Background
The open caisson construction method generally does not need extra support, has high construction speed, and is widely applied to the foundations of bridges, chimneys and water towers, deep well structures such as water pump houses, underground oil depots, pool shafts and the like, and working wells of shield or pipe jacking; in recent years, the open caisson construction method is also applied to underground three-dimensional garages and the like; the open caisson construction is that a well cylindrical structure (open caisson) is firstly manufactured on the earth surface, then the open caisson is gradually sunk under the self-weight action by continuously digging earth from the open caisson under the enclosure of the well wall, and after the preset design elevation is reached, bottom sealing is carried out, and an internal structure is constructed; in part of open caisson engineering, because the open caisson sinking resistance is large, extra pressurization is needed on the ground; because some open caisson walls of a well adopt to assemble the open caisson section of jurisdiction, current pressure device blocks the vertical installation space of section of jurisdiction easily, causes the section of jurisdiction installation difficulty.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the embodiment of the present invention provides a rotating and moving pressurizing device for open caisson construction, which can rotate a loading cylinder to the opposite side when a segment is to be assembled, so that the loading cylinder leaves the space above the wall of the open caisson, thereby facilitating the assembly of the segment.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the embodiment of the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a rotary moving pressurizing device for open caisson construction is arranged around an open caisson and applies downward pressure to the open caisson through a loading oil cylinder, and is characterized by comprising a top beam, an upright post, the loading oil cylinder, a righting beam, a turntable and a base; the base is arranged on the ground outside the open caisson, the base is connected with the upright post through a turntable, and the upright post can rotate on the ground through the turntable; the footstock and the righting seat are arranged on the side surface of the upright post, and the loading oil cylinder is connected with the upright post through the footstock and the righting seat.
Further, the turntable comprises a sliding sleeve, an outer cylinder, an inner cylinder and an end sleeve; the outer barrel is fixed with the base through a flange, the sliding sleeves at two ends are fixed with the outer barrel through interference fit, and the end sleeves are mounted at the bottom of the inner barrel, so that the inner barrel can be limited from moving vertically and can rotate along the central line of the outer barrel; the stand is fixed in the inner tube top, can rotate along with the inner tube.
Furthermore, locating blocks are arranged on the outer barrel and the inner barrel, bolts are arranged on the locating blocks, and the rotary table can be locked when the loading device works.

Furthermore, the turntable comprises a hoop, a screw cap, a rotating shaft, a pin and an end plate; end plates are respectively fixed at the bottom end of the upright column and the top end of the base, a rotating shaft penetrates through the end plates and is fixed with the end plates through nuts, and the upright column can rotate around the rotating shaft; the clamp is arranged on the periphery of the end plate, and the upright post can be fixed when the loading oil cylinder works; install the pin in the clamp, can prevent that the clamp from deviating from.
Further, the top seat is arranged at the top of the upright post and faces the direction of the wall of the open caisson; the pressurizing oil cylinder is arranged below the top seat, the upper part of a cylinder barrel of the pressurizing oil cylinder is fixed with the top seat, and the lower part of the cylinder barrel is connected with the upright post through the righting rod and the righting rod clamp.
Further, the loading oil cylinder comprises a hydraulic oil cylinder, a ball head, a pressing plate and a buffer pad; the tail end of a cylinder barrel of the hydraulic oil cylinder is connected with a top beam, the front end of the cylinder barrel is connected with a righting beam, the front end of a piston rod of the hydraulic oil cylinder is provided with a ball head, the ball head is connected with a pressing plate, and the bottom of the pressing plate is provided with a cushion pad; the pressing plate and the cushion can rotate for a certain angle around the ball head.
Further, the bumper pad is made of rubber or nylon.
Compared with the prior art, the rotary moving pressurizing device for open caisson construction has the following advantages:
the invention has the advantages that the interference of the traditional fixed open caisson pressurizing device to the well wall assembling process can be prevented; and this structure can be comparatively simple, convenient and swift carry out the removal of loading hydro-cylinder, the stand structure that compares and to buckle, this structure labour saving and time saving more when removing the loading hydro-cylinder.

Preferably, the turntable (500) comprises a sliding sleeve (501), an outer cylinder (502), an inner cylinder (503) and an end sleeve (504); the outer cylinder (502) is fixed with the base (6) through a flange, the sliding sleeves (501) at two ends are fixed with the outer cylinder (502) through interference fit, and the end sleeve (504) is installed at the bottom of the inner cylinder (503), can limit the vertical movement of the inner cylinder (503), and can rotate along the central line of the outer cylinder (502); the column (2) is fixed above the inner cylinder (503) and can rotate along with the inner cylinder (503).
Preferably, the outer cylinder (502) and the inner cylinder (503) are provided with positioning blocks (8), the positioning blocks (8) are provided with bolts (7), and the turntable (500) can be locked when the loading device works.
Preferably, the turntable (500) is provided with a motor, and the turntable (500) can drive the upright post (2) to automatically rotate.
Preferably, the turntable (500) comprises a clamp (505), a nut (506), a rotating shaft (507), a pin (508) and an end plate (509); end plates (509) are respectively fixed at the bottom ends of the upright columns (2) and the top ends of the bases (6), a rotating shaft (507) penetrates through the end plates (509) and is fixed with the end plates (509) through nuts (506), and the upright columns (2) can rotate around the rotating shaft (507); the hoop (505) is arranged on the periphery of the end plate (509) and can fix the upright post (2) when the loading oil cylinder (300) works; a pin (508) is arranged in the clamp (505), so that the clamp (505) can be prevented from being separated.
Preferentially, the footstock is arranged at the top of the upright post (2) and faces the direction of the wall of the open caisson; the pressurizing oil cylinder is arranged below the top seat, the upper part of a cylinder barrel of the pressurizing oil cylinder is fixed with the top seat, and the lower part of the cylinder barrel is connected with the upright post (2) through the righting rod and the righting rod hoop (505).
Preferably, the loading oil cylinder (300) comprises a hydraulic oil cylinder (301), a ball head (302), a pressure plate (303) and a buffer pad (304); the tail end of a cylinder barrel of the hydraulic oil cylinder (301) is connected with the top beam (1), the front end of the cylinder barrel is connected with the centralizing beam (4), a ball head (302) is installed at the front end of a piston rod of the hydraulic oil cylinder (301), the ball head (302) is connected with a pressing plate (303), and a cushion pad (304) is installed at the bottom of the pressing plate (303); the pressing plate (303) and the cushion pad (304) can rotate around the ball head (302) for a certain angle.
