Abstract

本发明公开了一种圆筒形粉料三通分料阀,包括阀壳、摆门和驱动件,所述阀壳的内壁为圆筒形结构,阀壳的侧壁上设有粉料进口、第一出口和第二出口,第一出口和第二出口之间通过隔断件分隔,摆门设置在阀壳内且与阀壳转动连接,摆门的转动轴的一端伸出阀壳并与驱动件的输出轴连接。本发明提供了一种圆筒形粉料三通分料阀,方便加工制造,可以降低内部阻力,减少死角。

一种圆筒形粉料三通分料阀
技术领域
本发明涉及分料阀领域,尤其是涉及一种圆筒形粉料三通分料阀。
背景技术
三通分料阀是物料输送系统中控制物料快速换向的理想设备,广泛用用于建材、冶金、矿山、轻工、粮食等行业固体颗粒和粉状物输送。三通分料阀主要由阀体、阀轴、阀板、曲柄机构、电动推杆(电液动推杆或手动机构)等组成。工作时电、液动推杆的直线往复运动,(手动由外力)通过曲柄带动阀轴、阀板作一定角度的摆动,从而达到控制物料流向,分送物料之目的。现有的三通分料阀的阀壳主要是异形的,通过若干个钢材折弯或焊接形成,制造不方便,且存在各种死角,容易增加阻力,导致粉料堆积。因此,需要设计一种圆筒形粉料三通分料阀,方便加工制造,降低内部阻力,减少死角。
中国专利申请公开号CN203532848U,公开日为2014年04月09日,名称为“一种三通分料阀”,公开了一种三通分料阀,该三通分料阀包括阀体、导料口、阀板、耐磨圆、密封板、传动轴、传动力臂和执行机构,在所述的阀体的顶部设有进料口,在进料口上设有导料口;所述的传动轴设置在阀体的底部,传动轴通过传动力臂驱动,传动力臂和执行机构相连;在所述的阀体的内部设有阀板,阀板通过传动轴驱动转动;在所述的阀板的两端均设有密封板,在阀板上还设有配合密封板使用的耐磨圆。但是该三通分料阀,仍存在上述问题。
发明内容
本发明为了克服现有技术中三通分料阀的阀壳主要是异形的,通过若干个钢材折弯或焊接形成,制造不方便,且存在各种死角,容易增加阻力,导致粉料堆积的不足,提供一种圆筒形粉料三通分料阀,方便加工制造,可以降低内部阻力,减少死角。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种圆筒形粉料三通分料阀,包括阀壳、摆门和驱动件,所述阀壳的内壁为圆筒形结构,阀壳的侧壁上设有粉料进口、第一出口和第二出口,第一出口和第二出口之间通过隔断件分隔,摆门设置在阀壳内且与阀壳转动连接,摆门的转动轴的一端伸出阀壳并与驱动件的输出轴连接。
上述技术方案中,驱动件可以是手动驱动件,也可以通过电机和传动件实现电动控制,当驱动件为电动驱动件时,可以根据控制信号控制物料走向;需要粉料走第一出口时,使摆门向第二出口一侧转动,摆门关闭粉料进口和第二出口之间的通道,物料通过第一出口排出;需要粉料走第二出口时,使摆门向第一出口一侧转动,摆门关闭粉料进口和第一出口之间的通道,物料通过第二出口排出。摆门的外沿上设有弹性密封件,阀壳内侧壁上设有与摆门外沿接触的环形挡板,弹性密封件压紧环形挡板,可以有更好的密封效果。通过机械结构实现开闭,有效防止过开过关,保护执行器免受过力矩伤害,减少故障,延长使用寿命。采用圆筒形结构的阀壳,通过一次弯折成型即可,再固定上下盖即可。安装方便,且圆筒形结构使其内部更加平滑,死角更少,不容易堆积粉料。也方便摆门在阀壳内转动,同时方便密封。
作为优选,所述粉料进口和第一出口之间设有用于限制摆门位置的第一限位块。所述第一限位块可以起到限位作用。
作为优选,所述粉料进口和第二出口之间设有用于限制摆门位置的第二限位块。所述第二限位块可以起到限位作用。
作为优选,所述摆门的转动轴伸出阀壳的一端设有指针,指针的一端与转动轴固定。阀壳上还设有刻度盘,指针对准刻度盘,指针随转动轴转动,直观的反应摆门所处位置,方便观察故障诊断。
作为优选,所述阀壳的上端设有拱形防雨盖。拱形防雨盖外形整洁美观、防雨、防积水。
作为优选,所述拱形防雨盖上设有观察窗盖。观察窗盖方便观察物料流动情况。
作为优选,所述阀壳的底部设有充气箱,充气箱上设有悬浮空气进口,充气箱与阀壳底部通过隔板和透气层布隔开,隔板上设有若干个通气孔。充气箱内的气体可以进入阀壳内部,将阀壳底部的分料吹气,避免分料在阀壳内堆积。
作为优选,所述阀壳的侧壁上设有检修门。所述结构方便方便在线更换密封毛毡。
本发明的有益效果是:(1)方便加工制造,可以降低内部阻力,减少死角,分料阀一进两出,一进一出,另一出口密封效果好;(2)通过机械结构实现开闭,有效防止过开过关,保护执行器免受过力矩伤害,减少故障,延长使用寿命;(3)指针随转动轴转动,直观的反应摆门所处位置,方便观察故障诊断;(4)充气箱内的气体可以进入阀壳内部,将阀壳底部的分料吹气,避免分料在阀壳内堆积。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明做进一步的描述。
实施例1
如图1、图2和图3所示,一种圆筒形粉料三通分料阀,包括阀壳1、摆门2和驱动件3,阀壳1的内壁为圆柱形结构;所述阀壳1的侧壁上设有粉料进口1.1、第一出口1.2和第二出口1.3,第一出口1.2和第二出口1.3之间通过隔断件1.4分隔,摆门2设置在阀壳1内且与阀壳1转动连接,摆门2的转动轴2.1的一端伸出阀壳1并与驱动件3的输出轴连接。摆门2的转动轴2.1伸出阀壳1的一端设有指针6,指针6的一端与转动轴2.1固定。阀壳1上还设有刻度盘,指针6对准刻度盘。所述阀壳1的上端设有拱形防雨盖7,拱形防雨盖7上设有观察窗盖8。阀壳1的侧壁上设有检修门11。粉料进口1.1和第一出口1.2之间设有用于限制摆门2位置的第一限位块4。粉料进口1.1和第二出口1.3之间设有用于限制摆门2位置的第二限位块5。
上述技术方案中,驱动件3为电动驱动件3时,可以根据控制信号控制物料走向;需要粉料走第一出口1.2时,使摆门2向第二出口1.3一侧转动,摆门2关闭粉料进口1.1和第二出口1.3之间的通道,物料通过第一出口1.2排出;需要粉料走第二出口1.3时,使摆门2向第一出口1.2一侧转动,摆门2关闭粉料进口1.1和第一出口1.2之间的通道,物料通过第二出口1.3排出。摆门2的外沿上设有弹性密封件,阀壳1内侧壁上设有与摆门2外沿接触的环形挡板,弹性密封件压紧环形挡板,可以有更好的密封效果。通过机械结构实现开闭,有效防止过开过关,保护执行器免受过力矩伤害,减少故障,延长使用寿命。采用圆筒形结构的阀壳,通过一次弯折成型即可,再固定上下盖即可。安装方便,且圆筒形结构使其内部更加平滑,死角更少,不容易堆积粉料。
实施例2:
如图1所示,在实施例1的基础上,所述阀壳1的底部设有充气箱9,充气箱9上设有悬浮空气进口9.1,充气箱9与阀壳1底部通过隔板和透气层布10隔开,隔板10上设有若干个通气孔。充气箱9内的气体可以进入阀壳1内部,将阀壳1底部的分料吹气,避免分料在阀壳1内堆积。
本发明的有益效果是:(1)方便加工制造,可以降低内部阻力,减少死角,分料阀一进两出,一进一出,另一出口密封效果好;(2)通过机械结构实现开闭,有效防止过开过关,保护执行器免受过力矩伤害,减少故障,延长使用寿命;(3)指针随转动轴转动,直观的反应摆门所处位置,方便观察故障诊断;(4)充气箱内的气体可以进入阀壳内部,将阀壳底部的分料吹气,避免分料在阀壳内堆积。

1.一种圆筒形粉料三通分料阀,其特征是,包括阀壳、摆门和驱动件,所述阀壳的内壁为圆筒形结构,阀壳的侧壁上设有粉料进口、第一出口和第二出口,第一出口和第二出口之间通过隔断件分隔,摆门设置在阀壳内且与阀壳转动连接,摆门的转动轴的一端伸出阀壳并与驱动件的输出轴连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种圆筒形粉料三通分料阀,其特征是,所述粉料进口和第一出口之间设有用于限制摆门位置的第一限位块。

4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种圆筒形粉料三通分料阀,其特征是,所述摆门的转动轴伸出阀壳的一端设有指针,指针的一端与转动轴固定。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种圆筒形粉料三通分料阀,其特征是,所述阀壳的上端设有拱形防雨盖。
6.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种圆筒形粉料三通分料阀,其特征是,所述阀壳的底部设有充气箱,充气箱上设有悬浮空气进口,充气箱与阀壳底部通过隔板和透气层布隔开,隔板上设有若干个通气孔。
