stack in the top layer of first carrier body 20 is waited to sell the goods and is maintained main body frame 10 first get goods district 11. The spring can also be a combination of a spring and a tension spring, and the elastic component 30 comprises a spring and a compression spring; the springs are respectively connected with the top of the main body frame 10 and the first goods carrying frame body 20, the compression springs are respectively connected with the bottom of the main body frame 10 and the first goods carrying frame body 20, and under the thrust action of the springs and the compression springs, goods stacked on the top layer of the first goods carrying frame body 20 to be sold are maintained in the first goods taking area 11 of the main body frame 10. Namely, for the goods that weight increases, combine through configuration spring and pressure spring, can reduce the atress of solitary spring or pressure spring, improve its life.
In the scheme, the tension spring is taken as an example and is respectively connected with the top of the main body frame 10 and the first goods carrying frame body 20, and the spring needs a certain length of stretching space, so that the main body frame 10 is provided with a second goods taking area 12, the second goods taking area 12 is provided with a second goods taking device, and the goods settlement part is electrically connected with a control end of the second goods taking device; the second goods taking area 12, the first goods taking area 11 and the first goods shelf body 20 are arranged from top to bottom, and the tension springs are respectively connected with the top of the main body frame 10 and the bottom of the first goods shelf body 20. In an implementation, the main body frame 10 has a second goods taking area 12, the second goods taking area 12 is provided with a second goods taking device, and the goods settlement component is electrically connected with a control end of the second goods taking device; the second goods taking area 12, the first goods taking area 11 and the first goods shelf body 20 are arranged from top to bottom, and the tension springs are respectively connected with the top of the main body frame 10 and the first goods shelf body 20. The space on the top of the main body frame 10 can be effectively used in the second pick-up area 12, wherein the front side and the top of the first carrying frame body 20 are opened, the top of the carrying frame extends from the first pick-up area 11 into the second pick-up area 12 during the sliding of the carrying frame on the sliding rail, and the second carrying frame 40 of the second pick-up area 12 is embedded into the first carrying frame body 20 from the opening on the top of the first carrying frame body 20. The first cargo frame may include: a bottom panel, a back panel, side panels on either side, forming a top, open-front frame, and a second cargo frame 40 may include: a bottom panel, a top panel, side panels on both sides, and a frame defining an open front, the width of the second cargo frame 40 (the distance between the side panels on both sides of the second cargo frame 40) being less than the width of the first cargo frame (the distance between the side panels on both sides of the first cargo frame) such that the second cargo frame 40 may nest within the first cargo frame top area after the first cargo frame top merchandise is vended up.
After all goods are sold, in order to limit the bottom of the main body frame 10 to continuously rise, the main body frame 10 is provided with a first blocking portion 13, the first loading frame body 20 is provided with a second blocking portion 21, and when the bottom of the first loading frame rises to the first goods taking area 11, the second blocking portion 21 collides with the first blocking portion 13 to limit the rising of the first loading frame.
Wherein, the goods settlement part is in selling the goods to the user, controls first get the goods device earlier to open first get the goods device, the user gets the goods and finishes the back, and in some embodiments, the goods settlement part passes through the goods quantity that the mode discernment of image recognition reduced, perhaps, through setting up in the goods quantity that the unit discernment of the meter weight of first frame bottom of carrying cargo reduced. In another aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a method for loading the unpowered self-service device provided by the above embodiment, including:
and stacking the layers of the goods to be sold on the first goods carrying frame body, and keeping the top layer of the goods to be sold stacked on the first goods carrying frame body in the first goods taking area of the main body frame under the elastic acting force of the elastic component.
In the loading process, goods to be sold can be stacked from the first goods taking area to the first goods carrying frame body in a stacking mode, and the goods to be sold can also be stacked from other special goods supplementing openings in a stacking mode.
In another aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a vending method of the unpowered self-service vending apparatus provided in the foregoing embodiment, including:
receiving a water purchasing instruction of a user, and opening a goods taking door of the first goods taking device according to the water purchasing instruction;
receiving a closing signal of a goods taking door of the first goods taking device, and identifying the quantity of goods reduced from the opening period to the closing period of the first goods carrying frame body according to the closing signal;
the user is settled based on the reduced quantity of the items.
